The hotel is close to the sea, well, maybe 5 minutes walk. The water was hot all the time, they cleaned every day, made the bed, the staff was not intrusive, but they fulfilled all requests, for example, they took a knife to cut watermelons, or it was bad for the child to take tea from the dining room to the room, very civilized. The hotel has few Russian speakers for some reason. Very responsive security.
The food is a tiny choice, but we ate deliciously from the belly, we took dinner and breakfast, the food was ordinary meatballs, stewed meat, different sausages, omelets, in short, a variety every day. They even gave ice cream every three. Everything is nearby, so I don’t know what wasn’t there )))) You can buy everything, at the fork there is a cheap supermarket where you could buy cheap alcohol, water.
In general, we liked it more like apartments, the pool is small, but it’s okay with sunbeds and umbrellas, a toilet near the pool, a paid lobby, prices are reasonable like everywhere on the coast. There is not enough music. )
Of the minuses, a paid safe, well, that's okay.
Paid wifi.
There is no drinking water at all, well, they could put a cooler in the restaurant or at least in the hall, so that you can drink and not dial, of course.
There is no territory for children at all, they occupied the pool))).

We arrived in the morning and were given a room quickly, but when we went up to the room we saw a terribly dirty room, gray bed linen and all stained towels. You can write a lot more, the only thing that I will say is that it is in the description full of lies and photos of rooms from nowhere.

Normal hotel in general. Its huge plus is in proximity to the beach, probably 300 meters, with a leisurely step of 6-7 minutes to stomp. They settled on arrival immediately, without delay, but as many have already written, they gave a dead and dirty and smoky room on the second floor above the entrance group (but as I understood from previous comments, this is a feature of the hotel and they give it to almost everyone). … More ▾ Normal hotel in general. They settled on arrival immediately, without delay, but as many have already written, they gave a dead and dirty and smoky room on the second floor above the entrance group (but as I understood from previous comments, this is a feature of the hotel and they give it to almost everyone). After a request to be relocated, without any additional payments and wrangling, they settled in a huge 2-room suite on the 4th floor. The only negative of the room was that there was no refrigerator, but the problem as a whole is not significant.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, there were no problems with bringing food to the room, they brought everything they wanted, despite the ban on bringing food. Apparently, the scribbles prohibiting the delivery of food in the rooms hang more in order to less pollute the room. The restaurant in the hotel is not big, but very cozy. The breakfasts are varied and tasty, we went to other cafes for lunch and dinner.
Cleaned regularly, the room was clean. Near a lot of shops and cafes, everything is very cheap. In general, I liked everything

We chose the hotel by chance, finding it among the hot offers. And they never regretted it. We went as part of: 2 adults and a baby 1.4 years old. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock in the morning, check-in, as elsewhere, starts at 14.00, but the hotel, knowing that we were traveling with a small one, prepared the room in advance. The hotel was not too busy and preparing the room in advance was no problem for them.
We got a room on the second floor, with windows facing the sea, but it was not visible, of course. At the same time, our balcony overlooked the restaurant of the neighboring hotel Kotva. But this did not cause any inconvenience to us personally. Until 10-11 pm the restaurant has pleasant live music, it is not noisy at night. For all the time there was a big party only once, but even then a maximum of 12 at night. Right in front of our balcony, a thuja grew, covering us from prying eyes. I think we were very lucky and we got the most successful room.
The staff is very friendly, they speak confident Russian 3. They cleaned the room every day and very well. On the second night we had an emergency, the child got poisoned and stained a lot of bed linen and towels... In the morning we took off the linen and left 5 levs. Linen and towels were changed for us, swans were wound up... And the maid always checked the linen, if it was dirty, she always changed it. Towels are changed every 3 days, but if you pay, they will change outside the schedule. We were more than satisfied in terms of cleaning.
We took only breakfast, because we knew that in Bulgaria there is very tasty food everywhere and we didn’t want to be tied to our restaurant. Breakfast was continental, nothing supernatural, but never left hungry. They always served scrambled eggs, every other day fried eggs or scrambled eggs; boiled pasta; sausages boiled, fried; sausage of 2-3 types (not tasty), also boiled and fried, or just raw; cheese; butter; milk; 3 types of dry breakfasts; very tasty cake; apples and oranges; cut from vegetables; buns....We dined at the restaurant only once, and were satisfied!
The hotel belongs to Sunny Beach, but is in fact located in the middle between SB and Nessebar... Which is just wonderful!! ! In the SB itself it is very noisy, there is "movement" all the time. In the same place where our hotel is located, everything is already quiet, an ideal place for people looking for a relaxing holiday. At the same time, you can easily diversify your vacation by going on a cultural and historical independent excursion to the old Nessebar or rush to the SB for a club party. Every evening we enjoyed walking to the old town along the promenade. Directly in front of the hotel there is a parking lot, a bus stop and a train station. . . Nearby is a European supermarket Penny with very pleasant prices. A small problem is only in terms of eating... It is far from the center of the SB, so there are not enough restaurants, and the prices are higher, but still not expensive. We ate at the restaurant "Bulgaria" most often - the service and cuisine are beyond praise. Very tasty pizza was in the Pub.
About the beach. The beach is sandy, it is still 300-500 meters from the hotel, but there are not enough hotels on the first coast on the Sat. But the walk is not long and for the most part this distance is due to the wide dunes. There are paid and free beaches. On the beach for a fee, the controller is simply magical, on the very first day he told us if you were leaving for lunch, and then someone took your place - take any other one, I won’t take the fee again, it was! We have never had to pay for a seat twice.
So we were not mistaken in choosing a hotel and a place in general! We loved it so much we will be back with our kids!

