I recommend. The room is clean, new appliances. The bathroom has a boiler, modern plumbing. Very comfortable and large bed with orthopedic mattress. Change of leather towels 3 days. Cleaning every 5 days, or by appointment. Professional and high-quality cleaning.
Administrators are caring, pleasant, perform their functions well, always go to the meeting. Special thanks to Ludmila, who was responsible for the cleanliness.
For food, I recommend Sonechko, which is very close. Cheesecakes and pancakes are very tasty in the morning. And in general everything is very tasty : )
I recommend visiting the cafe Charka Shkvarka, which is located on a cozy alley where beer is served in jars.
The beach is clean, periodically clean special equipment. There are barbecues with gazebos.
Beautiful on the beach cafe Vodogray, delicious food.
Of the disadvantages, poor sound insulation. Doors in rooms made of MDF, hear everything from the corridor. If you rest with a small child, it will be difficult with a nap. Parking, located on the ground floor, only for deluxe rooms.
Advice for the administrator, to warn vacationers who return to the room after 23:00 to behave more quietly.
Рекомендую відвідати кафе Чарка Шкварка, яке знаходиться на уютній алеї Де зокрема подають дуже смачне пиво в банках!

We rested this year in the Victoria Hotel 2 times: in June and July. If it was bad, then the second time in this hotel would not go. Service: the reception works perfectly, the administrators are polite, friendly. People try very hard to make the rest comfortable. If it was bad, then the second time in this hotel would not go.
Service: the reception works perfectly, the administrators are polite, friendly. People try very hard to make the rest comfortable. In June, we arrived early, our room was still occupied, we were immediately placed in a free room on the 1st floor and we waited in comfort until the vacationers left and our room was cleaned. In July, we were very lucky, despite the early check-in, our room was free and already cleaned and we checked into it at 9 am, although arrivals start after 14.00. They didn't charge us a penny extra. We did not order cleaning, but the bedding and towels were all changed on time, at a convenient time for us.
Rooms: in June we rested in a 2-room suite on the 4th floor.
Of the benefits: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, panoramic sea views, large bathroom, hot / cold water around the clock, I did not notice any smell of sewerage, as other vacationers wrote about. The room is well located - the sun was from about 9 to 11 am, so the room is not hot and we did not use air conditioning.
The one-room suite (side sea view) lacked a balcony, it was not convenient to dry things after swimming, I had to go to the shared balcony, but I knew that there was no balcony in this room, so I was ready. On the plus side: even in July, the room is cool, as the sun gets there in the early morning. Just like in the suite, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean.
There are mosquito nets on the windows so there are no mosquitoes.
Cons: it's time to update the repair, under the wallpaper in places in the corners a fungus is visible due to high humidity, with sockets in the room, of course, they strained and need to be put in order (the use of extension cords is not allowed (it was in a one-room room), it's just not safe. High humidity , it can be seen because of the proximity to the sea, all the same, the first line, so who may have health problems because of this, choose hotels not on the coast. The mattress pad was also stained (I'm already clinging to Freimut), but it's clear that There was an occasional smell of cigarettes from smokers on the lower floors.
The Internet did not shoot up to the 4th floor, they used a mobile phone.
And yes, a separate topic of the GARBAGE TRUCKS - at about 8 in the morning this smelly, loud colossus appears under the windows of the suites. This is of course tin, we were on the 4th floor and then heard this miracle.
Beach: I didn’t like the village beach, there are few places, a lot of people. It is a pity that Victoria does not have her own, albeit small, but beach. The guys cleaned up, but still there are a lot of gobies on the beach, I had to clean it myself so that the child could dig in the sand. And not very pleased with smoking and drinking beer / stronger drinks on the beach. At what I noticed that it was the hotel guests who smoked near the trash cans, they cleaned up the trash after themselves, but other visitors were like vandals - even a flood after me. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but of the culture of the people. It is a pity that paid beaches have been canceled, it is better to pay and get clean sand and an adequate contingent.
Food: I haven't been to the restaurant, so I can't say anything. We ate in a cafe at a nearby base in "Vodogray", the usual food, without frills, for a reasonable price. The service is normal, thank God there were no health problems.
In general, the price / quality is adequate, we are satisfied with the rest. Those who are looking for a not very expensive vacation and decent housing can go to Victoria with peace of mind, for Zatoka this is a very decent hotel.

