A great choice for celebrating Christmas and New Year! This was our tenth trip to Dubai and we decided to choose our favorite area - the green and beautiful Media City. The Radisson blu Media City hotel is a chain hotel, a loud and authoritative name. The expectations of a status holiday were fully justified. Fly Dubai flight, Christmas discount program from Anex tour. The hotel has two buildings, elevators go up according to the room map. Both buildings are beautifully decorated and look solid. All the staff are helpful, friendly, fast. We were given an upgraded room, good view and quick check-in. The manager Matilda helped us. The buildings have a Spa, two swimming pools, meeting and relaxation rooms with large soft sofas, a huge TV, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. If you need to stay longer while waiting for departure, there is where to spend time comfortably. All the staff are well-trained and helpful. The rooms are stylish. The flooring in the corridors and rooms is carpet. In the hallway there is a mirror on the entire wall.
There is an electronic control - a "do not disturb" and "remove number" button. The windows open for ventilation. The windows have blinds and movable wooden frames. Work area, sofa bed, coffee machine, additional lighting, ultra-quiet air conditioning. High comfortable beds, crisp blankets, snow-white linen. Room provision - two bottles of water, coffee and tea set, good cosmetics, sewing kit, shoe sponge, toothbrush with paste, discs and ear sticks, shower cap. There is a minibar for drinks, but no refrigeration. The bathroom has a shower with modern regulation of the shower and water temperature, a bathtub, a comfortable sink, a toilet, and a bidet. There are bathroom scales and a hairdryer. Cleaning is good. Good sound insulation. There is no shuttle to the beach. The Media city area is green and beautiful. 20-30 minutes walk to the Marina walk, 10 minutes to the metro (Al Khail station), 7 minutes to the tram and bus. JBR Beach is a couple of stops away.
