Everything would be fine, but I had to remind you to change linen and towels. Breakfast is not very varied, but in the morning you can eat normally. To the sea an easy walk 3-4 minutes. go. There are two not bad pools on the territory, but sunbeds need to be borrowed early in the morning and they are free. On the sea, sun loungers and umbrellas are paid and with your own few chances to settle down in order to relax comfortably, you will have to go far to the sea.

The price of one umbrella on the beach is BGN 8, umbrella + deck chair = BGN 16, and umbrella + 2 deck chairs = BGN 24. consider... Well, in general, it’s not bad, and the sandy beach and the sand in the sea do not interfere, with any number of people, the water remains clean! To the old Nessebar slowly 10-15 minutes. walk along the sea and do not need to spend money on trips.

We booked a room for 7 nights with breakfast, check-in on July 3rd through the tour operator Join Up. We stopped in the evening at 20:00 and were horrified... a shabby room on the first floor, a balcony overlooking the parking lot. On the third day, glass from the top floor fell on our balcony at night, it’s good that there was no one, otherwise it would have killed us.

The beds are separate (as they answered, they do not have shared beds).
At the request to relocate, they answered that tomorrow we would talk with the manager (an unpleasant woman, transferred all the arrows to the tour operator)... we changed the bed and that's it...
They took breakfast - it was enough for us... to drink coffee with a sandwich or scrambled eggs with vegetables. There is only one coffee machine and the queue builds up quickly. Every day is the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lunch and Dinner! Cafes are inexpensive... plus fruit bought on the beach)
They took the iron at the reception for the first two days... then they forgot who they gave it to and there was nothing to iron until the end of the vacation (
Wi-fi is free only at the reception and then weak.
The location of the hotel is good: next to the green area, embankment, Old Nessebar 5 minutes walk. .
The beach is clean sand, the water is also buzzing) paid zones passed and fell with their umbrellas and fifty dollars... 15 minutes to go along the coast - not stressful.

I work in a travel agency. For myself and my friends I tried to find a hotel where the price matches the quality. I have not been to this region before. I booked two rooms: a studio and an apartment in the Vigo Panorama 4 * hotel. I should note that according to the description, the hotel complex consists of two parts - Vigo 4 * (cheaper rooms) and Vigo Panorama 4 * (more expensive rooms). Upon arrival, I was settled in VIGO apartments, and my friends - a studio room in Panorama Beach 3 *. From that moment, the clarification of the situation began - why were we settled anywhere ? ! At that moment, about 20 people gathered at the reception with the same claims - they were all settled not on reservation. This is not the first time I have come across Bulgarians, I cannot say that they are very hospitable, but in the current situation, the hotel workers were ready to pounce on all of us. An hour of swearing and asking to show me the room did not end with anything, after I introduced myself as a travel agency employee and said that it was enough to make an idiot out of me, the hotel manager told me with shaking hands and tears in her eyes that she could not show the rooms I had booked, t to. they are all busy!! ! T. e. Bulgarians simply resell pre-booked rooms on the spot! And now about the hotel itself - the rooms in Vigo are not bad, updated, the furniture is fresh. The apartment is a fairly large two-room suite with a huge balcony and panoramic windows on two walls in the bedroom (we were lucky because the room was on the 5th floor and the view from it is simply magnificent: the sea, beaches, the park and the old city, but there is one minus - sunny side, windows had to be curtained). The room has a kitchen unit, a refrigerator, 4 glasses, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 knives - for 3 people), we did not have any other kitchen utensils. The so-called curtains deserve special attention - they are all torn, and, as I understand it, in other rooms too. Cleaning is the most superficial - the garbage was taken out, toilet paper was added, shampoos and soap - only after the request, they walked on the floor with a mop and made it look like the bathroom was being cleaned. And another minus, especially for vacationers with children - there is a sailboat nearby, 150 meters away - a nightclub, a disco every day until 5 in the morning, it's really impossible to sleep! We asked for a kettle in the room - unfortunately, everyone was busy, so it was not possible to drink tea in the room. The hotel has an exchange office where a very nice girl works, you can also rent a car here. As for the room of friends, good words and impressions end here - a shabby large room with two beds and one folding chair, the door handle was constantly breaking, the toilet was flushed periodically, the cleaning was on the 5th day, the garbage had to be specially taken out into the corridor, it was removed on the 2nd th day, and despite the fact that they asked to clean, change the towels thrown on the floor, take out the trash, etc. every day several times!! ! You can draw conclusions about the level of service! Now about the good: the location of the hotel is excellent - close to beaches, a park with a good playground, shops, cafes and most importantly - wonderful old Nessebar. The sea is very clean, the beaches are sandy, umbrellas and sun loungers are 8-10 levs per unit (1 euro = 1.92 levs). Satisfied with the service in restaurants. I forgot to write about breakfast - very monotonous, from fruits - oranges (just in season). Service in the hotel restaurant is the same as in the rest of the hotel. Dinner is not recommended. As for excursions - 50 levs for the Bulgarian village turned out to be money thrown away, the cultural program is very weak (I was at a dinner at a national restaurant in Sofia on a previous trip - my impressions were more pleasant), dinner with national dishes is of poor quality, except perhaps to get acquainted with the ancient the Bulgarian tradition of walking on hot coals - and then - 10 minutes. You need to go to Istanbul for at least 2 days, the road is long, very tiring and you won’t have time to see anything in half a day. In general, we liked the rest, because we tried to enjoy the sea, the sun and the unusual architecture of the old city.

