The territory of the hotel is large, spacious, with a lot of greenery and flowers. If you want a quiet rest, merge with the sea, silence and enjoy your vacation, then this is the place. I recommend it to parents with children. The sea is simply wonderful without cliffs. You don't have to go far to the sea. There are two elevators, one is closed, and the other is under glass, and when you go down you can admire the sea. That is, you will not have to walk a lot, everything is made for comfort and convenience. In terms of food, there is no such choice as in Turkey, but you will not remain hungry. The children were satisfied and ate to their heart's content. Therefore, I recommend visiting the "Gaden of Eden" hotel, a truly heavenly garden and a heavenly place for relaxation.
As a result, they were placed in different buildings, to put it mildly, far from each other. The hotel room really lived up to its stars, but the apartment is far from it. In addition to the size of the rooms, nothing was said about the stardom.
Only the kettle and the washing machine worked without question, the stove was dirty, it was sickening to look at, it was scary to take the iron in your hands, it was safer to throw away the pans, even the batteries in the remotes for the air conditioners were dead, there was a hairdryer, but there was no socket in the bathroom, and there was no mirror in the bedroom to use hair dryer, convenient, to be sure. Instead of a bedside table, there were two drawers from the desk in one place : ))
The curtains in the bedrooms are luxurious, but white and in the early morning from the sun it feels like you are sleeping on the beach.
Speaking of the beach, you can’t place your own bedding for children on the beach in addition to stationary sunbeds and umbrellas - terror began from the side of the beach cashier, moreover, he accepted payment for sunbeds without any badges with a name and position, instead of a document he has a cash register : )) And a free zone place where you can sit with your towels on the sand of a ridiculously small area and on the walkway from the wheelchair ramp. Moreover, the hotel offers apartments for ownership and the owners of these apartments actually have nowhere to stay on the beach, except for an additional fee of 6 levs for a sunbed and 6 levs for an umbrella.
This pettiness comes through at every step, even the bed linen leaves much to be desired, not to mention the "springiness" of the mattresses.
The only thing that is a good plus for the complex is the presence of swimming pools, the only entertainment for children. There is nothing more for children to do there, there is animation for children, in principle, but there is no place, for example, for a mini-disco - a ventilated balcony or a cramped area next to the pool.
The kitchen is quite decent, it would be more salt in smaller dishes would be better for the health of vacationers.
The conclusion was made that the complex was built according to a good project and the territory is large and well-groomed, but today's service is not impressive at all, I don't want to go there yet and I can't recommend it to my friends.
In restaurants, food is tasty and inexpensive, fruits and vegetables are sold in any store. We have never eaten such delicious cherries as in Bulgaria! I would like to mention the restaurant "Waterfalls". It is VERY tasty food, quite inexpensive, they can pick it up from the hotel for free and take it back by car.
We went to Sunny Beach and Nessebar by bus. 20 min and on the spot. It is very pleasant that the local population understands the Russian language and communicates in it. The people are very friendly.
In general, we were satisfied with the trip, we will definitely return to Bulgaria more than once!
by calling reception: change of linen, new shampoos, missing linen and towels, change
batteries in the remote control, etc.
Also, for the same price, there are rooms that are very different in terms of environment. The first room in which we
settled, had the so-called balcony on the roof, on which everyone went and in the evenings passed
discos
An excellent hotel with a beautiful green and flowering area, excellent service, 8 swimming pools, several restaurants, bars, a SPA center and a gym. There is a shop where you can buy vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini, peppers, onions, potatoes), greens, fruits (apricots, nectarines, peaches, cherries, apples), melons (melons, watermelons). Very tasty Bulgarian dairy products: yogurt (in Bulgarian: sour milk), cheese, brynza. The Italian and fish restaurants cook excellent food. At the hotel we only had breakfasts, a daily set of dishes is repeated, but because of the large offer, it does not bother. Our apartments had all the necessary utensils for cooking and table setting, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, electric stove. Many apartments have owners, so each of them is furnished to your taste.
There were enough places both on the beach and near the pools for everyone, even taking into account the large number of tourists. Of course, sometimes the places near your body can be occupied, but you can always walk around and find free sunbeds nearby near another pool. On the beach you can take sun loungers (6 levs) and umbrellas (6 levs) (1 euro = 1.9 levs), but you can also find a place on the sand for free. The beach is sandy, but there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea (somewhere narrow, somewhere wide), you need to enter carefully.