The plumbing is dirty, the toilet was not washed before our settlement. The bed was full of sand, asked to change. The maid came running, threw everything on the floor (including a blanket without a duvet cover), shot a clean sheet, and a blanket from the floor on top. My horror knows no bounds! The walls and furniture are all dirty, they have never even been tried to be washed. … More ▾ The plumbing is dirty, the toilet was not washed before our settlement. It feels like we are renting a room with a grandmother for 50 UAH, and not a hotel room for 820 UAH.

Of course, it is not necessary to compare our resort service with those places where it has long been a recreation industry (Turkey, Egypt, etc. ). But in the case of Victoria, I can say that people are trying and it's nice. Clean, change, repair - all at the first whistle. The hosts seem to be hiring a maintenance team for the season. So, this season the team was great. The living conditions are very good, the rooms are decent. A lot of things are spoiled by a garbage truck at 8 am in front of the windows of the rooms with a sea view (i. e. more expensive). REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY! It is clear that you will not transfer the parking lot to the "rear", but in theory you can "deal" with garbage. Beach - well done, cleaned daily. Very good for kids. Meals - from neighbors in a cafe (they buy unimportant products: white (! ) Tomatoes and loose cucumbers in August (! ) in Odessa (! )) or their restaurant, which is better, but much more expensive. In short, there is room to grow here too. Have a nice holiday. Personally, I - will have the opportunity - will come again.

We rested in the new building. The room is super. First line. The beach is well kept. Unlike many, it is cleaned every morning. We ran along the coastline in the morning, so we saw stray dogs urinating and the remnants of nightly feasts. Daily cleaning is very important. By the way, next to the same owners of the hotel "Vodogray". The rooms are much simpler, but the territory, for those with children, is a bomb.

We first came across this hotel by accident, but this year we went purposefully. Great!! ! Cleanliness, sincerely friendly staff, you leave the hotel directly on a well-groomed, equipped beach. And from the room you can see such beauty!! ! I highly recommend it to everyone!! ! … More ▾ We first came across this hotel by accident, but this year we went purposefully. Great!! ! The hotel is for those who like to walk until midnight and are not used to the euro service. Due to the fact that there is a cafe on the 1st floor and immediately a 2nd cafe opposite on the beach, the noise and din stays until late. And if someone else is celebrating some event or some sporting events (they are shown on TV), then until 12 you will definitely not fall asleep with the window open. … More ▾ The hotel is for those who like to walk until midnight and are not used to the euro service.

And if someone else is celebrating some event or some sporting events (they are shown on TV), then until 12 you will definitely not fall asleep with the window open. Although the administration says that at 23.00 they are quiet - do not believe it. Out of 8 nights, 3 nights the festivities continued until one o'clock and later.
Also, the towels that they gave us were with some dark spots, and one was even torn in the center.
I did not expect to find some super service there, but some things just "killed" me. Okay, if the price was miserable, but for that kind of money there are enough options if you think that they will still come to you.
+ you could already fork out for a couple of routers and make normal wifi in the rooms.
Separately, I would like to note the work of a female concierge in the daytime. Well done! Always responded promptly to requests.
+ underground parking for cars in this heat is also pleased.

Victoria Hotel is probably the only hotel in Zatoka where the price-quality ratio is perfect. We rest here not the first time - the management responds wonderfully to everything !! ! Requests and wishes. The food is normal. The rooms are excellent value for money - the hotel is always full. We always book a room in advance and the management in the person of Svetlana always calls back before arrival. … More ▾ Victoria Hotel is probably the only hotel in Zatoka where the price-quality ratio is perfect. The only negative is the change of linen - once every three days - they don’t have an almost even one and the girls wash at home. And so very satisfied!

We stayed at the hotel this year and last May. For the year the hotel has not become worse at all, and it pleases. The rooms are clean and spacious, sea view, the sound of the surf . . you can sit on the balcony, super! They maintain cleanliness and order, a large bed, an armchair, a sofa. In general, for Zatoka - luxury! there are stationary umbrellas on the beach, you can take a sun lounger, it is also convenient that the bar is right on the seashore or on the 1st floor of the hotel. … More ▾ We stayed at the hotel this year and last May.
