I haven't seen this yet. This is a complete scam of tourists for that kind of money. Basically there is nothing to choose from. On the last day, I took canned cucumbers, but I felt some kind of stench and taste, as if washed in potassium permanganate. There were french fries, dry diluted mashed potatoes. There were no juices, there was an invite from which the language is colored. Cola and sprite, fanta were also a coffee machine. Dishes are another matter entirely. How can you find plates with snot or food residues stuck to the bottom, or lightly salted cucumbers stuck to the bottom in a clean stack of dishes - this is horror. Coffee mugs were completely with the remains of cocoa or coffee. The sides of the mugs were not washed and were dirty. Forks between skewers with leftover food. A lot of people in the hotel have been ill with rotovirus. Moreover, there were quite serious problems when people were taken to a Turkish hospital for almost the entire vacation. For example, we did not swim in the pool at all and also got sick with rotovirus. So it is transmitted by airborne droplets or through dirty dishes. Output. I will never come back to this hotel! Severe diarrhea and vomiting, the manager reassured that this was a local virus, but judging by the sounds that were heard periodically from other rooms, it was somehow large-scale. The food is excellent (meat, salads, sweets, fruits, soups), the minibar was replenished every day (water, drinks), the rooms were cleaned every day and at different times for the convenience of those who have children sleeping at lunchtime. The beach is a 5-minute walk (but it’s hard for someone to get this short path) is clean, large, the sea is clean and warm even at 9 in the morning, delicious cakes are prepared on the beach. The river about which so much is written absolutely does not stink and is not dirtier than your Moscow rivers, in the mornings huge turtles and fish swim there. In the evenings it is good to walk along the long beautiful promenade, you can also go to the neighboring Seher.

2). ROOM. (No. 3312) There were two of us, so they gave us a standard room, no more than 20 squares. One single bed, one double bed, bedside table, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, aka mini-bar, built-in wardrobe, mirror, bathroom (toilet, bathroom, mirror, shelves and hair dryer). Everything is in fairly normal condition, you should remember how much you paid for this ticket. For us, with a flight from Samara for a week, it cost 54 thousand, including the fee. Therefore, it would not be very nice to demand a Jacuzzi and snow-white bathrobes. A set of towels, 2 large ones, 3 like small ones, lay in the bathroom, and did not change, because every time I hung them on the balcony (which seems to be in every room) to dry, and then hung them again in the bathroom, and did not throw them on the floor, as we saw in one of the rooms. The floors were washed only once in a week, but it’s worth saying that we didn’t really screw up. The dust was wiped daily, the bathroom and toilet were washed with cleaning products, bed linen was changed every 3 days and the bedspread was beautifully laid every day. Everything seemed to be nothing, the only thing annoying was that there were containers under the windows, which we didn’t even pay much attention to on the first day, but noticed their presence at night. It turned out to be containers for glass containers, and every night, at exactly 5.30, a garbage truck drove up and raked it all out, the sound of breaking glass through a dream is a wonderful alarm clock! But despite this, we got used to it on the second day and just got up with a laugh and closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioner. By the way, it will turn on only when the balcony is closed, before that we had to think about about an hour)) You will have light in the room only after you insert a special key fob into the connector, and therefore both the refrigerator and the air conditioner will start working. To prevent the room from heating up and the drinks to cool in the refrigerator, we disconnected the key from the key fob and left it in the socket so that all the appliances would function. But we didn’t hand over the key to the reception, because they only accept them there with a key fob, so be careful, don’t lose it, otherwise there is a fine, I can’t say how much. The minibar is replenished as it gets empty. Upon arrival, there were 2 cola and 2 forfeits of 0.25 each and two lorries with water without gas. We were rarely in the room, so we drank only one water and 2 cola, but we replenished it immediately, by the way it is free. There is also a safe in the room, but for an additional fee, $ 2 or $ 3 per day, honestly, I don’t remember, we didn’t use it, everything was in a closed suitcase and nothing was missing.
3). CONTENT. The hotel is designed for pensioners and quiet families with kids. There are a lot of Czechs, Germans and Scandinavians, there are Russians, there are enough of them, but most of them are foreigners. All of them are mostly older.
