When checking in, the lamp in the room at the entrance was blinking, in the bathroom one of the lamps was visually black (burned out - see photo), the handle of the front door to the room creaked throughout the corridor. We thought - they themselves know everything, they will fix it (did not wait). The handle of the faucet in the shower cabin remains in the hands when turned on. The bed was changed only after a reminder. Slept on a sliding, obviously tired sofa. We had to repair it - a screw and a washer fell out of it. I would call it a clamshell (see photo). Legs hung down, instead of a mattress - two pieces of foam rubber of different sizes. In the morning I go into the bathroom, my foot slips, I can hardly resist so as not to drive my head into the shower. There is a puddle on the floor, water drying for towels flows (see photo). And the child could be hurt. Be patient. I go to the reception and say: How is it? We paid for a 2 ROOM SUITE. And we have this, and that, and the fifth, and the tenth? And Pani Irina answers: Oh, what did you pay for the SHARES? That is, in other words, if you settle for a promotion in a 2-room suite, then you are not supposed to have any amenities in the room or service. Or is there a special room for shares "with all the amenities"? In the rain, we took an umbrella-cane provided by the hotel in the room. A gust of wind broke the umbrella. Our usual umbrella, which is 7 years old, was not damaged. We, as honest people, asked at the reception how much we owed, it turned out to be 400 UAH. This is 100 UAH more than the price of a NEW umbrella with protection against gusts of wind "Antistorm" (the first link to Google for the query "Umbrella Antistorm cane chameleon"). For this money you can buy 2!! ! umbrella without "anti-storm". We wanted to discuss the amount with the director, but....Despite the fact that the advertising book in the issue says that we have the RIGHT to talk with the director, he refused to meet.

We chose the "Fifth Ocean". Neither I nor my family regretted it! Very good, comfortable and quiet rooms with all necessary equipment. Very nice SPA center with swimming pool, saunas. The kids loved splashing around in the jacuzzi. Gorgeous restaurant! Everything is done soundly, expensive. It can be seen that the hotel is constantly maintained in a quality condition. And most importantly: the attitude of the staff to the guests! This is in the "Fifth" on top. Very benevolent and professional, they understand everything perfectly, although there were no special comments! Thank you for your vacation!
I am also ready to answer questions if anyone is going to the "Fifth Ocean".
It's nice that the prices are not too high, but fully correspond to the level of the institution, and for a worse room in the Karpaty, I would have to pay 50 tons more than interest.
