The room was 1392 with a balcony exit to the main entrance. The view from the balcony - wow! Cooler than the sea view, the relaxation from the contemplation of the mountains is simply fabulous.
Fans of chic and show-off are definitely not here. The crystal will be appreciated by those who travel across the sea and walks, in fact, in Kemer or the surrounding area.
I won’t say anything about animation and alcohol, we don’t associate both with rest. )) The food, as always, is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful.
But that unique atmosphere of the Crystal has completely disappeared this year. Usually vacationers here - 60-70% of Europeans, the rest - a little bit. There were practically no Europeans this season, but... Tagila - heaps. Just clouds of fearless three-star guests. Guys, it’s interesting that you can eat almost around the clock in a hotel, why do you drag food to your room, and then put dirty plates with leftovers and glasses with leftovers in the corridor ? ! Why are you not able to carry an empty pack of cigarettes to the bucket in the room, and throw it right in the hallway? Why are you leaving your redneck "Vera from Togliatti" on the property of the hotel? In short, I wanted to say that the hotel can give all the best for guests for all 100 (and gives all the best! ), But always drunk tourists from one northern country can nullify the efforts of the hotel. Well, you don’t belong in decent hotels, maybe it’s better to go to Crimea?
At the airport, only our flight, spacious! Fast passage through passport control, got luggage.
The transfer turned out to be VIP, the minibus is all mine, water, napkins, fast delivery to the hotel, great! The driver brought the suitcase straight to the reception.
Quick check in, accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor. The room is next to the elevator, convenient, the elevator is not audible at all. Sometimes you can hear conversations coming out of the elevator. The corridors are carpeted, you can't hear footsteps.
The room is nice, comfortable, two beds, double and single. The bed linen is good, the blanket is in a duvet cover, the pillow is large, there are also a lot of decorative pillows.
The minibar contains 1.5 liters of water, fanta, sprite, mineral water, mirinda. Replenish daily as they decrease.
There is no kettle with cups. Just glasses and a bottle opener.

Convenient place for a suitcase. In the closet there is a safe, a set for shoes.
The bathroom has a good shower, sliding doors, shower gel in a dispenser, as well as soap. Hair balm and body lotion in bottles were added daily. My friend asked for shampoo and gel in bottles, they gave her. Medium quality. I used mine.
Cleanliness everywhere, pleased. Cleaning daily, towels changed. The bed was made up. The dust was wiped off.
On the balcony there are two chairs and a table, good plastic. The view is wonderful, on the mountains, on Kemer and the Clock Tower, on the football field. Off!
Connection number, there was a door to the next room. But they didn’t bother me, although they lived there, I saw a light on the balcony.
The food is very good, tasty and varied. Paradise for fish lovers, two types of grilled fish daily. There were no seafood.
Fruits, herbs, vegetables are all fresh and of excellent quality, which is important to me.

Honey in combs for breakfast is always, a large selection of jams, halva, Turkish sweets. There was no Lukum. Freshly squeezed juices for 2 c. u.
For dinner, a separate table with Turkish dishes. A lot of things in food warmers, on the grill, snacks. Feast of the belly.
There were no strawberries separately, only in dessert decorations.

On the -1 floor there is a spa area. There is a hammam, saunas, a swimming pool, a hairdresser, a doctor. The spa provides towels. They tempted me to a hammam and a massage, I was not seduced, it was expensive. Although everything they have is clean, beautiful and correct, you can go. We went to the hammam for free, to the sauna and to the warm pool. Just a lot of bleach, I don't like it. But disinfection must be!
In the evening live music, a pianist and singers came. Karaoke. Everything was in the lobby. They sang, they danced.
The bartenders and waiters are good, no problem.
From 11 pm disco on the -1 floor, from drinks wine and beer, soda. Music is not a fountain, but you can dance. ))

The weather in mid-February is different. It was drizzling and hot up to 25 degrees. They sunbathed by the pool, on a hot day I went to the sea to swim, invigorating, the water is 17 degrees. But it's not cold to go out.
Walked by the sea, shopped, magical discount prices in Waikiki, De Facto. Barely closed the suitcase. You can weigh your luggage at the reception for free.
I liked the rest, the winter in Turkey is wonderful. Like our summer, even better. The climate is mild, the products are fresh and tasty, the prices are affordable.

