As for the room, the curtains are old with stains, the beds are comfortable, there is a flat-screen TV with Russian channels, a safe, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, an electric kettle. Towels are changed, used ones must be thrown on the floor, so they understand that the towel must be changed. There is soap, toilet paper, gel shampoo. The shampoo is separate and there is no balm or hair mask, which was very disappointing.
Tea, coffee, sugar, water, cups are provided in the room every day.

This hotel has a heated swimming pool, an aqua park (never went there, the little one didn't want to), the sea is clean, you can swim in March. There is no reef, there is an elongated pontoon from where you can dive and swim.
As for food, you will not be hungry. You will definitely find something to eat from what is available.
Rested with friends from 1 to 8 February. We chose this hotel because we were afraid that it would be cold and bribed a water park with warm pools. As a result, we were there only once, the rest of the time we spent on the beach by the sea.
There are many slides, one wave pool.
We arrived at the hotel at 18:00, so we settled immediately, for $ 5 with a sea view.
The rooms are a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. They cleaned well, changed towels every day and put 3 liters of water.
The area is very beautiful and big. Stunning sunrises on the sea, a lot of sunbeds, there are special coasters with wind protection, they really saved us! Near the shore we saw stingrays, squids and moray eels.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk along the pontoon to the reef, it is very long. The reef is beautiful, but there is little place where you can swim, fenced with buoys and making sure that no one weeds them out.
The animation is amazing, the Zumba at 11:30 is a must!
Every evening there were discos and shows (until 23:00).
Before the trip, we read reviews that there was not enough food, but this is not so. The choice is amazing, always fish, chicken, meat, pasta, lots of side dishes and vegetables. You definitely won't be the head. Delicious outdoor grill food.
The bar on the beach has delicious pita bread with meat, potatoes and burgers.
There are 3 free restaurants by appointment. We were in Chinese, highly recommend!
Alcohol also pleased, delicious cocktails and especially beer (in the beginning it was on tap, then bottled).
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the reception and the beach.
Near the hotel there is a small market with all sorts of souvenirs and grocery stores. They sell mangoes ($4-7) and strawberries for $1, you can bargain everywhere (very tasty, feel free to take it).
So I recommend the hotel, perfect value for money.

We flew well, without delay, we arrived at the hotel at 7 am local time, check-in took a long time, by 2 o'clock the rooms were free, we paid the guy at the reception $ 10 for each room and went to check in. The room was just super, suite, overlooking the sea, everything is clean, cleaned every day. There are no complaints about the number.
2. Nutrition. Food for 10! Meat, salads, pasta. There is also a corner for those who are on a diet: boiled potatoes, vegetables, meat, eggs for breakfast. The meat was different: chicken skewers, fish, meat in various sauces. For dinner or lunch, at least three types of meat. Also for dinner 3 times in 10 days they gave ice cream, melon, strawberries. Variety of sweets. I assure you you won't go hungry. Having had a hearty lunch for dinner, we were not quite hungry. We visited the restaurant 3 times: oriental, Indian and Italian cuisine - they are free, you just need to sign up.
3. Beach. Sunbeds and mattresses are in good condition, and we ourselves are responsible for the cleanliness on the beach. The cleaners clean everything, but do not have time to clean up after our Russian "brother", who scatters plastic cups, cigarettes and other things.
There is no reef at all, 300 meters shallow, deep only from the pontoon. There are 3-4 species of fish, if you want to see all the variety of marine life, you can go on an excursion on a yacht, for example.

