The rooms are decent, spacious and furnished in good condition. Cleaning every day. In general, it's nice to stay here. We rested with friends who had already visited Bansko and they approved of Borovets. There are fewer people here and there are no long queues for the lifts. The routes are different and complex and simplified. And most importantly, beautiful nature! Skis were rented already near the ski lift, from the instructor VOLODIA. This is a great guy, he selects inventory, adjusts it to size, etc. And he makes concessions with the price. We recommend to have a rest in the winter in this city and in this hotel, you won't regret it.

Plus - quite comfortable rooms, there is a TV, a paid minibar, even blackout curtains. Good mattresses.
Minus - the room is closed by one flimsy door with a gap at the bottom, so when they walk along the corridor at 12 am, one in the morning, two in the morning - noisy foreigners - you wake up. It sounds like they're standing by your bed and yelling. The doors to the rooms close with noise. Therefore, sleeping normally is problematic. And the sound is terrible in general.
3. Food
Plus - the quantity and quality is normal.
Minus - the assortment, especially in the morning, is monotonous: eggs, scrambled eggs (overcooked), scrambled eggs with shells, bacon, sausages, sausage, cheese and cheese, butter and toast, sometimes boiled vegetables such as vegetable mixtures. From vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, from fruits, bananas, tangerines, oranges, apples are quite finely chopped. In the evening, the assortment is richer, but in the evening there are no drinks, not even tea, not even juice, nothing at all. Tea costs 3 leva, which is about 70 rubles for our money. That is, you still need to spend extra money for dinner. And since there are no kettles in the rooms, you still have to order drinks. Or bring a kettle or kettle with you. And you can't take anything out of the restaurant. Even fruits that I took but did not eat.
4. Contingent
There are few Russians, many Englishmen, there are also Bulgarians, also quite a lot. The English are annoying, noisy and behaving shamelessly. And at any time. When you sit in a bar, it seems that you are either sitting surrounded by Madame Storozhenko from Kataev’s story, who was yelling “Gobies, gobies!!! ”, or in the middle of a flock of crows and jackdaws that are yelling loudly. An hour later, your head starts to hurt from the decibel level. unexpectedly, one of them can yell very loudly, shouting over the rest, so sometimes you startle.
