Put 3. I'll explain why.
1) Cleanliness.
There is no cleaning in the rooms, only the floor is washed, everything else remains unchanged. The restaurant (the only main one), the dishes are old, dirty in the truest sense of the word, I noticed several times that if the device suddenly falls on the floor, the restaurant staff pick it up and put it in its original place without processing. In general, the territory is old, but clean.
2) There are a lot of guests, but the hotel cannot cope with such a number. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. Places in the restaurant, respectively, too. The pool is in a similar situation.
3) There is no variety in food. The month of August - only apples from fruits !!! ! Once there were grapes. During our week of stay, the fish was twice. If a person is picky about food, then it will be difficult. Well, a few photos that speak for themselves.
In short, a very old hotel with dead rooms and tasteless food, which is put on dirty plates. And I'm not picking on this! I'm not a very squeamish person, but there is a concrete bust. Once they put rice in a black soot plate, another time at the bar they poured wine into a glass with traces of lipstick, etc. I never got a clean glass all week! Before eating, we wiped all appliances and glasses with wet wipes and they were always dirty! The food is just tasteless. Everything is either very salty, or spicy, or bland. The choice is very modest. Chicken, mackerel, eggplant, rice, pasta. For breakfast, milk porridge is only rice. For lunch, 2 types of soup that never change.
From all this, on the 3rd day the child became ill, on the 5th day my stomach also could not stand it.
The rooms are old. According to the ticket, we had a room without a balcony, but for $ 20 we were kindly agreed to change it to a bungalow. Agreed. When we entered the room, we were shocked. The first thing that caught my eye was the blue carpet, which had already turned dark gray from dirt. The furniture is all dead, painted with white paint by hand. I had the feeling that I returned to my childhood in Soviet sanatoriums. Went to change. They gave me a room in the main building. It looks better, the floor is laminate, but +/- everything is the same. In the bathroom, water dripped from all the cracks, there was always a swamp on the floor. The maid was asked to clean every other day, left a tip. For $ 5, she always changed bedding and towels.
From the pros:
- everywhere catches Wi-Fi;
- a good location of the hotel, there is where to take a walk in the evening, up to 15 minutes by bus;
- the territory is beautiful, a lot of greenery;
- active evening animation.
Conclusion: we will not go to this hotel again even for the minimum amount. Of course, the cleanliness and food may have been affected by the fact that the season is already coming to an end, and in the summer everything is much better there. But I still don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating.
1. The hotel is located in a very beautiful mountainous area. Nearby there is a promenade of shops and cafes with delicious crayfish ($10 per kg). The settlement went quickly.
2. They settled us in a bungalow near the pool. Since there was a stage nearby, the rooms in those buildings were for party-goers. If you want silence, then ask to settle away from activities. The room is old but clean. For me, the renovation in the room was not critical, so I was more steamed with cleanliness. The minibar was replenished with soft drinks every day which is rare in budget hotels. Cleaning every day too. The air conditioner, refrigerator and toilet drain did not work well.
We wrote to guest relations - everything was quickly fixed: the refrigerator was replaced, the toilet was repaired, the air conditioner began to work better, but in +5 mode it worked at +24 somewhere. Well, the cherry on the cake, one morning a guest appeared in the bathroom - a large cockroach three centimeters in length. He also flew. I asked to treat the room with a remedy for cockroaches, after that there were no more guests. I saw a couple more on the street.
3. The food is good: like everywhere else, it is monotonous, but there is a lot of everything and you can find something new every day. A lot of vegetables, fruits (now the season of watermelons, melons, plums, cherries), fish, birds. It was delicious for me, everything was tasteless for the guy, but I ate a lot : )
Alcohol is terrible. You need to take it with you.
Ala carte: fish, Turkish and Italian. The fish one was already scheduled for a week, we didn’t get into it, the other two were very tasty and a lot (8 dishes for one for dinner). Price - 10 euros per guest. If some event is an anniversary, then the hotel gives a visit for free + they take out a cake with candles.
4.
Lots of entertainment in the area. We hardly went anywhere: once we were at a disco (very fun) and twice at a live band performance. Here I really liked it. Cool guys. Just like going to a concert. True, in some places I would like to change the repertoire because there is a lot of Russian pop music.
5. The territory is large and green. There are places to walk. The sea is very warm and clean. On the street it was + 37-38, in the evening + 33-34, the sea +25. It’s not comfortable for me to relax in such heat, therefore, in the future, in July and August, not a foot in Turkey. On the beach, as elsewhere, you need to get up early before 8 in the morning, because later you will not find places in the shade. Sunset in the sea or on pebbles and you need corrals, or from the pier into the depths.
