The hotel opened in 2009 and was last renovated in 2016. It consists of one 4-storey Main Building and forty-five one-storey villas (80% of rooms with direct or partial sea views, 20% of rooms with garden views). The territory is large, but everything is compact and conveniently located. Large selection of sporting events, quality service, varied food. For children there is a water park, a mini-club, a playground, an amusement park, and baby food is provided for kids. The hotel offers a VIP service for guests staying in villas. We went into the room, and the room was cleaned disgustingly. A compliment from the hotel to guests who stopped by for the fourth time was an unfortunate one orange, banana and two apricots. Funny. It would be better not to disgrace ourselves and not put anything at all. Oh, and a small bottle of wine. All the fun started the next day. It turned out there was an infection in the hotel. I was very poisoned. Severe diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain that will have to be treated at home, and a temperature of 38.5. We learned from sellers from a separate store that there was a widespread infection. It’s good that I have knowledge in medicine, and I was able to help myself without going to a doctor.

If you have any questions, you need to call and ask them to bring it. I called the minibar at 14:00 to change the drinks. They forgot. I called at 17:30, they changed it at 19:00. They don't bring you a foot towel unless you ask. They bring it every other time. The balcony is not cleaned at all. The windows in our room have probably been washed since they were built. The mattress is very hard. It's impossible to sleep. In the morning my back hurts very much. The pillows are uncomfortable. I have never seen such horror in previous times. Everything is dirty and shabby. The fact that I will not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone is for sure. Well, of course, we definitely won’t come here again. In a word, the hotel has become disgusting. I won’t write anything about food, because after the poisoning I ate broth, boiled potatoes and boiled carrots.
If you want to ruin your vacation at your own expense, welcome. I completely forgot to say about the mud in the sea. Balls and plugs are constantly floating. In a restaurant, waiters used to come up and pour water into a glass, but now no one is interested in you. You'll pour it yourself. A lot of staff are from Kazakhstan. The guys are not trained at all. They walk back and forth. Creates the appearance of work. There was a time during dinner when they pulled a cart up to our table and started unloading the leftover food from the plates of the next table. Well, are you serious? Stand to the side and clean up. I have not stayed in 3-star hotels, I think this hotel belongs specifically to 3. The concept of the hotel has changed significantly.

Guides with tourists (trying to defend their rights and money) can calmly talk in raised tones. Our friend, who got a neighboring room, was given one for 4 people, a family room, also with a herd of ants, although they ordered a 2-room suite with a partition and a door. The kind, fat, Pegasus guide (it was 08/19/2021), to his indignation about the room, generally offered to leave the hotel, talk, where there are no cameras.
In front of us, the flight was postponed for 19 hours, but in this case, Pegasus is not responsible and does not provide a room for a family with 3 children, yes, a day, and so, sleep on a sun lounger or pay 190 €.
In the room, the sand from the bed was not removed once, because sneakers were stolen from the room from which we moved out earlier. In short, Hell, but that's not all! because of its size, although it flew with a whistle into the iron box measuring hand luggage. Well, we are a big company and we handed over our suitcase to our friends, seeing our suitcase again, from other people, the Turk snatched our passports with boarding passes, took our boarding passes and did not let us on the flight, setting aside. We stood for more than an hour, waiting for someone, either the police or the representative of the airline, the TURKISH BASTARD walked like a peacock around us and lamented (the police will come now). He just wanted to show his power, or he just liked our suitcase (a children's suitcase that I gave to my son). The hotel sucks (pay and live as you like), there were 10 days, I wanted to go home on the 3rd day.
It’s impossible to drink swill... I drank not to get drunk. The food is tasty, but very fatty (heartburn).
Pegasus is not a tour company, but simply a company that does not respect its tourists, absolutely does not respect anything but money. Which I definitely do not recommend, go on vacation, cattle 100%.
The Turks are squeezing money in full, apparently they missed the tourists for the pandemic.
Vacation ruined.
I do not recommend, not as a country, not as a 5 star hotel, which pulls a maximum of 2 stars.

