Traveled with a friend for 11 days. I liked the villa very much. We were cleaned every day (vacuumed and took out the trash). Bed linen was changed 1 time, towels - 3 times. You can really hear the road, but if you close the shutters and the door to the terrace, you can sleep peacefully. In the room we had a kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV.

You can really hear the road, but if you close the shutters and the door to the terrace, you can sleep peacefully.
In the room we had a kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV. There is an iron and ironing board in the hallway.
To the Slavic beach - 5 min. average move. If you go along the embankment to the right, then, after passing taxi boats and yachts, you will find yourself on the beach of the Old Town. This is a small and very cozy beach with very clear water, which usually has very few people.
Very tasty local cuisine, I especially remember veal chorba, sea bream, prosciutto, homemade cheese. Also very tasty blackberry wine.
In the alley in front of the market, homemade herbal olive soap is sold almost every day - I highly recommend it.
In general, we had a very good rest, which I wish everyone!

briefly about the hotel: 1.8 out of 10 rooms have windows on the central road of Budva, a construction site across the road. draw your own conclusions. But it did not bother us, they closed the doors to the terrace and sleep. 2. sea view, perhaps only in 9.10 room. I advise you not to pay extra for a sea view, you still won’t get it.

3. we lived in room 7, there was a broken shelf in the closet, water does not drain well in the shower and the doors do not close tightly.
4. There are no comments on cleaning and changing towels.
5. They saw the hostess only on the last day, that is, no one is interested in how you settled, whether everything suits you.
PS. these minor flaws did not affect our unforgettable vacation in the wonderful country of CRNA GORA.

The trip to Montenegro left the best impressions and the desire to return there again. The sea is clean and very warm (we were from 5 to 12 August). 2 to 5 euros. The local population is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. And in general, their language is also understandable. The cuisine is excellent, portions in cafes and restaurants are huge, there are also many fast food shops, so you definitely won’t go hungry.

Be sure to try as many seafood dishes as possible, you will not regret it (risotto with cuttlefish, grilled squid, sea bream, etc. )
Living in the villa was also a pleasant surprise, I expected the worst. The furniture is fairly new, air conditioning, TV - all in good condition. The hosts are friendly people; The room was cleaned every two days. If you are going to the sea and you are more interested in the country, nature, and not the beauty of the room, then Villa Djakovic is a good choice.
Be sure to visit the Bay of Kotor - an extraordinary beauty!! ! A week will not be enough to learn at least a little about this amazing camp, you need to go like a min. for 10 days.

Just yesterday we returned from Montenegro, we stayed at Villa Djakovic in Budva. I went with my two-year-old daughter, at first another villa was chosen, but at the last moment they didn’t confirm it to us, they offered Djakovic, I agreed, because. There were 2 days left before departure and I didn’t want to cancel the vacation.

The host is the Pilon travel agency, good guides, they told everything, showed us, they worked from the very morning until 11-12 at night, well done, they work well, they did not refuse any requests.
The villa itself is not bad, bright rooms, good plumbing, toilet paper and soap in the dispenser - all this was, it was a little inconvenient to wash in the shower, there was a tray and water sometimes leaked onto the floor, you need to wipe it all the time, but it didn’t really bother me, I daughter at home also manages to make puddles in the bathroom)))
The villa stands above the road, get ready, it is very noisy at night, even if the balcony and shutters are closed tightly, we are used to noise, our house is also above the road, but for people who are not used to this, it will be difficult to fall asleep.
There is a refrigerator in the room, there is no kettle, I took a kettle just in case, it came in handy)))
The only negative for me was cleaning. . . In the description of the villa, they promised cleaning, so I relaxed))) The garbage was taken out once in 7 days, and they probably swept it up once. And that's it. I did wet cleaning myself, it was also not difficult, the room is small, I wiped it quickly and beauty : )
Oh yes, there were no interruptions in water supply) I was told that the plumbing was finally completed in Budva, and everything is now normal.
Entrance to Mogren beach was made free this year, but you need to take 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 15 euros, otherwise for some reason you can’t, you can’t just lie on the bedspreads, they ask you to get up and take sunbeds.
In general, I really enjoyed my vacation, I have never regretted it! Montenegro is a beautiful country, very tasty cuisine, people are friendly. They love children very much, everyone tried to touch my little one by the hand, kiss the leg or just stroke the head))) Budva is a party city, for young people in my opinion, although there are a lot of families rests with small children. But I realized that it’s better to go to Becici with a child, for example.
I really want to go back there!

Basic + and - accommodation in the villa. - Located at the crossroads of two of the busiest travel routes - Jadranski put (Adriatic highway linking all coastal states) and st. November 22 (which is a continuation of ul. Mediteranska, leading from the old town and the embankment up into the mountains, to the main housing of Budva).

The windows of the rooms mainly overlook this wonderful intersection, the windows have double-glazed windows and even wooden shutters, which perfectly protect from the sun, but, alas, they do not save at all from the noise of nightly discos on the coast, and most importantly, from the noise of cars that get stuck in traffic every hour. And the favorite entertainment of local horsemen in these traffic jams is to brag about who has the loudest horn in the car and still rev with all the dope.
+ Luxurious view from the window to the most beautiful mountains, part of the city and settlements in the mountains.
- At the time of our arrival, far from all the finishing work in the villa was completed - there was no lighting on the terrace, only insulated wires hung from the walls, the bathrooms were not fully equipped - there was not even a banal hook to hang a towel.
- Excellent audibility: we heard on the 3rd floor how the security guard listens to the radio downstairs, heard when the neighbors take a shower, how the air conditioner hums in neighboring rooms or the refrigerator turns on (well, TV too), if one of the neighbors came late at night - it steps, the sound of a key in the lock and a slamming door was heard by the whole floor (add this to the round-the-clock noise of cars outside the window and tell me - is it possible to fall asleep normally in such conditions ??? ). Moreover, all my life I have lived in a big city, the capital, where there are more than enough cars and other irritants, but on vacation it was disappointing to get into even more noise.
- Central air conditioning, it worked only the first night, and then the owner decided to save electricity.
- Common terrace: long, encircling the entire facade. There were tables and chairs for relaxing, but given the noise and gas pollution, it was not particularly pleasant to sit on them. The light in the room could either be turned on electrically, or the shutters could be opened - but then the whole room was visible to the neighbors, periodically rummaging back and forth. In general, everything is heard by everyone and everything is visible to everyone - who, how and with whom is resting : )
+ Located in the same quarter with a hypermarket (well, hyper - according to their concepts, but there really are plenty of good quality products), a mini-market, a post office, not far from the old city, the nearest beaches are Richard's head (right behind the fortress wall) and Mogren, discos and shops with clothes are also nearby.
I won’t write anything about the country, we’ve been coming here for the third time, and I think it won’t be the last : ) But I want to give truthful information about the villa so that someone else doesn’t run into the same way as we do.