The biggest minus is the bathroom (((, the shower is next to the toilet, there are no sides, drain in the middle of the bathroom, very bad, in order to go to the toilet, I had to wear rubber slippers, because the water was constantly, plus it was dripping from the ceiling, there was mold on the ceiling, they cleaned it anyhow, when checking in, she washed everything herself, everywhere there was a web with spiders

A very dirty hotel, there are stains everywhere on the carpet, the dust has not been wiped off for probably a year, dirty and dusty curtains and tulle. The bed linen was all stained, the only clean thing was the towels. The ashtray on the balcony was not removed for 4 days, it was removed only after I poured cigarette butts on the floor! The food is monotonous and not tasty! The exterior of the hotel is deceiving-- what's inside is wild HORRIBLE!.

For the first time we decided to relax in Bulgaria, we initially stopped at Nessebar, but chose a hotel for a long time. The travel agency advised VIGO APART-HOTEL (VIGO BEACH), because. The hotel is new and just opened. Agreed. Go. We stayed in room number 44. What can be said about the "hotel" - this is not a hotel, those who want to receive service as in a hotel and have taken vouchers to VIGO APART-HOTEL (VIGO BEACH) - change vouchers.

What can be said about the "hotel" - this is not a hotel, those who want to receive service as in a hotel and have taken vouchers to VIGO APART-HOTEL (VIGO BEACH) - change vouchers. You won't get anything like this. VIGO APART-HOTEL(VIGO BEACH) is a small complex of apartments (studios (one-room) and apartments (two-room)). The studio room (we lived in it) is actually an apartment like a guest room. Renovation, minimum furniture, small refrigerator, TV (small but flat))) bathroom without shelves for cosmetics and shower curtains. For couples in the room - two single beds moved together. There is no hair dryer, iron and ironing board, too, but there is a kettle)). Our service was normal: cleaning every day, sheets and towels were changed twice a week. The drain from the air conditioner is brought directly to the balcony and a two-liter bottle is adapted to it, which is naturally not enough with the constant use of the air conditioner. In this regard, there are constant puddles on the balcony. Breakfast: this is something, I have never eaten such disgusting food! ! Don't go for breakfast! Swimming pool: it is, but it is closed and there is never anyone there in the summer (summer, after all, what to do there? ) In general, I personally rate the service as good (note that this is not actually a hotel), we were met, settled in a room at 12 o'clock (and not at 14), they cleaned it, if there were questions, they helped.
I was looking for an apartment in order to have kitchen utensils in order to cook sometimes, it’s not difficult for me, and so there are utensils: 2 dessert spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 large cups, 2 coffee cups, two large plates, 2 hearts , 2 deep, 4 glasses, 1 large knife, a saucepan and a frying pan (made of thin stainless steel, to which everything burned and it is very difficult to cook on it). So, of course, you can make coffee and make a sandwich, but no more.
And now separately about breakfasts. Every day it was the same, only the fruits changed and from the offer you could eat only them. Breakfast included overcooked eggs and pasta, an omelet with more flour than eggs, the cheapest sausage, raw and fried, cucumbers and tomatoes, very salty cheese, sometimes crumbled hard cheese and butter. It is not possible to drink coffee in the machine, the cheapest tea bags and yuppie type juice. And the most interesting thing is that you can’t take food out of the dining room (i. e. if there are not quite ripe nectarines for breakfast, then you need to eat them there) and a fine for not eaten food (i. e. if you took it on a plate, be kind ). All this is evidenced by the signs in the dining room. So if possible, it is better not to take breakfast, but to eat in nearby cafes, which cook excellent food for a moderate fee.
I give this establishment a low rating for one reason: this is not a hotel, as it is declared everywhere (on its website and on the website of travel agencies)! Imagine a more or less elite house with a concierge - that's it! Therefore, the hotel service (for which we went) is not there. Otherwise, everything was on the level (considering our only Crimean experience))). I advise those who rested only in the Crimea and do not plan to get to the hotel.

