Initially, we learned that this hotel has not belonged to the Iberostar family for 2 years! And then everything is on the face... From Iberostar there were only towels and a curtain in the bathroom))) In the evening, there were always not enough glass glasses in the bars, they poured them into plastic ones, a lot of broken glasses, horror, and in the restaurant there are always dirty cups, it seems that that they are not washed, but simply rinsed with water and you always have to look for someone to give cutlery !! ! The staff is always unhappy or with a forced smile, not nice.

The staff is always unhappy or with a forced smile, not nice... The food is the same every day, for 11 days of stay we saw something new a couple of times and then only in meat dishes... The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, the dishes are not washed, the balcony is always dirty (one day they didn’t come to clean at all !!! ), they wash the bathroom well and make the bed! There are few Russians, mostly Germans, Poles (crazy people)!
The location is not bad, everything is nearby (the bank is opposite, where the exchanger with a normal rate, not that the hotels are reduced, a pharmacy, bars, cafes, a shop, a stop from where you can get to many places), only you need to walk 250 meters to the sea 300 and more along the beach, until you find a free place in the free zone, tk. first, a paid beach (7 lv. umbrella, 7 lv. lounger), closer to the sea, and then free. We walked to the Old Town (15 minutes), and back on the train costs 3 levs. adult, can be reached by bus 1 lv. We went to the water park, there are free minibuses from the hotel.
Basically, it's ok if you don't have anything to compare it to. . .

Festa Panorama is well located. The famous beach of Sunny Beach begins 200 meters from the hotel, stretching further for several kilometers. You can walk to Old Nessebar in 15-20 minutes, you can get there by train along the promenade for 3 leva or by bus for 1 lev. Near the central shopping street - full of shops, cafes, etc.

You can walk to Old Nessebar in 15-20 minutes, you can get there by train along the promenade for 3 leva or by bus for 1 lev. Near the central shopping street - full of shops, cafes, etc. There is a supermarket nearby. Everything works late. The number should be taken only Sea View. The view of the bay is great. But the rooms on the opposite side go directly to the avenue with busy traffic.
The hotel is not new. But the rooms are normal, clean, the furniture is new, the renovation is fresh. The main contingent is not Russian-speaking. German is most often heard, less often English, French, Polish. Mostly families with children, there are pensioners, there are also young people, but less. Children's animation in German-English. For adults only volleyball and darts. There are simulators, SPA, including mud therapy. Only one Russian-language TV channel.
Nutrition. We took all inclusive and did not regret it. No worse than 5 * Turkey. Just less sweet. Lots of salads, fish dishes, 4 types of ice cream for lunch and dinner, fruits. Children expanse.
From pepsi / mirinda / 7-up drinks, cherry and grapefruit juice, excellent coffee. For all inclusive, you can take brandy, vodka, wine and local beer for lunch and dinner, as well as in bars. Breakfasts in terms of the number of dishes to choose from do not differ from lunches and dinners. At the entrance to the restaurant, they mark on the list that you have come. It turned out that this also has a positive side. We checked into the hotel at 21 pm, they unexpectedly brought us a couple of sandwiches and some fruit to the room.
The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant waiters are nice girls and guys, it looks like students.
The beach is sandy, the water is clear. You walk knee-deep for a long time, then waist-deep, that way 50 meters. Great for children. The beaches are all free to enter, but the best part of the beach is given over to paid umbrellas and sunbeds (7 leva for an umbrella, 5-7 for a sunbed with a mattress). We took our umbrella, but we had to stay away from the shore. The first days we went to the beach next to the hotel. Then they scouted a more pleasant place right behind the Qasis hotel. Go there along the coast for 600 meters.
In the evening there is no animation, vacationers walk along the streets of Old Nessebar. At 23 pm the hotel almost dies out. Romantic silence and the cries of seagulls over the pool.
A huge minus is the terrible airport of Burgas. Huge queues, chaos, two hours of heat and nerves. As a result, in two hours we are sitting on the plane, waiting for the baggage to be loaded.
