after a night incident in which our guys were kicked out of the hotel on the very first day of vacation, we all went to find out why some employee has the right to behave so disgracefully, we talked at the reception with the main managers and also with our guide that our company was made up of 14 people we came to relax and have fun, that we chose this hotel, that it is ultra all-inclusive, that there is no pension here. . we explained that we do not want a repeat conflict and that we came here to relax for 14 days, 14 people, and that we are worried that there will be bullying us every day...they listened to us, they said that there will be a meeting and everything will be decided...and then we rest for the day, everything is fine...but the workers with whom we had already become friends told us that they were watching us, that you should be careful. and then evening comes...one of the animators calls us to a nightclub which is located on the territory of the hotel.
There were a lot of us there, and from our company there were about 10-12 people, and we were having fun making video footage, and we noticed that the employee who was there on the first day was watching us and was standing next to us (there is a video where you can see how he stands behind us) but that’s not the point...it happened later that one went to the toilet and when he came back into the club, this employee waves his hands and swears in his own language (he is clearly mentally unstable) our man did not react to him but simply said " fuck off" and went to our company where we were dancing, he didn’t like it and he grabbed him by the throat and it was all in front of me, of course I was indignant and started pushing him away and saying that we were going to the reception to find out everything! In the end, there were no Russian-speaking people there. we group just started filming everything...they called someone who understood Russian, that is, he said that he was also a hotel manager, but he was walking and drinking, he was not sober.
in the end, he didn’t want to listen to me as a woman, that is, he directly demonstrated that I, as a woman, was no one (there is also a video) in the end...he hit him in the eye with his fist, so that he fell, and that evening manager urged him on and began to beat him too, although our friend did not provoke, did not hit, did not yell, the entire video shows how the dialogue was conducted and how he hit. what does it have to do with me standing next to him throwing away that medendezh, I also received a blow on purpose, not accidental. . I won’t write much. . then I hit another one in the eye who was just sitting calmly on the bench...we asked to call the police and ask for help. these workers did not expect that our company was large and everyone was filming with a phone, that they threatened us that until we delete the video no one would get into the hotel, they took our phones away, they chased us to take them away. the police arrived. . and guess what? she didn't do anything...
We weren’t protected in any way; the police served only tourist hotels, and they simply wrote down a report that they had arrived, and that they would supposedly arrive in the morning so that we could write a statement. . but no one came. we sorted it out inside...the next morning we again communicated with one of the main ones and seemed to come to the conclusion that that person on duty would not be there during our vacation. but we changed the hotel because we were worried that they could catch us alone and do whatever they wanted, and we wouldn’t prove anything to anyone. since we are no one there for them. . take care of yourself, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, we were just a big company and they didn’t expect that each of us was filming everything on camera, and they simply couldn’t hide it, so to speak their violations.
The food is a solid four, but they refused to provide us with the promised a la card restaurant, they say it’s impossible because of Covid, while the table was set in the restaurant and there was a sign - a la card... , apparently only this option was canceled for us))) The dining room is clean and cleaned quickly. A lot of fruits, vegetables, a large selection of sweets, various meats... - you won't go hungry, it's delicious! Every day there is ice cream on the beach, the children are happy, but even here the adult Turks push the Slavic children without a queue! On the slides, at first there was an unpleasant situation: people did not follow the safety rules and could slowly walk in the water next to the slide, along which a person was already rushing... there were several injuries! After that, the next day, rescuers appeared and began to regulate the order and drive away the blunted turtles) The beach is very dirty, they don’t clean it up: cigarette butts, glasses, used diapers are lying around (there are a lot of local residents with small children who are very untidy and leave a lot of garbage after themselves ). The air conditioning in the lobby does not work at all.

There is practically no music and they are not allowed to listen to their column directly before the scandals. There is no strong alcohol on the beach, only no beer. Upon arrival at the hotel, a representative from Anex, instead of sending us to lunch (we still had time for lunch, it was 13:50, and lunch until 14:00), at first he played for time, then he took us on an "excursion" to SPA-center. We are tired and hungry after the road, what SPA center? ! And they wanted to make money! He began to tell fables that only today and only now we have the opportunity to buy a spa at half price for $25 instead of $50, then there will be no discounts. And whoever does not buy a SPA on the first day will not be able to visit the sauna and bath for free later. Although the description of the hotel states that these services are free and without the purchase of SPA services. The gym is closed during the quarantine.
After that, we waited another half hour for check-in ...clearly no one is in a hurry. In total, from the time of arrival at the hotel to the settlement took about 1 hour. They just gave us the key and told us which floor ...EVERYTHING ...no one showed us, let alone helped with the bags.

Spacious, bright. The room had 1 double and 1 single bed, sofa, table, mirror, TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, balcony with table and chairs. Wi-Fi is available in every room (free of charge). Every day they give 1.5 liters of water to the room. During the week of stay at the hotel bed and towels were not changed.
Beach
It is located 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a beach with free sunbeds and a canopy. There was always enough space for everyone. Beach towels are not provided. The sea was dirty - rubbish floated from the beach. If you swim a little further, a wide strip of stone blocks begins, on which you can stand, but because of the waves you can injure your legs there. A couple of times stumbled in the sand on hooks for fishing.
The beach has a bar serving snacks and drinks. Nearby there are water attractions, shower, toilet.
Nutrition
Food is poured by restaurant workers. It is better to come to the beginning of the meal, because then the queues are longer. Fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, oranges, pears. Meat, fish, rice, potatoes, spaghetti, vegetables, various salads, sauces, soups, buns, cakes. There was enough food.
Excursions from the tour operator
I would like to leave special attention to excursions from the tour operator Anex tour. The representative at the Ravdan hotel sold us 2 excursions to Pamukkale (for 2 for $118) and Demre-Mira-Kekova (for 2 for $107).
P. S. : Initially, these excursions cost $65/person for Pamukkale and $59/person for Demre.
Since these excursions with an early departure, we skipped breakfast, and a late return, we did not have time for dinner, the hotel guide Ravdan said that the excursions included breakfast, lunch and dinner, which we really counted on. Since the hotel does not issue dry rations for excursions.
In fact, only lunch was included in Demre-Mira-Kekova. We didn't take any food with us. We arrived at the hotel hungry and angry. Ravdan promised to settle everything later, to find out...but nothing...the sediment remained.
On an excursion to Pamukkale, everything was in order with the food, there were the promised breakfast, lunch and dinner. This time, Ravdan double-checked everything, no matter what happened on the previous one.
But the conclusions have been drawn ...from this tour operator we will no longer go. Tourists everywhere want to make money. They promise everything and more just to sell the tour. And on each excursion they will be brought in on the way to shops, wineries, etc. , from sales in which the tour operator receives a percentage. Business is business. BUT because of these stops there was not enough time to enjoy the stay in Pamukkale. I recommend renting a car and driving on your own.

It’s normal to enter, sometimes it’s not convenient because of small pebbles, but if you go further, then somewhere waist-deep sand begins.
7. The hotel is located 2 hours from Antalya (airport) and 15 minutes from Alanya. Not far from the hotel there is a road where you can take a minibus to Alanya and get to a very beautiful city in 15 minutes (Sights: Cleopatra Beach, Red Tower, Alanya Castle on the mountain).
