I really liked the hotel. (I rested with my son 17 years old). The staff is friendly. Clean, comfortable, unobtrusive. A varied diet. (All inclusive). Sea view from almost all rooms, you sleep to the sound of the sea, and in the morning you wake up the screams of seagulls)) The beach is far away, but this does not apply to the assessment of the hotel, it is more about relaxation in general. … More ▾ I really liked the hotel. But close to the old town. We walked there almost every evening. We went to the active church. Those who love peace and quiet, go here, and those who love noise, screams, fun, entertainment, go to Sunny Beach. We escaped from there after 2 hours, returned to our little world called Nessebar. To each his own))) I have enough noise and din in Moscow.

I am grateful to everyone who left their feedback, because it was thanks to them that I chose the hotel. thala with husband and son (he is 13.5 years old). The hotel corresponds to the class of service stars, pleased with the cleaning and service, very convenient location. For me, the view is important, we like to enjoy the noise of the surf in the evenings, so we took the SILVER PAKET, it provides a full sea view and vip-service (although vip-was not !! ). The hotel is convenient to book in April and May, then you can get up to 30% discount. The sea was 5 minutes away, the park is beautiful, which has simulators and swings and gazebos - in short, for all ages. Food on the ALI system - excellent, not tired, there was a decent choice, variety, lots of fruit, the downside is that drinks only until 18.00, so in the evening - all for a fee.
The disadvantages of the hotel are - the rooms are not very large, extra bed (and we paid for a child as a 3rd adult) put a creaking armchair, which could not sleep, but can be changed if necessary. Air conditioners in the rooms are old - happy with the hood system, almost did not cool during the day - but you will not get sick! ! ! ! ! But the careful side, attentive staff, chic views, amazing (albeit small) rooftop pool and beautiful sea. And in general, it is from this part - Bulgaria opens another - noble, calm, dignified. Therefore, I recommend the hotel. Yes, there are some shortcomings - they are everywhere, but here they are not significant (for us they were). Many Bulgarians and Europeans live in the hotel, the Russian contingent is not more than 30-40%.

Were at the hotel from 26.06 to 10.07. 2011, according to the ALI + SILVER PACKAGE system: • accommodation in rooms with full sea view; (we had 402 on the 4th floor (last) • VIP accessories - cosmetic set in the bathroom, slippers and bathrobes; (were) • Bottle of wine for congratulations; (Bulgarian wine was very inexpensive, tried, but did not drink) • Fresh fruit in the room daily; (there were but a set and the number is very poor for example: 1 banana 1 apple and a handful of cherries) • Vip service; (not noticed) • Free use of fitness; (was) • Free use of sauna; (was) • Free use of solarium. … More ▾ Were at the hotel from 26.06 to 10.07. 2011, according to the ALI + SILVER PACKAGE system:

• summary: the package should be taken only for sea views, especially the upper floors, trees do not cover the view.
• The location of the hotel is very good 5 minutes from the beach (south), 5 minutes to the old town.
• Food on the ALI system is average as well as drinks, drinks are not included at all for dinner (which was not mentioned when buying the tour, so please note).
• The hotel has a good design and layout, but it has been renovated for 7 years and the furniture has fallen into disrepair, but the location and appearance justifies everything.
• Hotel service has its own - and +.
• The hotel has free wi fi but not very good traffic but enough to view mail and communicate via Skype.
• Beach (southern beautiful sandy water clean in the evening sometimes nails algae, but not always and not everywhere, the entrance to the sea is very gentle, sunbeds umbrellas paid 10 levs (55 UAH) ie umbrella + deck chair 20 levs (110 UAH), very beautiful view from beach in the old town.
• The old town is very cordial and nice for the evening promenade and shopping (a lot of things of local craftsmen, leather goods (Bulgarian Turkish Italian) but you need to find some shops with some decent products, as well as mostly Chinese counterfeits and souvenirs production (China), if it were not for him (Nessebar) vacation is unlikely in Bulgaria.

The rooms are large, comfortable, only you have to pay for cleaning, otherwise there will be no cleanliness. Not all hotel and restaurant staff speak Russian. The hotel has free internet, free iron. The food is good, there is always a choice. The rooftop pool is cold but the view is amazing. The beach is 7 min. leisurely walk (sunbeds and umbrellas are paid). Surprisingly, there are no changing rooms, toilets and showers on the beach. The sea is clean and shallow (50 m from the shore).

I didn’t quite like the food: the children needed to fish out healthy and uncooked food from the offered, but they coped with it. Room cleaning is good. There is a desire to return to the hotel.