6. Spa: we went to a complex hammam + massages. Everything was great. The price is $35 for one.
7. The Internet does not catch in the rooms, but it flies directly on the beach.
8. When checking out, the room was not extended due to the full load of the hotel. I had to go to the shower before leaving, dry off and get ready for the spa.
9. I recommend buying insurance in a normal insurance company without deductibles and with normal assistance in Turkey. We had to take advantage and go to the hospital and it’s good that we had an extra. policy.
This was our second vacation in Turkey and, to be honest, we didn’t expect much, so as not to be very upset later, since the first time we rested in queens park tekirova and we really liked it there and initially planned to return there. But the prices were at their peak during the season, so we decided to choose the cheaper option. This hotel was advised to us by the tour operator + at the time of booking there was a discount on it, so we chose it. In general, the rest was a success and we liked everything, but, of course, if you wish, you can find something to complain about.
1. The hotel area is large, a lot of greenery. The hotel itself can be seen that it is already a little shabby, the shells are peeling, there are many tiles with cracks, etc. But in general, everything is still not bad.
As for the room, it’s better to immediately pay extra for a sea view, as there is one building with 6 or 7 floors, and the view from the window is simply incredible, on the one hand the sea, on the other the mountains. All other buildings are low, a few floors in general, and the view can be on the back of the stage, etc. + entertainment programs were usually up to 24 and everything was much louder there. The room itself suited us - clean, spacious, the mini-bar was filled with water, cola, phantom. The bathroom had shampoo, gel, soap, cotton pads, sticks. The bed, towels were clean, but it is clear that they are no longer new and a little stained. There were also small cracks in the tiles in the shower, but everything was clean, no mold. Cleaning was every day, with the change of all towels, sheets, drinks and all shower accessories all the time reported, this was not even in Queens Park. Air conditioning worked, wi-fi sometimes failed a little, but in general I caught it everywhere on the territory of the hotel.
2.
The sea is very clean, warm, you can see the fish)) but it hurts a little to go into the water over the stones, so it’s better to buy corals right away and you will be happy)) we already knew about this, the shoes were left from the last trip. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, most under a canopy, but as we wrote earlier, our people need to take all the sunbeds with towels in the morning and come closer to dinner. BUT even with that, we always found a place.
3. Staff. The staff is just incredible, everyone is so welcoming and friendly that it immediately covered all the minuses of the hotel. We were pleasantly greeted at the reception, helped to bring the suitcases, showed where the room was. We had a problem with the safe in the room - it was solved within 10 minutes after contacting the reception. At all the bars, in the main restaurant, in the kitchen, everyone was very polite and smiling, although it is understandable how difficult it is to run all day to clean and cover in such heat ((
4. Food. We were a little worried about food, because.
I am a rather squeamish person in this regard, but my fears were in vain. The food was delicious, I can’t say that there was something like that, no frills, everything is quite simple and a bit monotonous. But everything was fresh, there was enough food for every taste, we didn’t go hungry)) there were always enough places in the restaurant, the staff cleaned the tables very quickly, each table was thoroughly wiped and disinfected, in this regard they were generally smart. Also, after lunch, a pastry shop began to work, but usually all the cakes from the main restaurant were simply transferred there, so everything was the same as at lunch-dinner. There were about 4 types of ice cream, all in packs, not of very good quality, we liked only one.
The alcohol was mostly Turkish, the beer felt like non-alcoholic) alcohol was added to the cocktails, but it was not felt there, so we just took separately undiluted rum / gin and added it ourselves to the cocktail - it turned out as it should))
5. I also can’t help but note the entertainment, there was aqua aerobics, fitness, classes for children, in the evening there were performances, discos with a cool DJ or live music. From live music we were just delighted! One evening we got to some band that played mostly rock jazz, we really liked it. The rest got to a duet several times, where the girl sang our songs, and the Turkish guy, and it was just a delight, the performers are very talented, each time they gave their best as if they were performing at a full-fledged concert, and not in the background for tipsy uncles and aunts))
6.
Well, what I couldn’t miss was a complete scam with free shopping, because we had never been into this before and didn’t know the details : )) our hotel guide, upon meeting us, began to tell us that this village consists only of hotels and all the nearest shops are purely for tourists with inflated prices, etc. And that the cost of our tour includes 1 free shopping - you can go to Kemer (about 15 minutes to get there) or Antalya (about an hour to get to). We decided to go to Kemer, since it’s not far to go + we were told that they would take us to a shopping center, and in our understanding, a shopping center is when the price of a product is normally indicated everywhere, without all these * adored * market traders and discounts ala * girl -beauty, only for you today at such a price I give * and blah blah. We previously specified what we want to buy, we said that sweets were souvenirs.