We had a daytime flight back, had breakfast, got ready, went to the airport in a minibus, did not deliver anywhere.
Luggage accepted 23.4 kg without question. The manual was not weighed, the tags were not glued, no one looked at the exit.
She flew back with the Urals, registered online from a letter, did not give registration on the site, only at the airport. All seats are paid, only rows 10 and 20 are free, I chose 10 A. In fact, there are no seats 10 A and 10 F on the plane. They sat at 10 V. There is no door or window nearby, there is no room in the back and there is no seat next to it.
When taxiing to take off, the lady at the end of the cabin became ill, a doctor was called, and we stood in the parking lot. We decided to remove her from the flight, but in the end we were transferred to the 1st row and with a delay of 1 hour 20 minutes. flew out. They flew well.
Food: I was unpleasantly surprised by the extremely meager buffet, but for Turkey this is generally strange! Moreover, every day the same dishes, with rare exceptions. Despite the fact that everything was not badly cooked, but for 4 days I didn’t want to eat it anymore, we interrupted with snacks at the bar near the pool... the first time this happened to me, although I traveled 5 times in Turkey and half the world...
With cocktails, too, everything is not very good, not very tasty and the choice is not great! Drinks are local, I didn’t see imports to pour. You even say martini, they pour local vermouth! Also, a bartender named Ahmed in the lobby bar on September 5 in the evening refused to make me a classic Margarita! They only have strawberry on the menu, and like the management forbids him to do without a strawberry yuppie! Never heard of this before! They had never even heard of a blue margarita! And they laughed at me among themselves and with nearby tourists, but since I understand English perfectly, this lowered the rating of the hotel by 2 points at once...
The beach is a major disappointment! Not only is it narrow and everyone is lying on top of each other, they shaded it so much that after 4 o’clock there is no sun on it and it’s cool to get out of the water, everyone standing warm on the pier, on which, by the way, you could put sunbeds, as others do hotels or VIP gazebos. Wi-Fi is not there, a router could be installed! There are no cocktails either, only beer and soft drinks. You won't find a sunbed in a good place after 9! The security does not follow who is on the hotel's beach, many times I have seen how the sunbeds are occupied by people with other bracelets and strangers are allowed onto the pier!
Service: it's not here! There are very few waiters in the lobby bar, they pretend that they don’t see you, even when you call him. In the main restaurant, as luck would have it, they mostly fawn over foreigners and the chair is pushed back and he has not sat down yet, they are already asking what he wants, and the Russians are sitting at the next table all lunch or dinner without drinks! Discrimination against tourists is present in this hotel, which should not be! In the best case, they will come up when you are about to leave and ask: "what will you drink? " no misters!!! ! If you call the waiter, it also takes a long time, you had to get up yourself and try to catch at least someone!
Animation: there are both daytime and evening shows, live music. I didn’t like the fact that the animator drove us off the sunbeds, because they were supposed to put an inflatable pirate there! We miraculously found two sun loungers in another place, because all the places were already occupied by that time, it was very unpleasant! That's not how it's done! On the day of the pirates, don’t just put sunbeds there, and they won’t kick guests out in a good hotel !!!
The only good thing about this hotel is the cleanliness!
It is up to you to decide whether to go to the Crystal de Luxe hotel, but now I will bypass the entire chain of hotels of this brand, once was enough!
It is a pity that this year there is no photographer. This is a big minus.
I would like more privileges for regular guests. At least a bottle of wine in the room or souvenirs with the symbols of the hotel. Although we came 4 times, only a plate of fruit was waiting for us in the room.
The hotel is not pretentious, does not stagger the imagination. You fall in love with him gradually. The infrastructure is very thoughtfully zoned in such a way that entertainment does not interfere with a relaxing stay in the rooms. Check-in went flawlessly, without delay. The room was excellent with sea and mountain views. The hotel itself is ideally located: both in the city and next to the sea. The only minus of the location is the presence of the nearby Grand Haber Hotel, which is always screaming. The policy of the hotel is quality and unobtrusiveness. This was manifested in absolutely everything that created a cozy, homely, relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is not small, but somehow no one interfered with anyone, there was never a feeling of crowding anywhere, there was always enough for everyone. The food and service are beyond praise. Children's animation - 4 out of 5, working with children could be more creative. I am the 5th time in Turkey, in general, the rest in this hotel turned out to be the most successful. I want to express my gratitude to the management and staff of the hotel for your selfless work and goodwill.
P. S. Music from nearby nightclubs does not bother. City and market within walking distance.
