On the territory of the cottage forest, mountains, beautiful nature.
Owners: friendly people.
Located far from the road, only the forest next door)
First, we really liked the location of the hotel, in the mountains, behind the forest, where you can walk both in winter and summer. The view of the territory enchants with landscapes.
Secondly, the hotel itself is a large castle house and two cottages with beautiful wooden decoration. Everything is Carpathian and this is very fascinating. The cleanliness of the rooms is impressive.
Third, the owners of the hotel are Mrs. Maria and Mr. Bogdan. These sincere and nice people create the whole atmosphere of relaxation. For which we are all (our group of more than 20 people) grateful to them. When we left the hotel, Mrs. Maria accompanied us as her relatives and you will not believe, I apologize for the fact that the weather was a little disappointing. .
A quarter, food .. ! ! ! ! ! Such a delicacy is still to be found. Mrs. Maria prepares everything herself, she serves it herself. Everything, as they say, from dust, heat! Both children and adults were satisfied with the food.
I will probably remember for a long time the pancakes and compote that the lady treated us to, and the daughter still remembers Aunt Maria's pancakes.
Therefore, take a good mood to Yablunytsia! ! ! ! !
Villa Maria is a complex always filled with guests! Who does not believe, let him try to get into it; )
Thank you very much for your hospitality and patience
Having reached the hotel, we were met by a very talkative hostess Maria and assigned us to rooms on the second floor. The rooms are upholstered with wooden clapboard, it smells pleasantly of wood. The room has a bed, wardrobe, TV cabinet, bedside table. TV - a small "aquarium", but the tuner does not work. An antenna "slingshot" was installed, from which there is no sense. A signal of 3 channels was received - Inter, 1 + 1 and the first national. It was impossible to watch the first two because of the interference. Enjoyed the broadcast of UT-1. Things were even worse for friends in rooms with TV, he was just there. Things can be put in the closet, but it's as lucky. Friends room was completed with a wardrobe with shelves. That is, there was simply nowhere to hang things on a hanger. There is nowhere to hang things after skiing. The room is cramped. 90% is furniture. It's hard for two to get along.
The room has a tiny bathroom. Hot water is available all the time. It is equipped with a toilet bowl (everything is ok), a broken-down Chinese shower cabin (taking a shower and not flooding the whole room is a whole art) and a tiny washbasin (I have a bigger face, it’s very difficult to wash). Everything. There is nothing more. No shelves for toiletries, no towel hook, no toilet paper holder. There is nothing. Terribly cramped and uncomfortable! Friends in the room after the first shower clogged drain. This was reported and asked to be removed. NOT REMOVED. For two days the guys took a shower with friends. The towels provided by the hostess upon check-in are clean, washed, but have a characteristic smell. I am sure they have been exploited for far from the first year. It is necessary to throw away such towels, and not offer them to guests.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace. The hall is heated only by a fireplace, so choose a place closer to one. Breakfast cost 50-60 UAH/person, dinner 80-100 UAH/person. The portions are large, and for the most part, everything is delicious.
Separately, I want to dwell on the situation with ordering food. The hostess asks to order dinner in the morning and warn her two hours before setting the table. Menu. Everything seems to be normal, but once we were late for the morning prices for ski passes in Bukovel and decided that we would order dinner on our return, wait until it was cooked and everything would be ok. But it was not there! On our return, we went down to the dining room to order dinner. The hostess was aware that we would have dinner with her, we warned, but she decided to play the whole scene in front of us. Like, you need to order in advance. We tried to reassure the very talkative hostess, they said that we didn’t need to cook anything complicated, we agreed to any first, any side dish and any meat dish. The scene of indignation continued and lasted for 3-4 minutes. Unable to endure the cries of the hostess, I made a remark to her, extremely politely and calmly, I asked her to be more restrained, clarified that we are her guests and pay for the order, and do not demand to feed us for free. After these words, Maria flared up with anger and said that we were having dinner at Gargany, which was 1 km down the mountain, ankle-deep in mud. Taxis refuse to go to Villa Maria. He did not respond to all requests to calm down and continue the dialogue, but simply ran away. The attitude of the hostess to the guests is DISGUSTING! So, while living in Villa Maria, stock up on sausages, the hostess is hysterical and can leave you without food.
After the wheelchair, there is nowhere to dry things, as I described above. We were offered to leave ski/bordeaux boots at the box office, they say, they will dry there. On the second day, in the morning, I took the shoes and was taken aback. They were wet through, in the same condition as 15 hours ago.
To sum it up, I would recommend avoiding staying at this hotel. Expensive. For the money you can easily find a much better place with food. The location is disgusting. The hostess is very "loading" with an uninterrupted flow of words, she is hysterical. The rooms are small. Bathrooms are not equipped with the necessary and not serviced. There is no place to dry things. You need to bring food with you.
