A huge minus is a dangling door, and for everyone. The neighbor opens or closes the door, and your door slams, therefore, no soundproofing from the corridor. Therefore, if you are not lucky with your neighbors, then it will be noisy for you too.

A separate issue is plastic utensils. At all bars, you will only be served a drink in plastic. Only plastic on the pool bar. Then these cups just fly everywhere, and you swim with them in the pool. Animation for children disappointed. Yes, there was a children's room, but there were no people who wanted to play with the children. When I brought my two children to the rooms, 9 animators both lay on the floor and continued to lie until I asked how I myself could entertain my children here. They offered my 2-year-old daughter to paint a pillow for 20 lev, or to decorate a salad bowl for the same 20 lev. And having asked what children can do here for free, they answered that they can just run around the room... The children's disco lasts 40 minutes and takes place every day and every day it is the same. Animators can dress up as Indians or someone else, but there will be no theme evening for children, everything will be the same as always. The following week, the animators at least somehow stirred up and during the day they offered games on the grass or in the pool for children older than 8-10 years. In the hotel, once a week, it was possible to make a clay pot for 10 leva and every day to jump on a trampoline for 2 leva. The playground of the 80s was not particularly impressive for children and was always empty, sometimes someone was swinging.
Animation adult was an order of magnitude better. We were invited to play water polo, we were taken to the beach to play volleyball, darts, mini football. In the evening every day a new program: disco, karaoke, bingo, skits and something else. The good guys tried.
And a little more about the staff. Service is simply nowhere to go. At the reception there are dummies who never know anything, they only send them to the manager, who will not be shown or invited. No one ever smiles, everyone looks with great favor in their eyes. Well done only maids and cleaners. Cleaners always smile friendly and always know how to fix, how to subdue. And the maids cleaned up every day, changed towels every other day, bed for 3 days.

