We rested at the hotel with my family from 01/26 to 01/29/2016. Booked a suite in the new building 10 days before the settlement. We ordered without problems. Prepayment - 30%. The price is 500 UAH per person. They took 200 from the child. Upon arrival, the administrator Katya (a kind-hearted person))), despite the huge queue for ski passes, quickly issued us and escorted us to the room.

Upon arrival, the administrator Katya (a kind-hearted person))), despite the huge queue for ski passes, quickly issued us and escorted us to the room. The room is cozy and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, even a hair dryer) and a warm floor. I especially liked the distance of 10 meters to the ski lift and the discount for it for hotel guests.
Meals are two meals a day. The breakfast is quite satisfying. Dinner includes both the first and the second, and compote). Everything was delicious and varied. In the old building, where the kitchen was located, it is just as clean and comfortable, and does not smell like a kitchen at all (as someone wrote below in the comments).
Special thanks to the hotel staff - polite, friendly people. Special thanks to the administrator Katya - a very responsive person. We left 29 hours at 11 am, and the train was only at night. Katya showed us where to leave our things so that we could ride quietly for another day, and in the evening she also pulled us by the hands to drink tea with sandwiches, and finally opened an empty room so that the child could sleep before the train, and we could rest.
Here they are, the Top of the Carpathians. For us, the choice of a hotel on Dragobrat is obvious. And I recommend it to everyone!

Before booking, check which building you are talking about. The photographs show the building from which the lift goes, the second building is a little lower, but this is not the worst thing. The most interesting thing is when you get inside. The building is 15-16 years old, all the furniture and walls are dead, the smell of the kitchen is on the whole building.

WIFI? no, haven’t heard, the rooms are tiny, there can be no talk of a wardrobe, for rooms in which there is no sanitary unit, it is one in TWO ! ! floors, or rather two toilets, but in one the toilet is about to fall off the floor. SHOWER from the 90s? ? Worst hotel on the Drage in which I managed to stay. I do not recommend! !

- The rooms, which are in the house next to the ski lift, are good and comfortable. - The kitchen is not bad, but for such money - 300.00 UAH. per person, could be better and more and more diverse. - Almost every day there was no hot water in the evening, but the owners did nothing. - For 10 days of stay, they never offered to clean the room, change linen, etc.

- Almost every day there was no hot water in the evening, but the owners did nothing.
- For 10 days of stay, they never offered to clean the room, change linen, etc. service.
- The staff is not very friendly (except for the kitchen staff). In my opinion, due to the fact that everyone is busy serving the bar, the lift and making other money.
- The owners are extreme "Western" rednecks, they are only interested in one thing MONEY. Even such a question as discounts on lifts for hotel guests caused extreme discontent and indignation.
- Rental of skis and snowboards of very low quality and no choice at all - below the plinth.
- The lifts are very expensive, there are no discounts, there are no unlimited skypasses. The chair lift from 10 days worked only 1.5 days, while the owner accepted the tickets with indignation.
- The slopes are prepared poorly, it seems that there was snow and two snowcats are standing, but there is no sense - they probably save diesel fuel.
- CONCLUSION - they take European prices, but the service and attitude are still "sovdepovskie".
- TIPS - look for accommodation with other owners or go to another country (Poland, Slovakia, etc. ).
- The head of the State Tax Administration in the Transcarpathian region, Vasyl Vasilyevich, should send inspectors to this institution in order to control accommodation and use of services (to go skiing) violations there will be above the roof and turnover past the cash desk and withholding proceeds. On occasion, I will pass on my comments to a friend of the STA general.
- REFLECTION - I wonder when people in the south (Crimea) and west (Carpathians) will stop considering nature as a means of quick enrichment (draining dishonesty, cutting down, etc. ) and the people who come that they have nowhere else to go (rude and deceiving).

From the very beginning: - my wife and I chose this hotel for the following reasons: the shortest distance to the ski lift, reasonable prices (a simple 2-bed room - 150 UAH per person with 2 meals a day) and discounts on the ski lift and equipment rental); - the room was ordered 2 weeks in advance, by phone, from Nadezhda Romanovna.

- the room was ordered 2 weeks in advance, by phone, from Nadezhda Romanovna. We arrived at the place late, in the first hour of the night, but they met us, put us in a room, gave us hot tea, which, after such an extreme as the road to Dragobrat, was not superfluous at all. During the week that we lived there, it was never (! ) cold, the toilets were clean, the showers had hot water without interruption;
- service staff: Natasha is an administrator (she is also a maid, she is also a waiter), it is through her efforts that the hotel is not just clean, but comfortable, which you will never achieve if you do not treat your work with soul;
Anya is a cook (God bless her and have a good fiancé! ). While we were resting there, the dishes for breakfast and dinner were never repeated! Quality - some restaurants nervously smoke in the corner. Portions - for a hefty man, after he loaded coal all day. When we left, she wrapped a pie for us on the path (which moved me to tears! ).
the guys on the lifts - and they will put a "mop" under the ass, and push it so that there is no jerk if you are a beginner;
instructors - basically put on skis those who are the first time. It is understandable: the price of education is biting. However, according to my observations, they do not eat their bread in vain: after the first day, people quite confidently drive in a plow and “sit down” on a lift.
general impression: modest, unobtrusive, hard-working people who conscientiously do their job.
I can consider myself a skier - a dinosaur (25 years is a term! ). I had to sleep on bunks for 14 people, and drown snow instead of water, and a toilet "to the wind" - 50 meters away. But I rode in the Pamirs at night, under the moonlight, squealing with happiness, catching a real firn, when even a beginner gets a real cut turn, and I felt like a bird when riding on bottomless snow! And you can believe me: compared to THIS, some kind of European service is there... a necessary thing, of course, but still, this is not why people go to the mountains in winter!
In conclusion, I want to ask: why are you going to the mountains? If for Alpine Skiing (that's right - with a capital letter! ), Then you - here.
Oleg Oleg and Olya.
