That's all for the good. The main and complete disappointment is the room in which we were settled... It's summer outside, but in this room it's really cool and very damp, they gave duvets (at first I was indignant, they say, isn't it too much for summer ?! ), then I realized that so they try to compensate for the basement cold and dampness of this room. And it was not so much cold as it was chilly, piercing, as in the basement... Mold blackened behind the chairs and radiators, all things stank of dampness, but the worst thing was in the evening, before going to bed, laying down on a clumsy and hunchbacked folding sofa, in a wet and cold bed , under a wet blanket... try to fall asleep faster, so as not to feel this wild discomfort and wake up wet and cold ((
In response to my claims, the hostess offered a heater, which would hardly have solved anything! The floor in the room is covered with slag and covered with a bunch of old carpets, not even, cracking underfoot and with holes... the furniture is "tired", also damp and broken in places. The fridge was dirty and the kettle inside had to be washed. The room was not cheap, and it was positioned as a junior suite!! ! Well, with a bathroom, compared to everything else, we were more fortunate, this is +)) Also, from the pluses, a separate entrance to the room on the first floor, a bench at the door... and that's it... In general, I wanted to leave the room as soon as possible and not at all wanted to return. The kitchen, where people can cook their own food, is also not in the best shape, it is not monitored. Cutlery, crockery, a sink and tables in an outdated power line, so they preferred to order food.
Finally, the situation was also upsetting when, on the day of our departure home (train at 20:06), in the morning, the maid asked when we were going to leave, we told her that it would be good closer to 6 pm, while we put our things down, eat, get together... she said “good”, and at about 13:00-14:00 Oksana (the hostess) comes to us and gives us 20 minutes to get ready, claiming that we said so to the maid, but she did not agree and in general there people are already waiting to be settled. We had to run to throw off everything and not even eat to move to the kitchen on the street. This greatly humiliated and completely spoiled the impression of the Arefyevs' estate! We walked and found quite a few of them, but too late) Many people write that the lift is 3 minutes away... Walk for half an hour, 40 minutes, go 10 minutes.

There is a summer kitchen where you could cook yourself, we tried a couple of times, but standing at the stove spoils the rest and we gave up this idea)))) We were amazed by the food, insanely delicious, the portions are huge. I highly recommend the sorceresses in the kitchen, especially since the price is very affordable. Special thanks to the girls for taking into account the whims of our children)))
The staff and owners are nice and friendly people. They try to make their estate a cozy place and they succeed!
There is always something to do. We rented bicycles, climbed Mount Zakhar Berkut, went to Lviv. Have fun as much as you can))))

Well, obviously not worth 10 dumplings with sour cream and tea from wild herbs for dinner 55 UAH. , or a spoonful of pasta with a small piece of meat and thus tea for the same price. The same can be said about the first dishes for lunch, a modest portion with a small set of ingredients. Breakfast is clearly for dietary food, so as not to overeat: fried potato pancakes, sliced sausage with cheese, a piece of oil and counted bread, herbal tea, or a couple of fried eggs served as porridge and all for 30 UAH.
In general, the girls probably have no idea what serving is, what is the variety, because obviously there was no fruit, yogurt, let alone pastries. The guests, staff and hired workers and the homeland of the owners were fed up with the money that the visiting tourists ate. And the best indicator, which does not require unnecessary comments above, is the fact that at the end of our stay in the kitchen for "pleasure" we were probably left alone, because everyone else decided to eat on their own. And the main thing in the kitchen is not provided with any baby food, and this is another disadvantage for the owners. Another shared shower for rooms on the 3rd floor is on the 2nd floor, and a shared toilet is one for 4 rooms. WiFi only works on the 2nd floor of the library.

Rested with 2 families in the estate. We took a room of 3 rooms + kitchen. Everything was just great! Beautiful well-groomed territory, swimming pool for children, sun loungers. And most importantly - just the same family atmosphere. You don’t need to knock anything out of anyone: everything is publicly available, which is why it feels like you are at home : ). At the same time, there are always girls on the spot who can help, give everything you need from dishes, feed homemade food at affordable prices. It is noteworthy that the hosts are one of the organizers of the "Slavsky Rock" festival. The most interesting people with whom it is interesting to talk, and they also do not lag behind high art - there is an art gallery at the station. So we recommend. you will not regret!
