We were met by the administrators - Valentina and Ekaterina - friendly, positive, very attentive, with an individual approach to everyone. Girls fly around the boarding house like bees! Special thanks to Valentina and Ekaterina, thanks to them our vacation was a success!!!
We have been going for many years, the boarding house is getting better. And with the change of leadership (that director of the past with a crown on his head was removed) there is such a pleasant atmosphere in the boarding house that is felt from the very first minutes of your stay.

There were only 3 clothes hangers for a room of two. This is not enough. They cost a penny, but the mood deteriorates. We advise the administration to buy these little things. Plumbing soviet, but worked. A shower with a tray and a curtain killed on the spot.
3. Nutrition. For an adult, you won't go hungry. Sometimes it was very tasty. For kids, it's worse. Very little dairy, there were no dishes from cottage cheese and eggs at all. They chose a high cost for food with expensive sweets and fruits.
I liked the service system - they came and the waitresses immediately brought hot.
4. Sea. We're out of luck. For a week - then jellyfish, then waves. that's cool water. But sunbeds assigned to the room and a clean beach.
5. Entertainment. Every evening - films in the concert hall. You can go to a bar. The evenings were filled with walks.
Excursions were organized as groups formed. Dasha tried, well done.
6. Morning exercises. Many thanks to the coach. The girl worked hard. I liked the lessons very much. Only there were no announcements about this anywhere and they found out late. Tip - give info at the entrance to the dining room. The administrators did not even say a word about this when they moved in.
7. The most unpleasant thing is the dismissive attitude towards the work of administrators Ekaterina and Valentina.
We often talked on the phone before we arrived. They asked to reschedule the arrival to an earlier date due to the work of her husband. They said everything was loaded. And upon arrival we found out that the room was empty before our arrival for more than four days. This is the first.
Second. The administrators knew that we were traveling together with my husband, and nevertheless, we were given a room with two single beds.
Our requests for another room with one bed were denied. Although in our own building two such rooms were empty. It would be possible to move us later, on the second or third day.
We turn to the administration of the boarding house: the disrespectful attitude of these two employees to their duties needs to be changed. The sediment from a spoiled vacation has not yet passed, and the second time we are unlikely to come to you and will not advise anyone.

Super!! ! We went on vacation for 3 years in a row with a small child. I liked everything very much. The only big minus is that last year (2010) there were a lot of mosquitoes in July, and this was not the case last year. There are playgrounds, a clean beach, comfortable rooms, excellent food, cool cinema hall, various entertainment activities for children and adults.
