1. After driving 700 km with two small children, we saw a house in the private sector, where rooms are rented for UAH 3.500 per night. The cost is inadequate under these conditions.
2. Before booking, I especially emphasized that my wife and I will come with two small children under 3 years old and it is important for us to have a place to walk, clean the roads so that you can ride in a wheelchair. We were assured that there was no problem with that. When we arrived, we were in despair. Not even that with a wheelchair, it's hard to walk at least 100 meters to fall. Calculate that you go skating. Walks did not work out accordingly…
3. The nearest nearby attraction is the railway! To get to the city center, you have to cross the crossing every time.
4. Pay special attention to those in the car. Free parking like that is, but still the main thing.
It turns out that all guests must park in a virtually rectangular narrow tunnel in two rows. Putting the car near the house - in the morning you will not be able to leave until all the guests in front of you go. That is, it is necessary to agree on who goes when and so on, because you can stay blocked without any problems.
5. Restaurant and food. For some reason, cheesecakes near the cafe without windows in the basement cost UAH 250. Other dishes were also tasted - the price does not match the quality.
Most importantly, when we reported all the shortcomings and our desire to leave, the administration refused to return the money paid in advance, but promised to look for options. Periodically, I called with a request for information and in mid-January, the administrator called me back and said that I would be contacted a little later, but assured that the money will be returned and everything will be fine.
When I was not contacted again, I called back and it was no longer a question of a refund, and I was told that to leave these funds for May for me, but none
it doesn't make sense, because these shortcomings made me change my location from the beginning.
Yes, unfortunately I lost money. But I do not regret my decision. We moved to the Hotel Hvoya near the lift, the room has a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. The hotel has a ski school with rental and a two-storey underground car park. And with all this the cost of the room turned out much cheaper.
I really liked Yaremcha itself, very beautiful nature, and a cute town.
We went rafting (well, rafting is so-so), rode ATVs, really liked it, went on a couple of excursions. The hotel has a beautiful territory, gazebos, a swimming pool, decent rooms (we took a suite, and a room with a jacuzzi).
Breakfasts are not very tasty (well, it's understandable, a free application.
But in Yaremche there are many restaurants where you can eat inexpensively and tasty.
Problems in the hotel started when we moved to the second room (with Jacuzzi).
We turned on the jacuzzi and some dirt began to float out of it.
Then at the end of August it was quite cold in the Carpathians, the temperature in the hotel room was 15 degrees.
I kindly asked for a heater, to which I was told that there were no heaters, and they had a heating season since October.
That is, those who arrived in September should walk in the room in jackets, as I understand it.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are disadvantages.
The territory is small, but gazebos, a swimming pool, a swing, a place for a barbecue, a parking lot fit harmoniously on it. The whole territory is buried in greenery and flowers.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Marichka for her attentive attitude towards vacationers. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel, Oksana Yaroslavovna, for creating such a wonderful hotel.
Very tasty cuisine. Everything is freshly cooked to order, taking into account all your wishes. At your request, the order is brought to any of the selected pavilions. It is especially pleasant to dine outdoors, surrounded by flowers and greenery.
The rooms, recently refurbished, are very comfortable. Everything is done very comfortably and tastefully.
I liked the hotel service: the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, tea, coffee, sugar were updated daily, shower products (shampoo, gels, etc. ) were replenished every day - you rarely see such a service where everything is monitored without a reminder.
The hotel is really European level! I recommend to everyone for a pleasant stay!
Arrangement: the hotel is well located in the center of Yaremche. A big plus is the distance from the railway, respectively, the sound of trains passing in the evening (there are few of them, but still) will not bother you. Close to shops, markets, cafes, restaurants.
Territory: very, very much greenery. We lived in a junior suite on the second floor, a beautiful view of the mountains, and wooden pergolas in the yard. A sea of flowers and interesting trees. The area resembles a botanical garden. There is a pool and sunbeds.
Rooms: I repeat, we lived in a junior suite - I liked everything. A comfortable bed, there is a clean mattress pad, a snow-white bed (I will express myself in the words of Olya Freimut : ))))) where you can put a large suitcase, refrigerator, chest of drawers. Good, clean bathroom. As far as I know the rooms have just recently been refurbished. A comfortable balcony with two wooden chairs, sitting on which you can see a gorgeous view of the Carpathians.
Service: Cleaned well, towels changed every day, shower cosmetics replenished. Also in the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, which is very convenient. Breakfast was enough for several hours of walking or trips. The Internet worked fine, a couple of times there were interruptions, apparently due to the weather. The staff can help organize excursions, as well as clarify any information you need.
Thank you to all the hotel staff for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back!
I recommend 100%!! ! : )