At first, I was bribed by the fact that the hotel only opened in 2012. Eh, new, 4 *. They really believed it. It is still under construction. . .
But in order:
1. When transferring from Burgas airport - Nessebar, suspicions already arose, but are we going there ? ! The name of the hotel in the voucher on our hands and in the documents of the guide did not match. The essential Beach prefix to the name Vigo was omitted.
2. A room for 3 adults was paid, we were settled in a room 2 + 1. When the question was asked why not a 3-bed room, the hotel administrator stated that, in principle, they do not have 3-bed rooms.
As an alternative, they offered a 2-seater with a sofa. . .
A room on the ground floor. . . no balcony, the balcony door opens directly onto the parking lot of the Mirage Hotel and the entrance street. Sitting behind blackout curtains when the sun is out is also not a great joy. But one could put up with this, they were not going to sit in the room, but as it turned out, if the sofa was laid out, only a person up to 1.5 m tall could sleep on it. None of us fit that standard. We turned to the guide with a request to change the room, even with a cot, damn it, if only the legs did not hang down.
3. The room was changed for us, there was a balcony, and a 4th floor... Only the air conditioner in the room did not work (((
At the reception, the application was accepted, they looked at the air conditioner, but as he drove warm air, he drove it.
We slept with an open balcony, since there were no discos nearby... Only at dawn we woke up the cries of seagulls from garbage cans)))
4. There is no hairdryer in the room. Asked at the reception. Then they just left it in their room until the end of the holiday and that’s all) The hair dryer is small, travel, overheated and turned off periodically)
5. They also forgot to put toilet paper. I had to remind you that someone else lives in the room)))
6. We were very sorry that we took breakfast. The son generally refused to have breakfast at the hotel, although there were never any problems with food. When there was a room on the first floor, the smells of the kitchen walked along the corridor all the time, unpleasant, by the way.
7. The elevator broke down on the 8th day of our stay at the hotel on Friday and before our departure on Tuesday, so it showed off the sign "Elevator is broken", a week in short.
8. On the first floor, the sewerage was almost constantly gurgling, at night in the room on the first floor it was very well audible.
8. That's just towels, yes, changed every three days.

Hello dear! We got out of a terrible situation, but I still decided to warn the others. In short, Vigo Panorama consists of 4 shabby buildings, there are no real photos of their rooms on any site, we were settled in the 4th building. We came together with our son, we wanted two normal rooms, with all amenities. We are not the first time in Bulgaria and I understand that for this price they will. The room is very tiny, I don’t even know, maybe 15 meters, 1 air conditioner for two rooms, while in the second room only a small part of the window opens, in 1 room there is a rather large bed with dirty, all stained linen, in the second tiny folding sofa, such ancient and flimsy, that it’s scary to sit on it, and we would have to sleep on it, since we need 2 separate places, we opened the refrigerator and turned cold ourselves - it’s covered in yellow stains and lumps from ancient food, opened the cupboard, there crumpled to a sack dirty laundry, went out to a tiny balcony, 5th floor - it's all open, it looks like it will collapse, overlooking the roadway - we were told they only have a view there. All over the room there were some packages with some pieces of wood, 1 tiny, very ancient TV set. Guys! The bathroom is a separate song - I opened the door and was speechless - there is a toilet bowl, next to it there is a rusty hole in the floor, they are not separated by anything, for example, even with a concrete curb, and there is a rusty shower on top, that is, if you open the water, it will perfectly fill the entire bathroom floor and the toilet will float freely. . . We went to a small room - their reception. They say there are no rooms and there won’t be, now it’s Saturday, the manager will be on Monday, but he won’t help you. Then I could not stand it, yelled so that it was probably heard in Burgas, I really had a desire to buy tickets and leave, spitting on everything, just not to go into this room anymore. , but after the scandal, a better room was immediately found, but also miserable, not the one that we were promised, rather a studio, since there were no two separate rooms. The representative of the Balkan Express, a very nice girl Christina, helped us, agreed, we paid extra and moved to Vigo itself in a good 2-room apartment. Here Vigo himself is everywhere in the photo, everything is fine there, at the level. I forgot to say that the whole Vigo Panorma has breakfast in a cheap pizzeria, and the Vigo hotel is fed in its restaurant, not chic, but quite decent. In general, in Vigo apartments, as in ordinary rooms of this hotel, it is quite possible to relax, I recommend the Vigo hotel itself (I repeat, these are different hotels with Vigo Panorama, Vigo Panorama has tenants who offer terrible accommodation). I hope that I have time to warn someone, have a good rest!

In general, the guys look at the information and reviews very well before settling in a hotel. Yes, they are also good at accommodating children, a child of 6 years old is placed as an adult and he is entitled to all his 50 percent, so we bow thanks.

We chose the hotel for the price, proximity to the sea, the park and the old town. Settled in quickly. The hotel is located between the old town, the beach and the new town. There is a very beautiful blue fountain on the territory, my husband and I liked to sit there. In the room I liked the table with massive legs =) and the gorgeous view from the window.

We booked only breakfasts, the food suited me perfectly, I don’t even have a 15-course breakfast at home, like many tourists. There was coffee, two types of sausage, scrambled eggs, buns with butter and jam, too. My husband didn't have enough vegetables.