The territory and the pool are the best in the resort among 4k - it's simply indisputable. The eye rejoices looking at the well-groomedness and beauty of the territory. Well, in the pool it’s not scary for children, for whom there are 2 paddling pools, and also a sloping slope in a large pool, and there is also a place for adults. At lunch, sometimes you could find free or even a few free sunbeds. In a word, this is all the advantages of this hotel…
The food made us doubt the star rating of the hotel, because the variety of food left much to be desired. When you go to dinner and you know what dishes will be offered there, because dinner is no different from lunch, and Tuesday is like Monday, Monday is like Wednesday....For a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable. Although I will note the quality of the food itself at the level. Breakfasts are generally the same from day to day. But pancakes (rather pancakes) are brought to the apogee of absurdity. To have breakfast with them, you need to stand in line (until 8.00 in the morning you can sometimes skip the line) to get the coveted 4 pancakes (they don’t give you more), and if your husband or child comes up to you, then he needs to go to the end of the line to take it new to get 4 pancakes again. Just the highest absurdity, considering how big the hotel is and how many vacationers there are in the hotel. After standing in line for 30 minutes, I no longer wanted pancakes, nothing...
The reviews wrote that the hotel gives porridge for breakfast (for me it was important when choosing a hotel), yes they do, but only semolina and every other day or two. At lunch, there was often only one kind of soup.
What was really good about the food was the pastries and confectionery. The confectioner is simply the highest class, products for every taste and color. They even gave yogurts that look like jelly. And the carving artist also tried, always beautiful and interesting figures.
Hot drinks such as tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc. only until 18.00, then for money, 2 leva. Even a children's milkshake and that until 18.00... These are the orders. We bypassed the system, re-entering the restaurant in the evening and taking tea on the open terrace, and so until 21.00 we could still drink hot.
There is no afternoon tea. After dinner, there is nothing to eat, only ice cream at the bar. Hot sandwiches from 12.00 to 15.00. You can sign up to restaurants for pizza, fish and chicken. The chicken was every day for lunch and dinner, the fish is often bony (by the way, not every day, but after 1-2 days) so we went for pizza once. I can’t say anything bad, and I can’t say anything good about her, average, we were glad to spend one dinner not in the main restaurant.
Fruit is a separate issue. The main fruit was offered in the form of an apple, and every day, sour unripe plums, the same unripe peaches (1-2 times were edible and even tasty), tasty, but again unripe oranges, good green or dark grapes could be added to it. and not always watermelon. We saw a watermelon on the 3rd or 4th day for the first time, and it was snapped up right there. For all their numerous guests, quite often they served 3-4 watermelons per evening, when they ended they no longer brought them. It was somehow strange, especially considering that it could be given in a day or two. Raspberries were given 2 times, 2 times we only heard about it that they gave it. Because it was not enough for all the guests, for breakfast they brought one medium-sized salad bowl and did not bring it anymore.
A separate issue is plastic utensils. At all bars, you will only be served a drink in plastic. Only plastic on the pool bar. I understand when they pour it into plastic, when you say that you won’t sit still or, for example, you’ll take a drink to your room, but when you sit in the lobby bar, or on a sun lounger by the pool… Not solid for this level of hotel. Then these cups just fly everywhere, and you swim with them in the pool. This also includes plastic spoons, instead of the usual metal dessert spoons, which are not even in the main restaurant, they are exclusively plastic. A trifle, but one more "-" in the piggy bank.
You can use the Internet only from your devices at the lobby bar or at the reception, there is no separate dedicated place with a computer in the hotel. Keep this in mind if you go here.
Animation for children disappointed. Yes, there was a children's room, but there were no people who wanted to play with the children. When I brought my two children to the rooms, 9 animators both lay on the floor and continued to lie until I asked how I myself could entertain my children here. They offered my 2-year-old daughter to paint a pillow for 20 lev, or to decorate a salad bowl for the same 20 lev. And having asked what children can do here for free, they answered that they can just run around the room... The children's disco lasts 40 minutes and takes place every day and every day it is the same. Animators can dress up as Indians or someone else, but there will be no theme evening for children, everything will be the same as always. The following week, the animators at least somehow stirred up and during the day they offered games on the grass or in the pool for children older than 8-10 years. In the hotel, once a week, it was possible to make a clay pot for 10 leva and every day to jump on a trampoline for 2 leva. The playground of the 80s was not particularly impressive for children and was always empty, sometimes someone was swinging.
Animation adult was an order of magnitude better. We were invited to play water polo, we were taken to the beach to play volleyball, darts, mini football. In the evening every day a new program: disco, karaoke, bingo, skits and something else. The good guys tried.
And a little more about the staff. Service is simply nowhere to go. At the reception there are dummies who never know anything, they only send them to the manager, who will not be shown or invited. No one ever smiles, everyone looks with great favor in their eyes. Well done only maids and cleaners. Cleaners always smile friendly and always know how to fix, how to subdue. And the maids cleaned up every day, changed towels every other day, bed for 3 days.
Vacationers in the hotel are mostly from Israel (50%), if it seems to you that this is an Arab or, as they say, Caucasian appearance, it will be a Jew from Israel. The hotel has a direction from Israel and this is the main guest of the hotel. The rest go in equal shares: Germans, Romanians, Moldovans, Russian speakers, Poles, Czechs, Lithuanians. The attitude of the staff to all vacationers is the same and equal.
So, if you are going to go to this hotel, it is better with a company or couples (2 discos 5 minutes from the hotel), if you have already rested in a good 4-room in Sunny Beach, then the hotel will not impress you, 14 days may seem like a lot for this hotel, take better breakfasts instead of all inclusive, be sure to take something for internet connection. The exchange rate at the hotel is always good, compare with Crown and change either there or at the hotel. If you decide to travel with children, then the hotel is more suitable for children aged 8-12, who can take care of themselves. Have a nice holiday!

If YOU arrive in the morning at the hotel - YOU are not lucky enough to wait until 14:00 for check-in (well, everyone probably knows this).
More about the staff in the restaurant - while eating, be careful about your plates of food - turn away - your CHILD will no longer have a full plate of food! ! ! (The staff is so smart and arrogant that they take full plates of food from under your nose !! ! )