5. Excursions. None of our guides were taken because the prices are exorbitant. After reading previous reviews about Victor's agency, we immediately went to him. We took three excursions: on a yacht ($35), a colored canyon + blue lagoon ($25), a trip to Cairo ($55), Cairo cost us $80 instead of 85, because we bargained a little and took 3 excursions for 4 people
Colored canyon + blue lagoon (blue hole, as it is also called). We got to the colored canyon in a jeep, jumped a little on it in the mountains, the picture is bewitching. Personally, the canyon did not make a special impression on me, mountains and a small gorge. For an amateur, of course. After the colored canyon, we went to drink tea with the Bedouins and, before reaching the blue lagoon, sat on camels. Until the lagoon, we rode camels for 10-15 minutes, after which we put on masks and sailed to see all the beauty of this fabulous place. The beauty is indescribable: a reef of magical beauty, different fish and a bottomless blue lagoon.
Why didn't you take excursions from your guide? For a more complete picture, I will give an example: for 3 excursions for 4 people, they paid $ 600 from Victor, they would have paid $ 1100 from the guide, do you feel the difference? : )
For those who are worried about organization, I assure you everything was fine. Tourists were collected from each hotel, they were also transported back, everything was safe, everyone was counted, everything was just super.
The guide was angry, shouting that we were buying excursions behind his back. Do not pay attention, you can immediately say in person that you will not buy excursions, so that he does not have unnecessary illusions about you.
On the third day, you will be taken on a free tour of an oil shop and a leather and fur shop. You can go only because it will be a tour of Sharm El Sheikh. The guide has it in the list of services on excursions for $ 10 and also in the evening. There is not much to see in the city, so you can go for free.
Summing up, I want to say that the hotel is just super, pulls for 5k, I will definitely come again and I will recommend it to everyone. Stayed 10 days and did not want to leave this wonderful hotel

They pour a lot, I always asked for less) There was even a soup with seafood and sushi, though with cabbage and tomatoes)))) Alcohol is like in Egypt, the beer is delicious (on the terrace from 12 noon, on the beach from 15.00).
4. The territory is beautiful green, the beach is spacious, there were always enough sunbeds. Entry into the sea and from the shore and from the pontoon. The pontoon is about 1 km long, there are 2 entries, the first one is 500 meters and you can swim in the lagoon, the second at the very end, you can see fish there, but there are sooooo few of them and the reef is gray.
5. There is a heated pool with comfortable water. There are always a lot of people there, because. the water in the sea is invigorating.
6. The staff is very friendly, they rush to help at the first call. Issues are responded to and resolved quickly. Girls are protected from drunken tourists! 7. Very interesting shows in the evenings! The animation is active, except for our girls, they are completely lethargic and it is clear that they are tired.
We are completely satisfied with the rest and we will definitely return to this hotel!
The room had to be 2 + 2, and the room had only a double bed. After contacting the reception, we were offered an hour's walk until they cleaned up, delivered the beds. We got to the room at 16:00, we can't say that they cleaned there, we changed the bed, wet cleaning. Ratings for hotels are clearly inflated. All dirty, broken, fungi, towels are removed when cleaned at 10 am, and new ones are brought around 5 pm. You need to call constantly to bring towels, you have to wait an hour or two.
There are constant queues in the dining room, hot dishes are placed on plates, you stand with an outstretched hand with a plate, and you are thrown that spoonful of rice on the plate as something you do not need. While standing in line, the food is already cold.
There are few sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, people go out at 5 am, occupy the sunbeds, leave some things so that no one takes the sunbed.
The photo of the hotel advertisement is not true, everything is dirty and shabby.

There is no reef as such. But it's great to swim in the sea, coming down from the pontoon. People came to us from other hotels to swim because they were closed, but they were not allowed because they were not from our hotel. Windy, it's Nabk, but not critical. All along the coast we had animators working on the beach, music was playing, it was fun.

I had to change my number three times. We booked a room for three with a garden view.
The first room had a view of a blank wall, with a broken lock. Changed. Spent the night at 2. In the morning there was a flood in the bathroom from a leaking bidet and toilet. The number was changed again. Dirty and unhygienic everywhere. Bed linen was changed 1 time in 11 days. Towels were changed only when you already throw them on the floor and tell them three times to change them. The linen is of very poor quality, with stains and spools. Towels with holes. Cigarette butts throughout. Smoking everywhere, even in the lobby, despite the "no smoking" signs. Huge queues for food, while all the locals ignore the queue and climb through like that. They come to restaurants in swimsuits. Food is thrown on the floor and kicked all over the floor. They put the children on the table.
3 a la carte restaurants were announced. Only managed to get into 1.
If there were problems and the manager was called, he said that he was resting here and there was no need to pull him.

FOOD - like in any other hotel in Egypt. Some delicious, some not so good. But you can find it for yourself. They weren't hungry. We actually had to stand in line outside. Supplements are given.