In fact, we were brought to some fur and leather store, to our words that we did not order here, we were told to go out anyway. After our indignation, we were taken within 10 minutes to the shopping center, from which there is actually one name, since it was the same bazaar without a single price tag, simply decorated in 4 floors. Fortunately, the shuttle back to the hotel was every 20 minutes, and we quickly returned back, and in the end we bought everything at reasonable prices in the shops across the road.
So, in general, we were very pleased with the rest, of course, if you are unlimited in the budget, then you can find better options, but for this price it is quite a decent option. Next time we decided that we would choose another option, purely for a change, as there are enough hotels in Turkey)) but I still can safely recommend this hotel for a holiday.
2. I immediately liked the territory of the hotel, a lot of greenery, a fountain, the sun, the smell of soap or some kind of fragrance everywhere. Purity. The bar in the hotel lobby is also very handy. No mosquitoes, midges, flies, etc. This is a definite big plus!
3. The room is quite normal. Clean, bright, comfortable. The hood or climate control as an air conditioner worked well, saved from 35 degrees. heat. In the refrigerator, which, by the way, barely froze, slightly cooling (apparently such a savings principle) there was a set of soft drinks and water, as well as juices for children. A day or two after living, they found leaks from the top floor from the ceiling into the bathroom of water drops (at the moment when someone was taking a shower from above). But these are almost trifles, they did not upset us much. As for the safe, we were promptly unlocked and we used it throughout our stay. The only drawback: for some reason there were no glasses. In other hotels, we always had 2 glasses, but here it clearly created inconvenience. Cleaning was every day until 12 noon, quite high quality, always with a change of bed linen, towels, as well as replenishment of cosmetics for hair and body, which certainly pleased. Replenishment with cold drinks is also regular. The view from the window of the room was on the backyard, everything was covered with trees (3rd floor), but this did not bother us either.
4. In terms of nutrition, in principle, it is expected, but to be honest, it is much better than in a previously visited other hotel in Side. Breakfast from 7 a. m. to 10 a. m. Always omelettes or fried eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes with chocolate or maple syrup, vegetables, fruits, even french fries, which are always on the menu for lunch and dinner, a salvation for my child, who is only her and ate. We never tried sausages, sausages and cheeses, they somehow didn’t attract us in appearance. Black tea in a glass is very hot, the child had to be diluted with cold water, in principle, to the taste of the norms. The coffee was so-so, delicious in the lobby bar at the reception. A lot of various pastries, I remember delicious puff pastries with chocolate!! ! Lunch from 12.30 to 14.00 is quite varied: meat, fish, cereals, spaghetti, in its various preparations, we never sampled the first courses, but they looked good (borscht, soup), even dumplings with sour cream were. And of course fruits, vegetables and sweets. We tried almost all the sweets, some of them really liked it. In the bar, as well as on the beach, a varied selection of drinks, incl. alcohol. But I didn’t like wine or beer, my husband didn’t get whiskey either, the vodka + tonic mix was nothing, and the mojito was fine. I note that there was nothing for the child to drink, since local drinks, as the comments have already written above, such as the "Yupi" of our childhood. The only thing I liked was red cherry juice.
5. Animation - at the highest level, from 10 am music, yoga, water aerobics, volleyball, and other games. And unobtrusively, no one forced. In the evening, the child was looking forward to the mini-disco on stage. For 7 days, all the dances were monotonous, but all the children learned the movements))) For adults, there were super shows from Cabaret dancers and live music at the pool bar pleased with excellent vocals.
6. Swimming pools - my daughter did not reach the sea, she liked it very much. Warm water, a lot of children, especially on the slides. The sea is just a buzz, clean, beautiful, the sunset is good, but for some it hurts to walk on pebbles. There is also a pier with sunbeds. The area on the beach is large, the number of sunbeds is sufficient, but everyone is busy with towels in the morning, and people can come to dinner. That was such a minus of the administration that they did not control this moment.
After resting for a week, I made such conclusions for myself. You need to bring your favorite alcoholic drinks with you in your luggage or buy juices or favorite sweets for your child, as we do in duty free. Also on the last day, we accidentally found out about the market outside the hotel with delicious crayfish ($10 per kg) and shrimp ($40 per kg), as well as normal beer, wine, champagne and all kinds of goodies such as cookies, chocolate, etc. . d. to diversify the bored hotel menu. I would return here because of the ideal sea and pools, the gorgeous view of the mountains and just a peaceful atmosphere. Everything else, I consider the little things, in the end, do not forget about the "price-quality" policy.