The soundproofing is disgusting, in the room on the third floor you can hear everything that happens at the reception, especially the music and the squeals of children running around the internal balconies.
The air conditioning system exists only nominally: warm air blows from the air conditioner, it does not cool the room below 26 degrees, at night I had to sleep with an open balcony. The hotel staff came to the room only after the 3rd appeal, and instead of correcting the situation, they began to prove that it should be so.
The staff is smiling, but stupid and irresponsible: all requests remain at the level of smiles and promises. They didn’t clean the room for two days, then they took away the towels, but didn’t leave fresh ones, then they promised to pick up a handkerchief that had fallen from the balcony onto the roof of the restaurant three times, but they never returned it (although they picked it up, it disappeared from the roof).
Breakfast food is disgusting. Cheap toilet paper sausages, meat after 2 days on the third, very little fruit, instead of freshly baked buns, they serve yesterday's pizza heated in the microwave.
The sandy beach near the hotel was covered with boulders (this is how the Bulgarians strengthen the embankment), so in the sea you either have to crawl on all fours on slippery stones, or go far to the city beach.
For those who are accustomed to normal service on vacation, I do not recommend going here.

Housekeeping is average, far from perfect. It makes no difference whether they left a tip or not. The plumbing has never been cleaned. The TV remote control was constantly breaking, almost every day we rushed to the reception with this remote control. I didn’t have to use the refrigerator, it constantly leaked and, accordingly, did not freeze. In terms of shower gels and shampoos, they are very tight. These are the cons, now a few pluses. Stunning view of the sea and old Nessebar, large spacious room with a stained-glass window. Luxurious bathroom with shower and bidet. Everyone at the reception speaks Russian. Interesting rooftop pool with amazing views.

We rested in Nessebar (Marina Palace Hotel 4 *) at the beginning of June 2009 with a child of 2 years. Both the rest and the hotel were very satisfied. Everything in the hotel was at the highest level, the staff understands both Russian and English, so there were no problems with communication. Cleaning daily - high quality! Breakfast - buffet - just super, everything is fresh and very tasty, varied, and for the child we could also pick up food from this table.
Immediately upon arrival, we were given a crib for the baby, he really liked it!
The only thing I personally didn't like was the rooftop pool! It was very windy there, and since it is the beginning of June, the wind is a little cool, especially on the roof, but many vacationers from Sweden, Finland, England, Germany, etc. did not interfere and they constantly sunbathed there. But in June, August, I guess it's warm near the pool on the roof!

First of all, I will say that I am very pleased that I went to this hotel. I have not been to others, but its location itself (near the isthmus leading to the old city and the beginning of the new city) is optimal for Nessebar. We had the opportunity to go to dinner in the Old Town without any problems every evening (which I recommend to everyone; dinner at the hotel during the holidays is not the best option, not a minus for the hotel): and the choice is large and it’s not far to return when you already want to quickly take a break from the "hard labor day on the beach" : ) By the way, the hotel does not have a beach as such, a small "strip" of sand, where, in spite of everything, our people (mostly from Russia) were successfully accommodated.
The design of the hotel itself impressed us very much - calmly, but at the same time modern (glass structures, built in the style of a ship). Very pleased with the Sky-bar and the pool on the roof. The observation elevator fit perfectly into the architecture, from the side of the sea, on which we went down to the beach.
Towels changed daily and beds made (if we didn't do it ourselves). Of the minuses - I really wanted a Queen bed, but, in general, shifted 2 huge beds are also an option)))
You also need to take into account the option that the "sea view" is available in this hotel from almost any window, which allows the administration to say that they have taken into account your requirements for accommodation. Since the hotel is located at the "mouth" of the isthmus leading to the peninsula, the view is appropriate - although the windows can go directly onto the road (as we did), Sunny Beach and old Nessebar are clearly visible in the distance, which is pleasing, given that from the south side there was only the sea and the sun (for this is not the best option).
Speaking of temperature - the air conditioning system is "smart", it works behind closed doors, although somewhat randomly, but in general the air temperature in the room was satisfactory.
The TV showed 1 Russian channel, or films in English with Bulgarian subtitles. But we learned a few "interesting" Bulgarian words and improved our English : )
There is a pub in the hotel, but we were not very impressed with it, because we spent most of our time in the old town.
I recommend using the services of the SPA center. I'm not sure that the whole range of spas is represented there, but the body massage with aroma oils is wonderful there.
Pleased with the range of cocktails in the sky bar. However, I suspect that local alcohol was used (suspicions due to the low price and strength of the drinks). But the atmosphere is wonderful - a blue and white idyll in the attic overlooking the sea and neighboring rooftops.
In general, very satisfied with the hotel and its location. on the next trip to Bulgaria, we decided to go to 2 places (cities) in turn, one of which will again be Marina Peles. : )

The jacuzzi pool and rooftop beach are a dream. there is a second glass elevator right on the coast. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh, just enough. had a wonderful massage at the spa, after which you can enjoy a cocktail at the rooftop bar. We had a room with a view of the sea, the old city and the archaeological site, which just touched me. Not very comfortable rooms that overlook the road in front of the hotel, although there is no shortage on the last floor. If I liked to go to the same place, I would choose only this city and hotel!