The hotel is cool. There are separate houses. Many thanks to Mrs. Maria and Mr. Bogdan for their hospitality! Rested wonderfully. The hostess cooks very tasty. To fully understand it is necessary to visit several restaurants in the neighborhood, but then still return to eat to Mrs. Maria. Good, polite, responsive people! !!
I do not believe any negative feedback. Everything that was agreed upon was as it was. Three families from Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv had a rest. Everyone liked everything. Highly recommend! The occupancy of the hotel speaks for itself!
Greetings from Mrs. Maria from Mr. Boris and the whole company ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Thank you for everything!
The trip was preceded by a long and painful process of choosing “where are we going? ”, The purpose of the trip is daily skiing in Bukovel, living in a picturesque place and the main “eco” place, for more modest money than offered by multiple hotels on the territory of Bukovel, so we considered options for all "adjacent lands" and types of housing from private to hotels with several *.
The best balance of location / quality / price, in our opinion, fell on the village of Yablunytsya, Villa "Maria".
The road was quite tiring, we got there for more than a day by railway transport, upon arrival at the railway station Tatariv, as agreed, we were met by car, Mr. Bogdan (meeting and transfer to the hotel there - free of charge, back - for a fee).
Hosts (if you don't care what the hosts are, feel free to skip this paragraph for reading). When we loaded into the car and set off, it was already dark, and after the procedure of getting to know us, Bogdan switched to a historical instructive course of the “correct”, and not the Soviet, history of Ukraine, the local lands and local characters, and the text bounced off the teeth so much that it was clear that it has already been told more than one hundred times... When everyone in the car began to fall asleep peacefully, pan Bogdan got to praising Bandera and Una-unso and about the atrocities of the Soviet people on his land and stories about how he once threatened his guest from Odessa, that he was “not to be found in the mountains”, when the latter somehow expressed himself in a wrong way about the Western partisans... Then pan Bogdan strongly recommended that we contact him in Ukrainian (in fact, even without his instructions, when I got to Lvov, I always switched into Ukrainian... ), my question: "How far, to the house? ", was stupidly ignored by Bogdan and the historical epic continued, - apparently, without knowledge about the "Soviet scum" and the cool liberators of the "Bandera" I do not I can rest normally and not wear skis)
I'm sorry that I deviated so significantly from what tourists read the review for, but I did it intentionally, because. in this brief description of one of the episodes, of which there were a great many, the whole essence of the owner is Villa Maria, and for many tourists the "quality of the owners" is of great importance... There was also: an increase in the price for accommodation from the owners after the settlement, relative to the amount for which was booked a month in advance (with a subsequent scandal and accusation of us as enemies of the people), texts like: "I will give you such a price for ski rental, if you rent from me for the whole week, if for less than a week, then go look for it", "I wash the floors here with my own hands, so go everywhere in slippers, " etc. The hostess, Maria, is all over the place, always yelling, a little crazy, like a young woman.
Location. One of the best in Yablunitsa itself and in relation to Bukovel. It is located on an elevation relative to the road to Bukovel, so if on foot it’s 300 meters uphill, if by car, then on one that will crawl up to the same 300-400m using winter sprinkles (coal and ash). Outside the windows there is just a superb view of the pines, mountains... quiet, ecologically clean, the place is just what the doctor ordered : ) Villa Maria is located even away from the internal road, so you are guaranteed peace and quiet outside the window - this is a big plus. Transfer to Bukovel was 80 UAH one way, we were 4 people. Drive from the window of the mansion to the ski lifts in Bukovel - 20min.
House and settlement. The house is a three-story mansion. On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace, where you eat, if you order food from Maria, the hosts and those tourists who are guilty live... On the second floor, junior suites and standard rooms, some differ from others only in size. The junior suite has a vestibule in front of the bedroom, which is extremely convenient (we lived in such). Shared bathroom, hot water all the time, double bed and non-working TV. The house was warm and dry, everywhere except the dining room it was cold. Here on the second floor, such a quadrant common hall with a table and chairs (there are no tables in the rooms), those who were cramped in the room gathered there to drink tea or swell or just talk. On the third floor, suites with balconies. If you are demanding on the interior appearance of the room, the quality of the work performed, plumbing, windows, wires and lighting, then you are here, they are much neater and prettier than the second floor (respectively, and more expensive). On the second, they did everything with only one ax.
Nutrition. On average, breakfast and dinner cost 50-80 UAH per person per person. The food is quite satisfying and sometimes even tasty, you can also try local Western national dishes. At lunch we ate in the complexes of Bukovel.
General impression and conclusions. We had a good rest on the whole, the goal was achieved - we skied enough, breathed clean mountain air, walked to the apple pass (except for the walk itself, there is nothing to see and do), if the owners of this wonderful resort had not spoiled their nerves, then it would have been generally fine, but what to do, such is the mentality, such is the tourist "business" in Western style.
We would go there again, - YES, if the owners changed, and since this does not happen, we ourselves will change the situation)
