Immediately I would like to note the boorish attitude when checking in at the reception. - Very long check-in (stay in line from one to three hours); - Terrible, old rooms; - Lack of service. From January 10 to January 27.2020, we were a group of Muscovites on vouchers from the CSO in the Akvaloo sanatorium, Sochi. We have the most pleasant impressions - from rest, procedures, leisure activities, food and the attitude of all the employees of the sanatorium without exception. 2-bed rooms, overlooking the sea and with a large terrace, where many sunbathed - in January! From January 10 to January 27.2020, we were a group of Muscovites on vouchers from the CSO in the Akvaloo sanatorium, Sochi. We have the most pleasant impressions - from rest, procedures, leisure activities, food and the attitude of all the employees of the sanatorium without exception.
2-bed rooms, overlooking the sea and with a large terrace, where many sunbathed - in January!
A very large and well-groomed territory, a lot of evergreen and flowering plants, a variety of stunning views of palm trees.
Very tasty and varied food, hot soup that you can eat as much as you like, always delicious main courses and wonderful pastries, lots of vegetables and fruits. At the same time, the food is very balanced. Our thanks to the chef and very polite waiters, our table was number 12.
A wonderful water park, two swimming pools with sea and mineral water, three saunas, a jacuzzi pool. Many thanks to the animation team - Elena, Tagir and other employees for holding aqua aerobics, aquadance, and also for organizing sports events, various master classes, poetry and dance evenings.
Many thanks to all the medical staff for the procedures. Excellent masseurs, Mikhail and Natalya Petrovna - just Super! Good health to you!

I am very grateful to a friend who literally forced me to go with her and the children to Aqualoo. They are already resting in the complex not for the first time, but for me this sanatorium-resort complex was a discovery. I really liked that Aqualoo has its own beach. You don't need to go far, everything is nearby, you just have to go down the hill a little.

The territory of the complex is very large, there is a lot of greenery and magnificent plants, the climate suits me perfectly, and the children did not have acclimatization. We took a standard room with three meals a day. The children had their own children's menu, which I really liked. We ate delicious and healthy food, walked and visited the water park. We visited the Nemo spa complex, I tell you, the sensations are incredible. Turkish bath, honey wrap, wellness massage just brought me back 10 years ago. Next year we plan to return to Aqualoo again. Moreover, when you visit again, there are discounts!

The unpleasant smell of sewage hit my nose, I can imagine how it stinks in the summer here! The room was the biggest disappointment. A small room with an entrance hall in which there was a humpbacked dilapidated sofa, my husband and I had to sleep on it, since the children were placed in the room. There was mold and fungus in the corners of the rooms and on the windows! The carpeting has never been washed in my life, only vacuumed, and then, probably, in open spaces, as there is a lot of dust and food leftovers under the beds and corners. Horror! They were afraid to walk barefoot, so as not to pick up an infection. There is also a small antediluvian TV in the room, a split system, and they also heated it. The shower room is also terrible, it stank of shit, dampness. Old cracked tiles, toilet with yellow stains. Dining room - more or less, for the top three, we were not hungry, but we did not see tasty food, everything is monotonous, lunch is prepared from the remnants of breakfast, dinner is prepared from the remnants of lunch. I didn’t like the New Year’s banquet either - the festive table will still go, but the booze is burned, the entertainment is not interesting, the veranda on which this “banquet” took place, so to speak, is poorly decorated. It was cold and boring. The next day, the Barbecue Party was announced, which turned out to be actually handing out the stinkiest, cheapest sausages to music. And the most apogee of this terrible rest was Galaklnzert with pop stars! On the bare stage, on the street, without equipment, without any decoration of the stage, Domenic Joker sang in a weak voice, songs completely unfamiliar. Everyone left confused. Why is it so hard to fool people? ! And claim such entertainment? None of what was said in the New Year's program was true! Having paid 53.000 for three days, we were left deceived. The water park also did not like, small, one cotton. I have never seen a worse vacation for such crazy money! Never come to this place. I do not recommend.
