The room at first glance is not bad, but if you look closely, the impression worsens. It is spacious, but dirty, very shabby, the furniture is old, the lighting is only in two floor lamps, which are missing.

The first two days they couldn’t book anything at all, then they decided to ask for help and they explained to us that the database is updated at 00.00 and the reservation should be made as early as possible, at 7 in the morning it’s too late. We managed to book three restaurants. Barbecue bar and mixed cuisine restaurant is just some kind of parody (self-service, plus the food is the same as in the main restaurant). The Indian restaurant pleased me, I can’t say anything bad. in the restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, Russian, fish and German could not get.
The attitude of the staff is terrible, like we owe them something. On the first day, we were given only one set of towels, went to the reception two or three times, and did not achieve anything. In order to be served at the bar, you have to wait until the bartenders discuss all their hot topics and maybe then he will deign to pay attention to you. The line for food at the bar on the beach is a meter long and it moves extremely slowly, and with all this, the chefs still decide how much food to give you.

The door was really cracked, but in order to bring it to such a point, it was probably necessary to beat it with our feet. The guide who came for us could not help. And the Director sort of went to meet us, allowed us to write a statement that we broke the door and pay 30 bucks. It was possible to argue further, but the departure was running out.
I also liked one more thing, for the loss of a hotel bracelet you pay $ 50 and when you check out, it is cut off by a hotel worker. Meaning?!!! ! For reference, no hotel does this. Probably the worse the hotel, the more ambition.

Vacationers mostly hang out on the beach and in the water park. There is a bar on the beach, a bar in the water park, a pool bar at the Paradise Hotel. Snacks - I didn't really like snacks. Pizza, hamburgers, rice, vegetables, eggplant, french fries. It’s good that there were a lot of fruits. Quite positive impressions remained from the rest

Lunch, dinner are about the same: mashed soups, stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, fish, goulash, chicken, french fries, baked potatoes, sometimes meat and grilled fish for dinner, barbecue on skewers, sweets, salads, fruits (melon, dates, figs, guava, apples, oranges, pears). we were in German, the choice of dishes is small, but tasty, we liked it.