When they say that this hotel is 30 years old, feel free to add another 30.
1. In the first 5 minutes, we met a girl who came to relax with her husband and a 3-year-old child in a good hotel for 45 k, all crying, she changed the hotel with a wild surcharge. Then doubt crept in... Well, we arrived at 9, settled at 13:00.
You can live normally only in the main building. I was placed in the furthest bungalow with stinking carpet (1904), a non-working toilet, no water in the tap and a lot of hair on the bed. The view from the room was also breathtaking - post-apocalyptic modern. And I had to look for this happiness around the territory for about 20 minutes, since all the staff simply evaporated. After the appeal, they moved to the main building, but the porter was still not found.
2. A huge number of people, crowds of families of all generations with at least 1 child. A few young guys moved around the hotel with the same eyes as we do. Oh yes, from 2 to 5 buses a day brought 20 people in each. In the previous comment, the girl wrote about Genichesk, so that's the point.
3. The territory is large for Turkey, but everywhere is very dirty, dishes and appliances are dirty and ancient. Lots of chips and scratches. Once they put a fish on a plate with chewed gum!
4. The beach would be ok if not for so many people. Didn't have time to take a sunbed before 8 - go home, loser.
5. Alcohol is disgusting, the food is the same (everything with a bunch of seasonings) every day.
The hotel gave a big discount to all tour operators, so they soared this good and proven hotel! Thank you, am I finally home?
Oddly enough, but the food and alcohol are not of the same quality, red fish every day, and indeed the fish was always grilled and stewed. Lots of awesome vegetables in different recipes. Fruits and desserts are plentiful and quite tasty. Thanks to the guys at the bar who really do everything to please the crowd of walking people. Special thanks to the bartender Hasan, who always infected with a good mood, smile, positive and yes, cool cocktails! Hasan, good luck! If you look, you can always find something to complain about. Therefore, look for what you like, and everything will be fine!
Traveled for three generations. My husband and I + two children aged 6 and 9 + our two mothers.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am and checked in at 2:00 pm. Rooms in the main building, 5th floor, No. 2514 and 2517 with a partial view of the sea and beautiful mountains!
To be honest, on the first day I practically sobbed, refused to perceive what was happening and googled another hotel. I really wanted to write to my travel agent about my emotions, but I decided to sleep with my thoughts and not get excited. The chicest sea and Jack Daniels, taken with him from duty free, calmed me down.
If taken as of the end of the vacation, then in the bottom line:
- Rooms. Yes, tired, but I knew about it and, to be honest, it didn’t bother me at all. In fact, we only slept in them. Conder and everything else worked fine, the view is beautiful. The only thing that both rooms had a closed safe. They asked to open it in order to start using it - they fixed it in the parents' room, they never reached my husband and I. The hotel also needs updating, but now is clearly not the best time for this. So here I have no complaints. There are no bathrobes, there are slippers. Wet cleaning too +.
- Food. On the first day, I was generally in a trance from food and what was happening. I was glad only that I would lose a couple of kg)) To say that there is nothing to eat would be a lie, but for me and my family everything was either inedible or simply not tasty. The food is monotonous - the same thing every day, and often the same thing for lunch and dinner.
Morning: scrambled eggs/scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, french fries, potato balls, cheese/sausage, yogurt, sausages, fruit, chocolate/honey pancake, potatoes, croissants, etc. buns. Children ate all 8 days in the morning only pancake, adults - scrambled eggs + sausages. I’ll note that the buns, I’ll call them that, are very tasty with chocolate! ) For lunch and dinner: grilled fish (mackerel / perch / dorado), stewed fish, beef, stewed eggplant / zucchini, soups (a couple of types, with lentils, for example, and chicken with noodles), stewed beef, various pasta, potatoes, turkey rolls, pickles, fresh vegetables and fruits, rice, grilled chicken or skewers, beef cutlets. It seems that I have listed so many things, but in fact everyone ate spaghetti with bolognese sauce and sometimes stewed fish. The children also ate spaghetti and coals (as their son called them, because these are not cutlets, but coals). Well, damn it, guys, how can you ruin a potato? It lies, beautiful, in slices, sprinkled with poppy seeds, but in fact - wooden, it is impossible to eat. Or puree feels like a diluted freeze-dried powder. A fish! My favorite dorado - but it's just dry grilled. After all, for taste, even sprinkle with lemon when frying, I already watered it with tartar and other sauces - it won’t save it. That's the truth, it's embarrassing. Let not a wide range of food, but the original products seem to be normal, why is it so tasteless (((Food, by the way, is almost all cold.