4). SWIMMING POOL. There are two of them in the hotel, one is shallow for children, 30 cm deep, there is an elephant hill nearby, the second is 140 cm, of sufficient size. The water is clean, every day after sunset they are convincingly asked not to climb into the water until 8 in the morning, as it is filtered, but there were a couple of people who didn’t care and they dived in the middle of the night. There are sunbeds around the pool, there is nothing to do, I counted them, there are 67 of them, but! At 8.30 in the morning, when we went for breakfast, they were all occupied not by people, but by bedspreads and towels and people did not appear until dinner, and sometimes a sun lounger could stand for up to 5 hours with a blanket, and then they would come, take it away and leave without even sitting down for a second! It was very infuriating, why do this? including with children, when leaving home or on the beach they will collect their things and set aside a place, then there will be enough sun loungers for everyone, you just have to change the place and that's it. And of these 67 pieces at 11 am, there were 25 people in the pool and on the sunbeds, the remaining 40 were empty. No warnings from the administration, hung on every corner, that you can’t take sunbeds, otherwise the towels will be collected, and that you can’t take a seat until 9 in the morning, do not work. At first we sinned on ours that they were doing this, but then, having seen everything with our own eyes, we realized that it was mostly foreigners who were doing it, they would take sun loungers on all 3 sides, one in the sun, the second in the shade of an umbrella, and the third one is in the shade of trees and they leave! On the second day we bought an air mattress and swam on it in the pool, and then when we climbed out and there were no empty seats, we also settled on it at the side.
five). INFRASTRUCTURE. The hotel is small, there are no alleys for walking, no benches in the shade of palm trees, but we, for example, did not need this. We could use the territory of the adjacent 5-ki Rezot, where there are two slides, a court and a basketball court from what we did not have. We calmly approached the reception of this hotel and asked for either a ball (free of charge) or tennis equipment (free during the day, but a deposit of $ 10, at night, in addition to the deposit, lighting is paid). in our hotel there are billiards, table tennis, sauna and hammam (Turkish bath) free of charge. If you want not only a bath, but also a massage, then you will have to go to the top 5 and pay for these services, from 25 to 40 euros. On site there is a shop with things (shorts and swimwear, with mattresses and swimming equipment, as well as souvenirs and beer with chips). I do not advise buying something there, since you will pay at least 1.5 times more for it. The mattress cost us 15 euros, and outside the territory the same one costs 10. To some it will seem like trifles, but why overpay? By the way, all these shops outside the territory are very close, literally a 10-minute walk, there are pharmacies, and souvenirs, and things, and products. Prices do not bite, everything is like ours. The hotel has 2 bars, one by the pool, the second in the lobby. Valid up to 24 hours.
6). ALL INCLUSIVE CONCEPT. This hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis only. It includes:

7). NUTRITION. The food is quite varied, you will always find something to eat. For breakfast there are boiled and fried eggs, and pancakes, and omelettes, and toasts, and fruits, and cheeses, cereals, muesli, yogurts. For lunch and dinner, there is always meat, cereals, pasta, potatoes. Every day in the evening, a meat dish is cooked on an open fire. Everything is very tasty, a lot of salads, vitamins in general! You can eat in the dining room itself, or by the pool, in the air. The beer is quite tasty, they did not try alcohol, they took rum and whiskey in duty free.

We won, it is not very tasty, on local alcohol, so its price is 7 euros. In the evening, either a performance in the theater, which is located behind the hotel, or live music. Once we got to a disco on the beach, from 10 to 12 o'clock. Very cool! There is nothing for young people to do there, no discos, no contests. My husband and I are 21 and 26 years old respectively, and we were a little bored, went for a walk on the embankment, which is 6 km long, we are almost at the very end, so the path to the right from the exit of the hotel is not very long, but on the left you can walk and walk.

