Cleaned every day for 4b, towels are changed 1 time in 3 days, though 1 time about changing towels had to be reminded, changed immediately. A lifeguard is on duty by the pool from 7.00 to 19.00. Of the minuses, a very uncomfortable extra bed (sofa), the mattress is uneven, legs are higher than your head when you lie down. They pointed out this shortcoming to the administrator, did nothing, said "well, this is a sofa", sofas are also different. The chairs on the balcony were broken and they weren't changed either.

Advantages of the location, close to Varna airport and the city itself, close to shops and restaurants. especially liked the cuisine in the Oasis, just amazing. Everything was delicious and cheap, large portions, service. The Kapitota Restaurant behind the hotel is a marvel, the table design is excellent, the cuisine is chic, and the Bulgarian folklore themed nights are just great. We did not notice the disadvantage, the apartment is chic, the rooms have everything. We took only breakfast, but we had enough until dinner. Room service is within the norm, it is not visible on the territory and on the floor of carts with cleaners. Rested with children and spent a honeymoon were satisfied with everything. As the locals explained to me, during the construction of hotels they saved on sewerage, it was not taken far enough into the sea. A very small children's club, the girls animators tried their best, but apparently they lacked the experience and the very culture of holding events.