Also a lot of sweets. I liked the dessert with whipped cream in a glass, but it is quickly sorted out. The rest didn't come. Watermelons are very sweet and juicy, medlar is good. Oh, and the pizza is delicious!
The restaurant was struck by the number of chipped dishes, dirty tables, chairs with crumbs, periodically dirty forks, no one comes to you, no juice / tea / wine is offered.
Bad coffee - tastes like strong chicory. Maybe someone likes this, but I'm for Arabica.
Alcohol - beer, wine, tequila norms, more or less Baileys. The rest is not very good. The cocktails are not tasty at all. No juices - everything is like yuppies)) Once my daughter took karlama, then for half a day her tongue was bright scarlet.
Public toilets are quite dirty. The motion sensors on the lamps stand for 5-10 seconds, so when pissing, you have to wave your hands so that it does not go out. It was especially stressful for the children.
The animation is so unobtrusive that on the third day I saw for the first time that it was there)) Once I went to the steppe, there is boccia, volleyball, in the morning at the aqua aerobics type pool.
Dofigischa people, a contingent of pension-mums. Mostly all Ukrainians. The feeling was that I was somewhere in Genichesk))) I don’t know how much sunbeds should be borrowed. The first two days were spent under the scorching sun, as there were no places under the canopies. On the third day, my mother went to borrow somewhere at 7.20, then she took almost the last ones in the 4th line. Then I went to 7 in the morning, then I also couldn’t take it closer than the 3rd line. It seems that people have been blocking them since the night. Near the pools in general a difficult case))
Once we got to a party in the evening - some group was singing. She sang very well!! ! It is a pity that again there were no places to sit down. We turned around, listened to a few songs and went home.
The sea is cool, so alive, real! I thought that I would be cold, because. I'm cold, but no, the temperature is very comfortable for swimming (although I don't know how many degrees it was). I also liked the pebble. When the storm didn't churn the water. View is gorgeous! The sea and mountains are amazing!
In terms of holidays with children. For me, it was a special strain with food, I didn’t know what to feed them, except for pasta and pizza. The children did not want to swim in the sea - it was immediately quite deep. A couple of times my son was splashed by waves on stones, he no longer climbed into the sea. The pool - the depth is one 140 cm everywhere, the children's pool is 30 cm. It turns out that for my 6-9 years old children, the children's pool is not, there are crumbs, and an adult does not reach the bottom. Therefore, they swam only with us, with their parents. Not enough in the pool of different depths. Slides, although there are only two of them, but the children went.
Service is slow and not very friendly. I did not manage to meet a smile on the faces of the staff. I can praise the waiter who serves the tents on the beach. But, here, who should unwind the canopy on them, it remains a mystery to me.
In conclusion, I don’t even know what final feedback to make. I was in Turkey for the first time, before that I always went to Egypt for many years to the same hotel, where I was always mega satisfied with my vacation. Now. . . I don't know, some kind of sad feeling. Nature and the sea are divine, the hotel is old, but that's okay. But the fat minus is the food and some kind of lethargy in service, it feels like everything is done carelessly, the feeling that you, as a guest, are not welcome here, leave an unpleasant mark. So I won't be coming here again.
P. S. Suddenly, someone likes this, then outside the hotel they took crayfish (at $ 10 / kg) excellent, fresh, large. The shrimp are delicious in sauce. Crabs are not worth looking at.
Food: as before, very tasty, and sweets are generally a bomb, apparently they haven’t managed to “optimize” the chefs yet))) BUT the bar in the lobby has been reduced, the night restaurant and the restaurant on the beach have been “optimized” (they won’t even serve beer there before lunch) . Although there is a beer stall on the beach, where there is almost always a queue, but you must admit that this is no longer 5. As a result of these reductions, at dinner, and at lunch, crowds of people, like the metro at rush hour, rush with a plate in search of a cleaned table, some they begin to clean themselves without waiting for the staff...
The staff is trying, but unable to cope with the traffic, apparently they have also been reduced))) The alcohol is good and they pour as much as you ask, but you can’t fill the sadness from the above)) I decided to work out in the gym, but there is an ambush, most of the simulators are out of order. The rooms, as before, are tired but comfortable (in terms of comfortable sleep, I recommend asking for distant dorms))) By the way, the owner has changed, according to rumors, this is Anex, maybe that's all because of this.
Conclusion: goodbye Kirish, you are dead for me, continue to "optimize" further and slide into an economy segment)) Hi, the hotel next door))) I don't name it so that they don't think it's an advertisement.