I have been to Turkey many times and this is the best SPA, IMHO. 10 out of 10! Massage masters are Balinese (a woman named Putu does me). I know a little about anatomy and biomechanics. She does massage competently, works out hyperresponsive muscles and trigger points. At the same time, everything is somehow carefully and smoothly, for the first time I am quite relaxed during a massage (and I am that terry controller! ). … More ▾ I have been to Turkey many times and this is the best SPA, IMHO. 10 out of 10!

Only families with ill-mannered children rest here, screams and yells are heard everywhere: on the beach, in the hotel, on the territory of the hotel, in the restaurant, the impression is that they arrived in Anapa, and not in a foreign hotel with the name “luxury”. Because of this, there is practically no at least one secluded place on the territory where you could sit and enjoy your vacation. I want a quiet rest, relaxation, as a result, the mood was spoiled already in the first days.
4. The beach is long, but sun loungers are not everywhere, so be prepared for the fact that you may not have enough space. Have to lie in the sun or on the aisle. The entrance to the sea consists of stones, during our stay there were often waves, so it was very painful to enter the water. If there are no special slippers, you can cut yourself. Also, vendors and spa workers constantly walk along the sun loungers, who importunately offer their services every day, catch on the territory, do everything to raise their voice at them, many vacationers could not withstand such pressure and put them in their place.
5. Animation was in the pool and in the bar area in the evenings, mainly for children, adults do not need it, if some came up with activities, no one wanted to participate in this. Everyone sat in their seats and waved off the animators. The most terrible music was played at the disco, it remained to wait for this nightmare to end.
One evening, the hotel organized a small concert: they set up a stage, neon-lit tables, and handed out cocktails. Even if the show starts at 22-23 hours, everything will be filled with children and their parents. Young and unencumbered by family routine people will feel superfluous here 24/7. During the show, the smoke machine started working, all the children ran to the stage, loomed and spun around the smoke, until they were dispersed, they were not allowed to listen to music in peace, because their parents had not taught them how to behave appropriately during performances.
Musicians played live music in the lobby, only children sat on the sofas, who did not care about what was happening around: they screamed and laughed. It was impossible to watch the speakers because of the constant noise in the background, the parents of these children silently watched everything and did nothing. After the musicians played the piece, no one clapped for them. It is immediately clear that incivility flourishes to the fullest in this place, so if you are connoisseurs of beauty, look for a better hotel, respect yourself.

As for the food in this "luxury" place: flies were flying everywhere inside the restaurant, they sat on food, among the buffet, and in the plates of vacationers, mold was visible on the grilles of air conditioners in the halls. The food in the dining room is scarce, there is little choice, there are no queues for delivery, as everyone imposes themselves, but if something tasty appears, be prepared to still stand among the crowd of people, they sort everything out quickly and inadequately. It seemed that many saw the buffet for the first time, as if they had come from a hungry land, so long as no one else got it.
There are few places, there is not enough space for the whole hotel, we often had to go outside to eat in stuffiness. You won't find any frills here. Nobody follows the dress code, someone even came with an air mattress in their hands, in swimsuits and swimming trunks with flip flops.

The room itself is good, no issues. Now about the hotel, at the moment not everyone has managed to check in, since Turkey has been open since the 21st, but there are already a lot of people, which spoils the rest, there are not enough sunbeds, there is a queue at the bars. I don't know what will happen when fully loaded.
The food is good, there are no questions about the food. But the staff absolutely does not care about anything, I asked 10 staff members if it is possible to smoke by the pool, where there are children around, they said they did not know. No one has ever dealt with this situation. It turns out you are sitting on the pool, and around you there are 5 more people smoking endlessly, very nice. The sea in this place is not very beautiful, the coastline is small, the sunset is normal.
Bottom line: the hotel with the loud name of Luxury is very far from it. They managed to take a ticket for 100 thousand for two for 7 days, then the prices rose to 180 thousand, but 100 thousand is the limit for this hotel.
