In the house itself, everything is old, very uncomfortable beds, just two narrow beds pushed together between which there is a slot as wide as an arm. Terrible bedding, mattresses and blankets. Blankets like in trains (like wool in a cage) and 30 centimeters smaller than a duvet cover. No products in the toilet, only a bar of soap put. How normal this is for a room that costs 11 thousand rubles a day, judge for yourself... The dining room made a depressing impression... The impression that we returned 40 years ago. Poor menu, eating 1 hour from 9-00 to 10, but if you come at least 20 minutes later than the deadline, there will be practically nothing. Free coffee! ! )) This is generally a laugh. The Internet does not work, that is, it seems to be there, but in fact nothing is loaded, do not even look at the mail. No entertainment at all. The maximum that is possible is to take the child to the playground in the evening and entertain him yourself. Badly! Everything is very bad. We really like the Western Crimea, but we will never come to this object again.
The room has a refrigerator, TV, shower with hot water all around, Conder! Everything works from a key card - in short. we had everything we needed. The territory is pleasant, green, large, there are benches and gazebos! Your own beach with sand and a gentle entrance to the sea!
BUT! The sea itself was cold! Husband swam once! I still don't understand why it was cold! ? Maybe a current? Judging by the reviews on the Internet, it is always cold !!!
Because been since September, it was very boring! Choose your month carefully! We ourselves are still young =) But sometimes you want such family silence! So HERE one SILENCE!!!!
In Olenevka itself, after 8, a couple of cafes and grocery stores worked! What is the cost - "Caesar" salad (200g) = 28 UAH, "Herring for vodka" (250g) = 22 UAH, hot - "Pork Frying Pan with Vegetables" (250g) = 38 UAH, "Lulya-kebab" (100g) = 24 UAH, "Plov" (200g) = 25 UAH, Cognac "Shabo" 5* = 90 UAH/bottle, Vodka "Nemirov Premium" (0.7) = 154 UAH, Vodka "Birch Leaves" (0.5) = 60 UAH, wine "Inkerman Crimean Riviera" 60 UAH/bottle, Vermouth "Shabo Bianca" = 52 UAH/bottle and well, I can list the whole thing for a long time!
On the very same territory, except for a disco for sooo adults, there was nothing
Saved by a pizzeria with great pizza and a room with billiards and ping-pong
During the day we rented bikes for a couple of hours (rent! ) to get to the bus station (more precisely, booths) to buy bus tickets, and so unwind!
Nearby there are a couple of shops where you can buy fruits, alcohol, cigarettes, ice cream! The same thing is in the boarding house itself, in the dining room building
About the dining room! Food is normal! In 2 shifts! There is a children's menu
For example, breakfast is millet porridge. asked for more and left tea for the waitress!
The place itself is located in the Saaam Western Crimea! From Simferopol go via Yevpatoria, transfer here, transfer there! Very uncomfortable! And honestly - annoying! Transport needs to be developed
well, in general, everything is in order, the sea, sand, territory - a purely family and relaxing holiday
2. I liked the territory of the boarding house - a lot of greenery and flowers, the territory is monitored and it is noticeable.
3. On the territory there is a cafe, some entertainment for children, in the evening - a disco. All this is concentrated away from residential buildings, so it does not interfere with sleep. There is a cafe near the boarding house - there you can rent a buggy, an ATV, or sign up for diving.
4. We lived in a 5-storey building, so I will only talk about it. In principle, not bad, as they say, poor but clean. Rooms with a view of either the sea or the territory. To the sea - 50 meters. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and shared bathroom. There is a balcony. I’ll tell you about the bathroom separately: it’s tiny, sitting (sorry) on the toilet, you can easily wash yourself at the same time, there is no bath, there is a shower. In our bathroom, water was leaking from the ceiling, they didn’t notice when checking in, then they didn’t want to bother - it didn’t really bother. The water was cold and hot around the clock (although we lived on the 2nd floor, I don’t know how it is on the 5th). Garbage is cleaned every day, vacuumed once every 5 days. There are no complaints about the room itself, the furniture is in order, the windows are double-glazed windows, there is a mosquito net. Except for the bathroom, it justifies its 2-3 stars.
By the way, the building is under video surveillance. Not in the rooms, of course, but in the hallway/hall. I think it's a security measure against theft.
5. Nutrition - scoop. Both in terms of the type of dining room and the quality of the food, although we were not hungry, we ate to satiety. For food I put "satisfactory", I do not pull on more. The attendants are young boys and girls, there is little experience, but they try, there are no complaints about the service.
