The hotel turned out to be very good despite the reviews. In a super location, in the very center with a view of the mosques. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and the mosque. Ouch beautiful! Double Room offered to choose from. We chose twin beds since it was twice as big. Cleaned every day and changed towels, Three days later they changed the bed, it was very clean, well, I don’t know, maybe because we left tips every day) The hotel has an elevator.

We rode it all the time. We lived on the 3rd floor, since the 1st floor is zero. Only 6 floors. The restaurant has all disposable tableware. There are sanitizers everywhere on the floors. All staff are very friendly. Very close to both the promenade and the markets (Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Bazaar). And there are a lot of brand shops along the same street. The only thing that was frustrating was the weak Wi-Fi. Often absent.

There were three days in Istanbul, we decided not to take excursions, but to travel around the city on our own, so we were looking for a hotel near the sights in the historical district. What can I say about Hali 3 stars - the hotel is located right next to the Blue Mosque and Sofia and near the tram, there is a terrace on the top floor - the view is of course gorgeous! The breakfast is very poor! There is no safe in the room.

Pros: location, free internet. Cons - we booked the hotel directly through their website, when paying for cash - the price is 45 Euro per day, we asked for a room with a view - 50 Euro for it. We arrived at 8 in the morning, the transfer was paid - 35 Euros, we were immediately given the keys to the rooms, when we saw that we were shocked - a meter by meter window overlooking the pipe, everything was shabby and dirty - horror! After talking with the manager, it turned out that our rooms with a view had not yet been released and we were given these, without a view.

Apparently they were counting on suckers and thought that we would stay in these terrible rooms for 50 Euros.
We left our bags in the luggage room and returned to the hotel at 12 noon - then we were given completely different rooms - many times better, but still not very. . .
Very small rooms - two beds, a small table, a narrow wardrobe and that's it! TV is tiny with 3 Turkish channels. There is no balcony, the view from the window is on a small square in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is extremely poor - cheese, boiled eggs, bread and coffee.
Cleaning is not of high quality, the whole room stank of tobacco.
I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel, with a huge selection, you can pick up something better for the same money!

An excellent hotel for those who do not require five-star service. Clean rooms, daily room service, polite staff / they don't speak Russian, but knowing English will save you /. But it doesn't matter. The most important thing is the view from the room to Hagia Sophia, tomorrow on the terrace with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus and the same Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc.