The hotel is very, very good. Rooms are large, balconies are huge. Everything is new, modern. Service is good. The question arises why they do not pass on 4 stars, because this is quite their level. Probably plays the role of a small pool, the lack of territory, although in Bulgaria this is rather the norm and even a plus, because there is no need to sit in a hotel. … More ▾ The hotel is very, very good. The whole coast is yours, municipal beaches, swim wherever you want. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every 3 days. I didn’t need more, the price-quality ratio was in our favor.
I advise you to take only breakfast, because the food is rather monotonous, although not bad. Plus, you won't be tied to a hotel. I recommend this hotel to sane people

We stayed here at the beginning of September. The hotel is nothing like that, the rooms are spacious, the balconies are just huge. The interior fulfills its 3 stars. The staff practically does not speak Russian, we had no problems, since they understand English, but if you do not know English, then ordinary everyday issues will have to be explained very long and tediously and not the fact that you explain. … More ▾ We stayed here at the beginning of September. Didn't like the staff at the hotel restaurant. No thanks, no please. Everyone entering the breakfast room is greeted with the word "Card". Well, at least learn "Card, please. " The food is monotonous, but in principle it is the same everywhere in Bulgarian hotels, so I recommend taking only paid breakfasts.
Close to the sea. Directly in the hotel building there is a supermarket, an exchanger. Supermarket 24/7. The exchanger also works seven days a week from 8 to 23. The exchange rate is excellent. When exchanging euros for hryvnias, we lose about 24 hryvnias for 100 euros, if we compare this rate with the banks of Nessebar, which work only on weekdays and change only upon presentation of a passport.
Not far from the hotel there is a pub where you can dine and sit in the evening. The average bill is about 10-15 euros, for two.
Near the road, bus stops and it is very convenient. Any driver of any sightseeing bus knows the stop "at the Esperanto hotel". To the town of Nessebar on foot 15 minutes from the Hotel.
The hotel is mostly with the German contingent. Neighbors are quiet and calm. On the ground floor you can use free wi-fi. To do this, you need to tell the room at the reception and get a password to connect.
There were nuances during the settlement. It turned out that the hotel was full and we would have to spend one night "in the same room as ordered, just without a balcony. " There is a "For stuff" sign on the door of this room, the windows of the room face the corridor, light comes through the blinds and is a bit noisy. The room is smaller than the standard, but by lunchtime. days moved without problems.

We rested in July 2011. I didn't really like the hotel. Not everyone speaks Russian at the reception. After the first euphoria, closer to the night, they realized that it was impossible to sleep on the proposed bed. Because it turned out to be a one-and-a-half-sleeping hard cot. I had to insist on changing the room, even though the view of the sea. … More ▾ We rested in July 2011. I didn't really like the hotel. Not everyone speaks Russian at the reception. Lots of questions about service in the restaurant. Waiters climb over your head to pick up an empty plate, or even start sorting dirty dishes right on your table.
For breakfast, a standard set of cold cuts, fried / boiled sausages and eggs in 3 states. There are few fruits. The menu is not varied at all. Lots of pasta, potatoes, bread. Ice cream is not provided. And if some dish is over, it can be "forgotten" to put it on. The names of dishes can be in Bulgarian, Polish, German. But not in Russian or English.
The pool is very small. The area around it... Almost immediately behind the bushes, the entrance to the parking lot and the parking lot itself.
The hotel is very hot. Partitions are thin, which is why it heats up quickly.
Of the positives. The presence of the Internet. Stop next to the hotel. There are many shops around, an exchange office, restaurants, a children's water park.
The sea is beautiful, clean and warm. And it compensates for all the shortcomings.
Go on vacation to Bulgaria : )

We are going to Esperanto at the end of August. So I'm thinking about taking a laptop or not - is it safe to leave it in the room? Or should I put it in a safe at the reception and how much will it cost? It is written that there is a fitness room, is it paid and is there at all? Then where else, besides the old part of Nessebar, is it worth going? Or maybe some inexpensive excursions? And the last one is the water park. As far as I heard there are 2 water parks, which one is better to visit?
