We checked in at 7.00 and for $ 10 we were immediately settled, the room was with access to the pool, which, in our opinion, is the best option. The room is clean, the furniture is in good condition, the bed and bedding, pleasantly pleased. Towels were changed almost every day, in the mini bar only water, which was replenished.
Food. You definitely won't leave hungry. From 7.00 to 24.00 you can always eat, either in the main restaurant or in the snack bar, then a coffee shop opens, ice cream... in general, everyone was full. As for taste, everything here is an amateur, everyone will find something for themselves, but I will say that in any case, you will not have such a variety at home.
Bar. Lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, etc. But their quality is 3, for a tip of $ 1-2 they make them as tasty as possible.
A wonderful water park, and many pools, every evening show programs and discos) throughout the day, volleyball, archery...
Most of the staff are very nice and try to help.

The young people were nevertheless settled in a normal one after paying an additional $ 25 to the arrogant administrator, after the scandal they still showed us a couple more rooms and it turned out to spend the night in a family one, but one-room and up to 50 squares in size. A room with a nice balcony, but the wallpaper in the room is falling off and it stinks of mold, the air conditioner worked every other time.
On the second day, we contacted the representative of Aneks at the hotel, so that we would be settled in the room we bought, but that we received an answer that after 18.00 we would be relocated somewhere. Without waiting for 18 hours, we went to Guest Relation Marina, she said our number was not in the hotel, but with the manager they showed us a couple more as small as on arrival, after which we decided to stay in a one-room apartment, where at least everyone can go to their beds.
On the last day, after the scandal and the demand to call the police and also write us officially on paper that they don’t have such a number, as we were told earlier, we were taken to the director of the hotel (the room opposite the reception) and we all went together to look for our room, in which we had to check in (since none of the staff knows what rooms they have and which ones they don’t have or simply didn’t want to check us in there). After viewing 5-6 rooms where people lived!! ! we found all the same our expected, spacious, expensive room bought in the annex, but it was busy and there are no such free ones, even for an extra charge. This number is so rare that the administration does not know where it is!
As a result, I do not advise you to choose a room for 5 people from the site, as the rooms that correspond to the desired parameters (2 separate rooms and 58 square meters)
Anex sells the best rooms well, but on arrival he leaves them near the hotel and then they themselves have to solve problems with settling already with the hotel. The representative of the annex at the hotel deals exclusively with excursions and can ask at most that you be transferred to some other room, and not to the one that was bought, and can even take a picture of the room in which you live and send the photo to the central office, after our complaint with settlement. This is where the responsibility of Aneks ends, and the hotel, as it were, is not aisles, they say decide with your Aneks. From the side of the annex, after the complaint, we received a couple of answers about nothing, where they answered that we were provided with similar conditions and everything is ok. I think if there is no such number, then settle in better, not worse. Pay and then claim yours. In a word, the provision of living conditions by the annex is not fulfilled!!!
If you close your eyes to this scam and evaluate the hotel, then of course when you go to 5 * and UAI for a lot of money, you expect to see a good hotel and good service, but in fact:
The rooms are old and with mold, torn wallpaper, dirty on the territory and near the pool!
The staff is friendly, except for the extortionist receptionist and the Turkish manager, who behaves like a god there and does unearthly favors to his client in the form of finding a normal room!
The food for adults was monotonous every day, after 3 days they got tired, the children didn’t really like it either (8 and 11 years old ate primitive - pasta, potatoes and some kind of meat, this is what was tasty for them).

The pools are good, for all ages, the kids loved it.
Slides near the pool are open 2 times a day from 10-12 and from 14-16.
The beach near the sea is good, there are not enough sunbeds.
Entertainment was in the form of darts, volleyball, shooting, and in the morning in the pool, in general, I liked it.
The hotel was cleaned every day, but after dinner, when we returned and refused it, the cleaning itself was a blunder, which was free with a tip, only towels were replaced, cosmetics were never added for the entire stay.
I can’t recommend the hotel, it draws a maximum of 3.3+, unless you go almost for free and close your eyes to everything, since the sea is excellent. For a lot of money, it was not possible to close your eyes already.

Went back to reception. I hit my fist : ) They gave me another number. Without a porter, we had to drag things ourselves across the entire territory. Building next to the pool. The room is clean. Quieter, although the tractor is audible. On this, in fact, the unpleasant moments ended. Yes, there is a fungus in the bathroom, yes, the food is not varied, and sometimes not tasty. But very nice staff. Unobtrusive, polite. The sea is far away, across the road, but it did not bother. A huge plus - all the entertainment is far from the buildings and the evening "aram-zam-zam" is not heard in the rooms. There is no pier, it is some kind of stub one meter from the entrance to the sea. There are no sun loungers on it, it is dangerous to jump from it - shallow. The pebbles are large and painful to walk on.
On the beach there is a snack bar where you can have a bite to eat. The assortment is small, but it was enough for us) It’s better not to drink alcohol in bars) They tried to clean the room every day - sometimes we only asked to change towels, but sometimes the cleaner broke through and changed the bed) There are no problems with this, they try to clean it. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. You need to understand how much the hotel costs and, accordingly, expect services from it for this amount. Anex Tour guides are always there. You can always apply.
Sauna is good and clean. One big minus is the noise isolation in the rooms. 3 days before departure, comrades settled above us, who for some reason moved the table over our heads all night. And they dropped something. And so 3 nights to 5 am. Everything is heard in the room: who, where and how went to the toilet, drunken revelations behind the wall and other more pleasant events : ))) As if this is happening in your room. For some tourists, this is normal, but those who have been in the actual 5 will support me that the hotel barely falls short of the 3. And that's why Europeans don't rest there. Last year, I rested in a 4-ke in Side, where 70% of tourists are Germans and cannot be compared with Daima.
