I would like to mention the administrator of the spa area, Vera, a very positive person and an excellent professional!
We took massage courses, probably got to all the shifts of massage therapists - all, without exception, are very good specialists.
The waitresses and maids are helpful and attentive.
And now for the cons:
Dear leaders of "Higina Spa"! Really for so many years it was not possible to equip the rooms with air conditioning? Especially since the summer is getting hotter every year.
This minus covers a large number of pluses.

As usual, we used the services of masseurs - took a general massage course (10 sessions). Masseurs (Andriana-Natalia, Roman, Yaroslav) work flawlessly - professionals in their field.
But I would like massage tables to look more modern and comfortable.

Of the minuses that were dissonant with the general atmosphere: 1 - slow, unprofessional work of the barmaid, who is clearly not interested in the profitability of the hotel; 2 - unadapted!!! ! The room is good. Cleaning immediately (instantly, I would say) as you hang a sign. All staff are well-selected. Only a pleasant impression. Special thanks to the girls in the restaurant. There were so many people on the holidays and everyone came for breakfast at exactly 9-00, and the food was already on the table for everyone in a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are bored with complex breakfasts / lunches / dinners, you can order from the menu. Really sooo delicious. We also ate in the best restaurants of Truskavets according to Tripadvisor, many of them are inferior to the cuisine of the Spa Hut.
A few wishes: remove artificial flowers in the aroma room, otherwise it turns out that you are breathing dust. And be warned that you can't pay by card on the spot. But these are small things compared to the big picture.
For children, cartoons are shown on the big screen in the evening, which is convenient for parents.

1. Book this hotel in advance. For 3 weeks there were no more rooms.
2. It is better to come for breakfast after 10 am, if you have not ordered a complex breakfast. From 9 to 10 in the morning the kitchen does not cope with orders.
3. After check-out, you can stay at the hotel all day and take procedures or swim in the pool, visit the sauna and other pleasures. Things are closed in the pantry, you can wash in the shower, in the SPA area (the gel is over with me, take your own). Hairdryer can be borrowed from the reception. You will find a socket and a mirror in the washbasin, next to the toilet.
There are cons, as without them)
1. The biggest minus is the lack of towels in the spa and the pool.
2. In the rooms, the water from the shower gets on the floor, you need half a towel under your feet. His absence is also very disappointing.
3. Bathrobes are old. Maybe it depends on the room category, we had the cheapest one.
4. Towels in the room - 2 pieces per person. One for the face, the second for the shower and for the pool and for the baths...
5. No slippers. (Only available in suites)
7. The restaurant does not pick up dishes well. Glasses, cups can be found throughout the hotel.
8. The smoking room is not cleaned in the evenings, the ashtrays are clogged, the tables are a mess.
