We booked a junior suite (for 4 people) on booking 2 months before the trip. What is a junior suite? This is a room with a bedroom, its own living room and its own bathroom. This is a KEY moment in history.
When booking online, no prepayment was required. BUT. Then the owner contacted us and asked us to transfer 20% of the prepayment to the card. It didn't arouse any suspicion in us. As it turned out in vain.
Upon arrival, we were met by the administrator and said that we were very lucky and we would have a room even better than we booked. In fact, this is a common practice, it is better to issue a room if the booked room is not available for some reason. But this review would not have happened if the owners of the hotel understood the essence of such a room change.
They lead us to show the number and what do we see? We are given 2 separate rooms that have a SHARED living room and a SHARED bathroom. This would not be a problem if only our rooms had access to the living room and bathroom, but no. ALL RESIDENTS OF THE HOTEL HAVE ACCESS. That is, in fact, anyone could enter our living room at any time and use our bathroom.
And now let's go back. We booked a junior suite with our own living room and bathroom, and got 2 economy rooms with a shared living room and bathroom. That is NO PRIVACY.
After realizing the whole situation, we began to ask questions.
And where is our number, for which, by the way, we made an advance payment? - There is no number. It was given to someone.
Why weren't we informed about such a significant change? - Something like that.
Do you understand that this is not what we booked, but a worse option? We have given you a better option. We don't know anything.
The conversation came to a standstill. We asked for our money back. The administrator began to call the owner of the hotel. Next came the damaged phone. We are the owner - administrator. For some unknown reason, the owner of the hotel did not deign to speak directly. At this stage, full awareness of the stupidity of the situation came.
And here comes the climax of this theater of the absurd. They agreed to return the money to us. But not all. Part. REFUSED TO REFUND us. Why? Because the owner of the hotel felt that he had fulfilled his part of the deal for the provision of the room. We did not receive an answer to questions about the discrepancy between the booked and received rooms.
After the vacation, we decided once again to try to resolve everything peacefully and asked to return the prepayment to us due to the failure to provide services. To which the owner of the hotel laughed and said that he did not care about the reviews.
Apparently he also does not care about his guests and the reputation of the hotel.
Again, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND staying at this hotel. Unless you like surprises in the form of a number change and lost money.
About living to say that everything was bad for us - to say nothing !!!
Lived with a child from 15 to 24 June.
1. Especially on Saturdays - Sundays, the light was turned off TENS of times.
And this means - do not wash, do not get drunk, neither Wi-Fi for you, nor anything for you !!!

And the most "fun" - 9 nights, 5 of which were hell.
From the third floor to the second, through the floors, water flowed directly into the room, which somehow did not get into the shower tray on the 3rd floor.
After taking a shower in the evening at 21-23 hours on the 3rd floor by 3 people, the fun begins in my room. And during this PERSONALLY I dance with basins and buckets, saving the OWNER's hotel. DO I NEED IT?????
The reaction of the administration - this has never happened in 10 years, they gave a bucket, call!
The plumber will be tomorrow.
Nobody came.
The shift has changed - the administrator and the cook.
Nothing changed!!!
It got worse!!!
In the evening I sit on the street, trying to admire the sunset, a child comes running - there is water pouring from the ceiling !!!
I’m flying to the MASTER’S ROOM for 10 YEARS WITHOUT PROBLEMS and wow . . I’m stunned - water flows through the built-in lamp, the light is naturally turned on (evening already) 220V in the network, water on the floor.
YEE!!!
Luckily, no one was hurt!!!
Everything poured on the table and chairs at the entrance, which I constantly pulled out of this corner to the rest of the free space in the room, between the beds.
And on the table there could be a photo for $ 20k, a laptop, etc. etc.
There could also be clothes worth a hotel, shoes from the scrotum of a young crocodile...
I wake up the admin - oh, oh, buckets. And again MY dances for 2-3 hours, until all this merges from the ceiling and stops dripping into buckets and brains !!!

The local technician (let's call him that) tried to figure out the problem, but couldn't.
I explained on the fingers where it is possible to look - it did not help.
I went up to the 3rd floor with him, looked at the shower stall, asked him to pour water on the walls, and not in the pan - my ceiling was dripping. The silicone pallet-wall had already fallen behind in places, water was flowing there, then on the floor, etc. No one thought to make drains for draining “left water on the floor” in bathrooms with wooden floors!
Showed where to embroider, dry and silicone!

And in one evening, 4 rooms were flooded, and in some it poured onto sleeping children !!!
Everyone danced!!! ! Except the owner!
But it was already leaking from the 4th floor!!!

Yeah, I came for 1000 miles with a child for all the money to live in a sauna or ironing room!!!
Concepts like a compliment for a guest, material compensation, etc. etc. , what is supposed in these cases, but simply, elementarily, to come yourself and try to decide something with the tenants, this "owner" is NOT !!!
Total in the dry (does not turn the tongue) residue - no words, just drool !! !
1. Ordered dumplings. They just brought dumplings on a plate. When asked where sour cream and cracklings (the menu says "with sour cream and cracklings") answered that they should be ordered separately and only or sour cream or cracklings (and together, what? ). Then I ask you to bring sour cream, but sour cream is not. Ok, then let's crack. They took away the plates, greased the cracklings for 10 minutes and when they brought the plates back I was shocked - there were as many as 4 (FOUR! !!! ) cracklings in my plate! It's like bullying!
2. Summer salad is not a salad at all, but just sliced cucumbers and tomatoes! Brought on a flat plate and with a strange liquid such as milk or yogurt under vegetables, even if I had to mix it myself, how to do it in a flat plate! Do you have any deep plates? And again the sour cream is gone?
In short, the cuisine is wonderful. They do not know how to issue or submit.
After these dry dumplings, they did not eat whiter, they walked down the street to the Gorgany complex in their hut. It's a bit more expensive, but tasty and beautiful, the dishes are served correctly.
And at the expense of the room itself is not all good, metaplastic windows were installed, and mosquito nets were forgotten, so there are flies and mosquitoes in the room. Not all the light bulbs on the ceiling were working, out of 6 only 3 were lit. And there are no towel racks in the bathroom, although I put them on the floor.
