The hotel is located in a dacha cooperative on the outskirts. But all this was only a plus for us - silence, peace, no people having fun, drinking and pestering. and if you need to buy something, but really in an hour you can turn back and forth. That is, location - minus - conditional - as anyone. We are a plus. But there is no territory. a clearing near the pool and that's it, although there was enough space for everyone, but in principle there is nowhere to take a walk, since there are construction sites and the steppe behind the hotel fence. Everything else is just pluses - the sea is really crawling for about three minutes, very close. The beaches (there are two of them nearby) are pebbly and stones are quite large, it is best to take Egyptian slippers for corals, but it is interesting to swim, and with a mask it is generally unreal beauty! Sun loungers are rented for 20 UAH. on one of the beaches there is a kiosk with ice cream, beer, juices and a dry closet, t. e. it cannot be said that generally uncivilized beaches. we liked it. But the beaches are not big, there are few places on the weekend, but given the fact that it is close to the hotel, we only swam there, and sunbathed by the pool. The pool is medium in size and is really cleaned and disinfected. You saw it yourself. In Crimea, this is a rarity. so that's another plus. Food is a buffet. not Turkish, of course, but for a small Crimean hotel, you won’t go hungry - sausages, pancakes, stewed vegetables, sausage, cheese, porridge, muesli, yogurt, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sometimes fruits - an approximate menu. lunch and dinner for 50 UAH. from a person. But the dinners are worth it - the first, a side dish, meat or fish, salad, compote. But for dinner, it seems to me a little expensive - there are only two dishes - a side dish and a cutlet or a chop, and the price is the same, so we took pizza (35 UAH) of a huge size for dinner and if there wasn’t enough, then we caught up with khachapuri - (as huge as and pizza) for 20 UAH - for Crimea, just for nothing. So they were not hungry and did not spend crazy money on food. The cafe has alcohol, beer, chips, milkshakes, ice cream, that is, we did not suffer from the lack of shops. About free - do not believe it, in the Crimea, where they charge a hundred hryvnias for each sneeze, in "Magnolia" there is something for free - a transfer upon arrival (here the departure is already at their own expense, they themselves can call a taxi - the price to the railway. vokazala -70-80 UAH. ), purified drinking water, boiling water in a cafe around the clock, beach mats, books, magazines, badminton, at dinner - tea, coffee and cookies, Wi-Fi. At the reception they give an information sheet, which describes in detail how to get where, a great idea, it helped us. A lot of holidaymakers with kids, we like it more than a lot of holidaymakers with vodka. Excursions are organized right from the gates of the hotel. prices from 140 UAH. (to Khersones) to 220 (to Balaklava). The choice, however, is not large, but there are routes 6-7. The tour organizer appears at the hotel in about a day, tell the reception that you want to buy tours and he will find you. In general, a quiet, calm, tasty family vacation. Yes, advice - don’t take a tour of the center of Sevastopol, you can drive yourself and see everything in two hours, but Chersonesos should be watched only with a guide - before that we were on our own twice, not the same emotions at all. By the way, the cost of a tour of Chersonesus includes a visit to the Ancient Theater - the actors are just super, the plays are also excellent, we did not regret that we got there. The rest was a success, thanks to "Magnolia" !!! !

There are no complaints about the hotel - clean and comfortable rooms, good bed linen and towels, the windows of all rooms overlook the pool (yes, indeed, there is an abandoned construction site on the neighboring site, but this is not the fault of the owners and I think it makes no sense to focus on this ! ) The territory of the hotel is small and very well-groomed - everything is in greenery, flowers! The pool is large enough to swim, not just take a dip. The food was varied and very tasty, portions are designed for men : -) The only drawback was that there was not enough natural coffee, but this can be forgiven! The entire staff is very friendly and smiling. I clean the rooms every 3 days on the 4th, then they change bed linen and towels!

It is not very convenient to enter the water because of the stones, but the problem is solved if this is done in coral slippers. In the morning until 10.30 there are few people on the beaches, the main part is pulled up later, and on the beach, which is considered wild, there are more people; although it may be given the impression that it is smaller. The water is clear and really turquoise. During the week, only once the water was such that it did not want to enter, but the next day it warmed up to a comfortable temperature.
From entertainment, excursions are offered for every taste and budget, for an additional 20 UAH. from the nose you will be picked up right from the gates of the cottage settlement (to the gate from the hotel 7-10 minutes walk).
I would like to appeal to future vacationers and, especially, vacationers with children, please do not destroy and do not allow your children to destroy what the soul of the owners is invested in.

We were in Sevastopol for the first time and we liked everything very much, especially the hospitality of the owners and staff. We rested in a two-room suite with a child, everything is very clean, comfortable, very tasty and always fresh food. The sea is very beautiful and warm, more suitable for diving, have a special diving shoes.

Pluses - the meeting at the station was organized, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the room was cleaned and linen changed every 3 days, the breakfasts are very tasty and always varied, the hotel area is small. MINUSES - remoteness from the city center (by minibus 40 minutes), DISGUSTING BEACH, if it can be called a beach, a pile of stones scattered in a small area, it was impossible to enter the water, because the bottom is rocky, no infrastructure (not one store and tents nearby hotel) to the store you need to go by minibus for about 15 minutes.

Moreover, last year the coastline was washed away by storms. Rude wait staff, disgusting room layout (we lived in a suite), synthetic linen, poorly cooked food, etc. Who needs details - ask, I'll tell you everything. We have been traveling with our family for a long time, we always choose middle-class hotels, we are always satisfied with the conditions. As a rule, there are some shortcomings, which are compensated by the friendly attitude of the staff. Worse than in the "Magnolia" was never!