To the left of the beach there is a pier: 3 times a day a boat goes to Nessebar and back (25 levs in both directions).
Lawns, flowers and trees are looked after by gardeners all day long. Many plants are rare, which can now only be seen in botanical gardens (for example, the ginkgo biloba tree). There are artificial waterfalls and a grotto with evening illumination, where children love to hide. There are playgrounds, kids club and animation.
Having ordered several excursions and traveled all over the area, we can say with confidence that this hotel is one of the best in the resort area. In addition, it is located on the edge of St. Vlas, far from noisy entertainment, there is a calm family atmosphere.
Our room was well cleaned with daily change of towels and bed linen (don't be stingy about tipping the maids! ).
We are satisfied with the work of waiters in restaurants. Everywhere good friendly service.
If you exit the hotel and walk to the left, you will see a bus stop. You can drive to the center of St. Vlas (1 lev) and to Nessebar (2.1 lev).
There are excursions for every taste, the buses are comfortable. I liked the cities of Sozopol, Nessebar, Pomorie, Veliko Tarnovo, the village of Arbanasi. It is interesting to visit Bulgarian temples and monasteries.
I hope my review will be useful to you.
Two adults and a 2 year old child.
Hotel: luxurious. A huge territory, all in greenery and many different flowers that I see for the first time. 7 outdoor pools, each with a children's section. There is a separate pool for toddlers, just do super! A six-month-old baby is sitting, he is just above the waist. Another indoor pool is large and beautiful.
Meals: if it weren’t for yoghurts, pasta, oatmeal and pancakes, the child wouldn’t need to go there) For adults, everything is sooo tasty, especially meat (min. 7 types of different preparations for dinner), but damn... everything is fried and in spices. There was a delicious soup with noodles, and then with spices. Milk (yogurts, kefirs, milk) are simply GREAT! Breakfast is the same all the time (but very varied), dinner - a different menu all week, but in the second week a repetition began
Rooms (standard in the building): everything, as on the site. Big, beautiful. The bathroom is also large, which pleases (washbasin, toilet, bidet, jacuzzi, shower). Large balcony (took sea view). Probably a huge three-sleeping bed, an additional one-and-a-half sofa, when unfolded, it’s just a great bed.
Service: no complaints so far
Separately, I want to say that absolutely everyone here is with children. There are children for 2 months, sooo many children up to a year. Huge selection of high chairs (both wooden and upholstered, and with roofs, etc. ) During tomorrow / dinner, there are even Avent bottles of baby tea (only wear your pacifier)
Animation for children: every day a children's disco and then some kind of program (pirates, clowns, etc. )
For adults: in restaurants (there are 4 of them here), there is also some kind of entertainment in the evenings.
The biggest crap - on the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, and on the site it was written that it was free. A set of 2 shoes + umbrella = 18 lev, this is 90 UAH. For 14 days This is a decent amount. Towels are not issued for the beach / pool, so I had to go urgently to buy. (we did not take this into account, how much we rested, the hotels always gave out towels separately for the beach)
Another point: the girls from Tortuga dissuaded us from taking half board (they say, there are a lot of cafes there, not expensive and tasty) Lerochka, it’s good that I didn’t listen to you Girls, always consider the area where you live. Our hotel is on the edge of the village, it takes 12 minutes to go to the bus stop with a child, another 20 minutes to go to a normal catering (Sunny Beach). And all around us are only expensive restaurants in our and other hotels. Therefore, dinner is very convenient for us.
There is also a supermarket on the territory, there is a lot of everything and not expensive.
Separately, I want to say RESPECT to the host of Go2Holiday, and personally to the curator of our hotel, Mikhail... we had a very stressful situation upon arrival, I took ANOTHER suitcase at the airport (we had two of them), I mixed up one. It was tough... we are on the bus to the hotel, and then they call my husband and say that your suitcase is at the airport. Misha did not leave us in trouble Let's go to the airport, and the owner of the suitcase that we have says: I don't know where yours is, I wrote down the phone number and left it near the tape. In short, they searched for a suitcase for 2 hours, and Misha was at the airport all this time. And he helped to resolve the issue with the fact that my husband had his passport, and the tags on the suitcase were written out for me.