I do not recommend this hotel. Very rude attitude of the hotel management. We are not the first time in Egypt, we love this country very much, but with such frank rudeness for the first time. If you didn’t come to the opening of the restaurant, then you have to stand in line for food from 15-40 minutes and it’s not a fact that then you will find a place in the restaurant (lunch and dinner in 2 restaurants and they are packed). The food itself is very amateur, although sometimes it was tasty. BREAKFAST - very poor! The most edible are pancakes (always half raw), scrambled eggs (undercooked), cereal and some pastries. Everything else is terrible! Cutting plastic and powder. From eggs only chatterbox. Coffee - slop, tea - good. SECOND BREAKFAST is rolls on the beach, those that you did not eat in the dining room and EVERYTHING!
LUNCH - 1-2 types of meat: veal goulash with potatoes or eggplant (more vegetables than meat and super tough meat), chicken (super dried); garnish: potatoes, 2 types of rice, pasta (sometimes edible, sometimes salty and sour. Potatoes are raw in pieces, mashed potatoes are with peel). Salads, vegetables. Fruits are always the same - melon, dates, orange (in the morning, it still happened, they cut apples).
SECOND LUNCH: it's french fries and pizza (a pancake in which smelly sausage and pepper), they are given out strictly in portions!
Children who asked for supplements were chased with the words "That's it, shoo! ". BUT there was always an additive for the local population!
There was also powdered ice cream.
DINNER: dried grill and the same meat as for lunch. The fish in batter is delicious, on the grill G... VNO! Sweet table: very poor and not always tasty. Only 5 types of biscuit, the most edible is cottage cheese. Everything else is exactly the same as for lunch.
And now WARNING! If you think that you are being given as much food as you want, then NO! EVERYTHING IS STRICTLY OPTIONAL! At your request, they will put a vegetable (1) or gravy instead of meat, and then ignore! Garnish put as much as you want. I took 3 plates (2 for myself and 1 for the child) and only then I was full. You can go for a supplement, but you have to stand in line for 15-. . . minutes.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH CHILDREN IN THE AQUAPARK! There are the dirtiest pools, as local children urinate there (and not only). My child accidentally took a sip of water from there and literally an hour later it began to vomit. I had to go to the hospital and do a drip, because I couldn’t cope on my own. So far, the drip has revealed intestinal information and the child has been treated for the last 4 days of the holiday. Before that, there were many times in different water parks, but this is the first time! The most interesting thing is that all the staff know that the pools are very dirty and only when the child was poisoned I was told that it is better not to swim with him anywhere, only in the sea (which, in fact, does not exist).
Check-out from the room exactly at 12:00 (we had a bus at 14:20). To all my requests and pleas to leave the child in the room until 14:00, since he had not fully recovered and was still weak, and at that time there was also the arrival and departure of tourists and there was no place at the reception AT ALL! People were sitting on tables. I was flat out denied!
So far, I sat at the reception and waited for the bus, for 15 minutes. before lunch, a hotel employee came up and cut off the bracelet, saying that lunch was not allowed for me or the child! As well as dry rations. Knowing that this could be the case, since the hotel is POOR, I signed up for food in advance. When our guide arrived, he said, "Take your own luggage and go to the bus. " At the request for help, since there was still heavy hand luggage + a child, he said in a higher tone "SAMA! ".
So that you can appreciate all the HORRIBLE of the hotel, then ask at the reception to give you a pen to the airport, as yours is over or lost (as was my case), to which the answer was "I only have one pen. "
In Egypt, not the first time, there is something to compare. Prior to that, they were mostly in 4 * and there was never such a HORRIBLE and SHIT attitude.
By the way, if you need the sea, then this is not here. Here the sea is knee-deep, at low tide ankle-deep. The pier is unfinished. There is no RIF at all! Not a bad reef is in Albatross, but the beholder may not let you in there or for a fee (we gave chocolate). Walk to the coral about 2 kilometers (better in the afternoon).
Be prepared that the hotel itself is shabby and old + 90% of vacationers are locals.
I will never come back to this hotel and definitely won't recommend it!