6. From the negative - several times we sat for a couple of hours without electricity. At what in the main building there was light. I suspect that the old networks cannot cope with the load when everyone turns on air conditioners, and they all turn on when it is +35 outside!
7. No public Wi-Fi! Despite the fact that the Internet in the boarding house is available - on a separate computer, for 20 UAH / hour.
8. Jellyfish - there were a huge number of them, they didn’t really buy because of them - they only came in to plunge, and then very carefully. Unfortunately, it was very hot all the time of our stay, the sea is calm - ideal conditions for jellyfish.
Summary. Ideal for a family with small children. The sea, the beach, children's entertainment - everything is fine. If you are traveling without children, you will not like it, small children scream, run around and cause a lot of inconvenience. About 80% of families were with children.
The price is too high considering the living conditions and meals. On the other hand, there is no such beach, and even close to housing, anywhere else in Olenevka, for this it may make sense and overpay.
P. S. On the way home, we made a stop near Mezhvodnoe. There is no beach - the rocks and the sea are restless, but there are no jellyfish at all - I advise you to take into account those for whom jellyfish are
a serious problem.
Rested in the "Sunny Valley" Olenevka:
The territory of the boarding house is large and very green (many trees, flowers. . . ).
Own beach - the water is very clean, at first shallow (very good for children). Descent to the beach via a small staircase. You can't smoke on the beach.
We rested in a detached cottage number 2 (log house). Not to be confused with cottage townships. (It’s crowded there, everyone is on top of each other and audibility is very high, since the houses are plywood. )
Log house No. 2 - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, air conditioners, TV, refrigerator (normal size, two-chamber).
In the evenings they carried wicker furniture to the lawn near the house and sat almost on the beach.
Parking is paid. We paid 180 UAH. for the car.
On the territory there are summer playgrounds and cafes.
Every evening there is a children's disco. Toddlers jump to the music. . . fun. In the cafe you can sit, drink, eat barbecue.
By nutrition (no food is impossible):
It seems that he returned to the USSR in the dining room.
In principle, you can eat, but as for me, not all...
For example menu
breakfast
buckwheat porridge + sausage
cottage cheese casserole
tea (remember how long ago in a kindergarten or school, boiled in a large saucepan and poured from a teapot).
dinner:
soup or borscht. .
eggplant sate (2 tablespoons in a bowl) or just chopped tomato or tomato and lightly salted cucumber. a little.
pilaf
nictarine (every day for lunch, one per person)
compote
Dinner
Vegetable stew (beans, a lot of potatoes, cabbage, tomato paste turns out to be incomprehensible in appearance, a mess of incomprehensible color) and a fish cake...
very tasty bun for example with raisins and kefir or fermented baked milk.
It's a shame that they think that they have everything at the highest level.
As in my opinion:
Put on a buffet, I don't think it will be more expensive.
More vegetables. Everything is grown there
blue, pepper. . .
They need to reevaluate their diet. The menu is designed as for working in a mine. Solid carbohydrates with proteins.
And bike rentals:
There is a place to ride, you can go to the Dzhangul tract, you can go to the village, but!
Bicycles collapsed, rusty, then the brakes do not slow down, then the gears do not switch...
It costs 25 UAH. hour.
Tenis and billiards:
It's very hot there!
But in general, not bad.
Very clean sea
Very green area
Look like that's it.
Respectfully,
Natalia.
Pros:
- very clean beach, crystal clear water
- good houses. New renovation in the town №3. In 1 and 2 it is worse, but there is nothing supernatural (nothing drips, does not rust, does not fall off, mice do not run)))).
- Good food until September 1st. Large portions, homemade food, delicious.
Minuses:
- there are sooooo many families with children aged from 0 to infinity, which did not make it possible to fully relax (maybe I'm picking on it and it was just worth choosing a sanatorium for "non-family")))
- after September 1, food became worse
- the sanatorium itself is located a couple of kilometers from Olenevka, i. e. arriving by bus, you need to take an additional taxi to get to it (it costs about 90 rubles)
- the market is located only in Olenevka, you had to stomp to buy fruit, wine and exchange money. By the way, oddly enough, the course in Olenevka is more profitable than in Simferopol.
- we managed to swim quite a bit, because during our stay the water temperature was 16-21 degrees and after the storm a huge number of jellyfish appeared
At the end of the holiday, she refused the request to issue a certificate from the boarding house or a tear-off coupon, which is given in any sanatorium-boarding house, which indicates that, apparently, the documents of this sanatorium are not in order.
Thank you for your indulgence.