If people didn’t screw around, throwing bits and cigarette butts into the sand, it would be beautiful. The sea is clear, emerald color. A representative of water sports is constantly walking (both parachutes and bananas, everything is full). There are 2 bars, in one there are drinks and hot food from 12.30 to 14. And maybe a chicken, and a fish, potatoes and vegetables in both bars. Delicious cakes are baked right in the cafe, in front of you, very tasty with cheese and sugar, well, of course, everything is separate). There are 2 locker rooms, a shower, a lot of sun loungers with mattresses, you will almost always find free ones.
In the end, I would like to write that this hotel is designed for people who do not require the greatest attention to themselves and do not humiliate the staff, there were a couple of such arrogant ones who all shouted that we would show THESE Turks right now, and they would jump and jump in front of me. The dust was wiped daily, the bathroom and toilet were washed with cleaning products, bed linen was changed every 3 days and the bedspread was beautifully laid every day. Everything seemed to be nothing, the only thing annoying was that there were containers under the windows, which we didn’t even pay much attention to on the first day, but noticed their presence at night. It turned out to be containers for glass containers, and every night, at exactly 5.30, a garbage truck drove up and raked it all out, the sound of breaking glass through a dream is a wonderful alarm clock! But despite this, we got used to it on the second day and just got up with a laugh and closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioner. By the way, it will turn on only when the balcony is closed, before that we had to think about about an hour)) You will have light in the room only after you insert a special key fob into the connector, and therefore both the refrigerator and the air conditioner will start working. To prevent the room from heating up and the drinks to cool in the refrigerator, we disconnected the key from the key fob and left it in the socket so that all the appliances would function. But we didn’t hand over the key to the reception, because they only accept them there with a key fob, so be careful, don’t lose it, otherwise there is a fine, I can’t say how much. The minibar is replenished as it gets empty. Upon arrival, there were 2 cola and 2 forfeits of 0.25 each and two lorries with water without gas. We were rarely in the room, so we drank only one water and 2 cola, but we replenished it immediately, by the way it is free. There is also a safe in the room, but for an additional fee, $ 2 or $ 3 per day, honestly, I don’t remember, we didn’t use it, everything was in a closed suitcase and nothing was missing.
3). CONTENT. The hotel is designed for pensioners and quiet families with kids. There are a lot of Czechs, Germans and Scandinavians, there are Russians, there are enough of them, but most of them are foreigners. All of them are mostly older.
4). SWIMMING POOL. There are two of them in the hotel, one is shallow for children, 30 cm deep, there is an elephant hill nearby, the second is 140 cm, of sufficient size. The water is clean, every day after sunset they are convincingly asked not to climb into the water until 8 in the morning, as it is filtered, but there were a couple of people who didn’t care and they dived in the middle of the night. There are sunbeds around the pool, there is nothing to do, I counted them, there are 67 of them, but! At 8.30 in the morning, when we went for breakfast, they were all occupied not by people, but by bedspreads and towels and people did not appear until dinner, and sometimes a sun lounger could stand for up to 5 hours with a blanket, and then they would come, take it away and leave without even sitting down for a second! It was very infuriating, why do this? including with children, when leaving home or on the beach they will collect their things and set aside a place, then there will be enough sun loungers for everyone, you just have to change the place and that's it. And of these 67 pieces at 11 am, there were 25 people in the pool and on the sunbeds, the remaining 40 were empty. No warnings from the administration, hung on every corner, that you can’t take sunbeds, otherwise the towels will be collected, and that you can’t take a seat until 9 in the morning, do not work. At first we sinned on ours that they were doing this, but then, having seen everything with our own eyes, we realized that it was mostly foreigners who were doing it, they would take sun loungers on all 3 sides, one in the sun, the second in the shade of an umbrella, and the third one is in the shade of trees and they leave! On the second day we bought an air mattress and swam on it in the pool, and then when we climbed out and there were no empty seats, we also settled on it at the side.
