Would we return to the hotel? Not!
Would return to the guys who work there - YES!
Personally, we won't go there again. For the kind of money they demand, it's better to go to Bukovel, which we did after 2 days of arriving on Dragobrat.
I want to say that most of the negative feedback on the site is true. Unfortunately, I felt it in myself. Now I also have a negative experience.
1. The room was dirty: dust everywhere and dirty floor
2. The temperature was not maintained, it was 25 degrees. And the windows were closed and did not open!
3. The bed is clean at first glance, but when I took off the sheet, I was shocked on the mattress was a huge stain of urine! ! ! ! ! It's disgusting and unhygienic
4. The bathroom has a strong smell of sewage. And most importantly on the walls in the bathroom remnants of semen or urine. Nito did not wash the bath.
5. And listen to everything in the room! Absolutely everything that happens in the adjoining rooms when someone flushes the toilet and everything else.
We lived in a deluxe room, it seemed that all the conditions should be at the level, but it was not there!
1. They promise a transfer from Yasin to Dragobrat, nothing like that! Get there as you wish.
2. Wooden hotel (we thought, like all of you, a cool wooden house in the mountains, in nature). The hotel has very poorly insulated walls and the noise is very audible. It’s as if they are walking on your head, or a neighboring child is crying in your arms, or a thumping company is sitting in your room, and not behind the wall!
3. No gels, shampoos, soaps are given in the room - nothing!
4. There is no cleaning in the rooms!
5. Hairdryer) There is only one hair dryer for the whole hotel! How so in general?
6. On the first floor (basement), there is a disco every day, and since the house is wooden, you can hear it even on the 4th floor, and as if outside your door. In short, you won't be able to sleep well.
7. The bathroom stinks, a very unpleasant smell. There are no air fresheners.
8. Now about food. The food is average. Not exactly wow, but it will do.
9. And the service is lame. We had breakfast and dinner included. People waited 30 minutes for sugar, tea, cutlery, cups.
10. The dishes are all chipped, all the cups are chipped, the plates too.
11. They say, I quote: "But our hotel is near the slides. " That there are all the hotels near the slides, well, most of them, all in hotels. And there are even closer hotels to the slides than this one. So it's better to look for others. )
I don’t know if there are better hotels in Drogobrat, but I didn’t like this one at all! The owners do not care about their guests, and when you ask why, they shrug.
And if a person goes to a hotel and is initially charged with negativity, then he will have such a rest.
We've been here for the third year in a row. At the reception, the girls are attentive, they will ask you several times for the transfer. By the way, for the previous comments about the transfer - the hotel does not provide a transfer, but provides contacts for the carriers who deal with this. This is so that you do not run around Yasin and do not cry to be taken.
Food - the Swedish line - is very convenient, since everyone has their own preferences in food, and with the Swedish line - this is cottage cheese, and porridge, and pancakes, etc. Everyone chooses what he likes.
The location of the hotel is advantageous, as the minimum distance to chop in equipment to the ski lifts.
The rooms are clean and tidy, the room cat. A is a two-room, but we lived in room B - we are quite satisfied !!!

I called the administrator with whom we agreed on the settlement and, she was very surprised to specify what date it was today, and then she started talking some nonsense that she was sick, which she was very sorry, but they have no electricity at the entire base and it is not known when it will be , and the hotel is not working, and it’s her fault (wow, admitted! ) That she just didn’t call us and didn’t warn us! Such a trifle! The hotel does not work at all, and there is no light at the entire base, and she just forgot to warn us! And this despite the fact that the hotel knew that three families with small children were coming...
But on the other hand, the administrator (what a fine fellow) “agreed” on our accommodation in another hotel, which has a generator and which will soon receive stationary light.
We moved to the "Green Dacha" (the hotel with which we "agreed"), waited for the owner of the hotel, who found out that we would live with him immediately after my call to the administrator Votaville, he was very surprised that we and the children (about them the administrator also forgot to say). As a result, on the same day, after lunch, the entire base was again given light, and our vacation was a success in spite of everything.
What is embarrassing is not the fact that in such a not very accessible place for transport as Dragobrat, the light went out after the hurricane, but the fact that we learned about it, and that the hotel was closed, only upon arrival. Moreover, two days before departure, we contacted the administrator to find out details about the hotel's amenities, and at that time there was no light in the hotel and at the base, but we were not given a hint about possible changes in accommodation, moreover, no one thought arrange to put us in another hotel. The feeling that we were remembered only at the time of my call...
With such an attitude towards customers, I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