five). INFRASTRUCTURE. The hotel is small, there are no alleys for walking, no benches in the shade of palm trees, but we, for example, did not need this. We could use the territory of the adjacent 5-ki Rezot, where there are two slides, a court and a basketball court from what we did not have. We calmly approached the reception of this hotel and asked for either a ball (free of charge) or tennis equipment (free during the day, but a deposit of $ 10, at night, in addition to the deposit, lighting is paid). in our hotel there are billiards, table tennis, sauna and hammam (Turkish bath) free of charge. If you want not only a bath, but also a massage, then you will have to go to the top 5 and pay for these services, from 25 to 40 euros. On site there is a shop with things (shorts and swimwear, with mattresses and swimming equipment, as well as souvenirs and beer with chips). I do not advise buying something there, since you will pay at least 1.5 times more for it. The mattress cost us 15 euros, and outside the territory the same one costs 10. To some it will seem like trifles, but why overpay? By the way, all these shops outside the territory are very close, literally a 10-minute walk, there are pharmacies, and souvenirs, and things, and products. Prices do not bite, everything is like ours. The hotel has 2 bars, one by the pool, the second in the lobby. Valid up to 24 hours.
6). ALL INCLUSIVE CONCEPT. This hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis only. It includes:

- 10.00-10.30 - late breakfast
-10.00-12.00 and from 14.00-17.00 - cookies in the coffee shop
-11.00-16.30- cakes on the beach
-12.30-14.00 - lunch
-12.30-14.00 - snacks on the beach
-12.30-16.30- pizza on the beach
-10.00 - 17.00 - beach bar
-19.00-21.00 - dinner
-23.30-24.00 - snacks in the coffee house
7). NUTRITION. The food is quite varied, you will always find something to eat. For breakfast there are boiled and fried eggs, and pancakes, and omelettes, and toasts, and fruits, and cheeses, cereals, muesli, yogurts. For lunch and dinner, there is always meat, cereals, pasta, potatoes. Every day in the evening, a meat dish is cooked on an open fire. Everything is very tasty, a lot of salads, vitamins in general! You can eat in the dining room itself, or by the pool, in the air. The beer is quite tasty, they did not try alcohol, they took rum and whiskey in duty free.
eight). ANIMATION. On the stand near the entrance to the hotel from the side of the pool, there is a schedule. It included exercises at the pool at 10.30 am, aqua aerobics at 11 am, then darts, a mini club for kids, volleyball on the beach 2 times a day, at 4 like water polo, then again darts, in the evening a children's disco, in the morning more game with an animator for a free cocktail, you need to catch a tennis ball with a glass. We won, it is not very tasty, on local alcohol, so its price is 7 euros. In the evening, either a performance in the theater, which is located behind the hotel, or live music. Once we got to a disco on the beach, from 10 to 12 o'clock. Very cool! There is nothing for young people to do there, no discos, no contests. My husband and I are 21 and 26 years old respectively, and we were a little bored, went for a walk on the embankment, which is 6 km long, we are almost at the very end, so the path to the right from the exit of the hotel is not very long, but on the left you can walk and walk.
nine). STAFF. To call him a servant would simply be indecent. Very nice guys, mostly young guys who always give you a drink with a smile and take away the dishes in time, both during meals and if you are by the pool. And it will be so not only if you are a girl, the behavior is the same with men. The area is clean, no complaints. At the reception more or less they speak Russian, representatives of various Russian travel agencies are constantly sitting, who will orient you.
10). BEACH. Walk from the hotel to the beach 6-7 minutes. Quite clean, they constantly go to collect plates and glasses. If people didn’t screw around, throwing bits and cigarette butts into the sand, it would be beautiful. The sea is clear, emerald color. A representative of water sports is constantly walking (both parachutes and bananas, everything is full). There are 2 bars, in one there are drinks and hot food from 12.30 to 14. And maybe a chicken, and a fish, potatoes and vegetables in both bars. Delicious cakes are baked right in the cafe, in front of you, very tasty with cheese and sugar, well, of course, everything is separate). There are 2 locker rooms, a shower, a lot of sun loungers with mattresses, you will almost always find free ones.
In the end, I would like to write that this hotel is designed for people who do not require the greatest attention to themselves and do not humiliate the staff, there were a couple of such arrogant ones who all shouted that we would show THESE Turks right now, and they would jump and jump in front of me. Remember the price you paid and don't ask for more! Have a nice holiday!
