3. Cleaning every day, tips were not stingy. Minibars were replenished every day - beer, chocolates, juices, etc.
4. The territory is well-groomed, green, not very big, but comfortable to walk in the evening. There is a family of black geese or swans in the paddock, I don’t understand)) everything is close, the main dining room, swimming pool, shop, etc.
5. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is pebbly, a little uncomfortable, but flew with a bang.
There are plenty of sunbeds, you always worry about it, but here at any time you can find a place for 5 people.
6. Bar and fast food on the beach, this is top, doner on the beach is generally top-beef day, chicken day, 2 starbucks - one on the beach the other in the building, no queues. The food is nothing special, let’s say the standard, we didn’t go hungry, but there was no wow effect either.
7. We got to the concert of Yulia Savicheva, it was generally cool, VIP standing places??? ? but almost at the stage, everyone liked it very much. Every evening performances, local concerts, everything is very cool, even managed to get to the disco.
What I want to say in the end, the hotel is large, beautiful, but a little tired, clean, comfortable. The staff is polite, everyone speaks Russian. The sea is gorgeous, it was cool, salty)) a pier with a bar, sofas and music. There are water activities nearby, such as a beach 16+, but it did not work because the children were there too ??? ? . The pool is big and not bad, but we swam once, and we also only went to the water park with our feet.
Would I come here again? I think yes!

The hotel has completely lost quality. If someone is considering it in the hope of having a chic rest, then they are greatly mistaken. All mouth-watering videos and rave reviews are a thing of the past.
We rested in October 2021 - it felt like we were in paradise! I'll tell you exactly what you liked and why you decided to come back.
The food was amazing: strawberries for breakfast and dinner daily in unlimited quantities. The choice of meat: quail, grilled lamb, crayfish, beef on a spit, red fish daily, the child liked fried chicken wings and there were many other meat dishes. The kids loved the chicken nuggets. The choice was so great that it was physically impossible to try everything. The food was varied and tasty. Fruits were selected. During the day there was a show program, dancing. The room is perfectly clean. Came here for Halloween and everyone loved it! A couple more evenings were with a chic program. In the hope that the summer concept would be even brighter and richer, we bought an expensive tour. We decided to let it be expensive, but we will rest with style. Hopes collapsed on the first day of stay.
There is absolutely nothing to choose from fruits. The fruit table is full, but the fruits all taste wooden! Edible only watermelons and apples! Peaches, plums, grapes, apricots are all unripe sour. Melon has the worst taste. After all, is there a quality control in a hotel of this level? They also have to taste the food before serving it to the guests. Well, it is impossible to eat these fruits!
There was no normal meat for the three days of our stay. Once there was red fish on the grill and that's it. All the meat is finely chopped or in the form of minced meat, filled with some strange sauces or gravy with vegetables. Looks very unappetizing, like in a hospital canteen.
With soups, everything seems to be fine borscht, okroshka, vegetable puree soups every day. From fresh vegetables, everything is usually cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, greens, iceberg. There are vegetable salads: Olivier, beetroot, etc.
The only thing that has not lost in quality is the pastry table. Everything is also beautiful and tasty, the choice is normal.
We still have seven days to stay here and today I realized that nothing will change with food. The third day in the restaurant nothing changes. Let's go home thinner.
I understand that they also save on cleaning in the room? There is no cleaning service at all. Stupidly make the bed and that's it. The fact that the floors in the rooms need to be washed here is not in the know. I went to ask if they forgot to wash our room. And there is a queue with exactly the same complaints. Well, after all, it is stated that the hotel is exclusive: "pay and rest. " So I have to buy a rag and wash the floors myself?
There is no animation, except for evening shows, only a little sport. The mini club is by appointment only, you won't get in there. There is no entertainment for school-age children and teenagers.
Money thrown to the wind. I really regret coming here. And most importantly, after the first visit here, I praised this hotel to everyone. And now to tears it is a pity for the spent vacation. I really want to take the money and continue the holiday in another hotel.
At the moment, most of what can be said leaves much to be desired.
I'll start with the positives.
One of the advantages of the hotel can be called the beach (although it is a stretch, because there are a lot of people and you need to come much in advance, but you can get used to it).
The second plus is the rather fast work of waiters in bars and restaurants. Well done boys.
I also note that, in general, epidemiological requirements are being observed. There are antiseptics everywhere, wet alcohol wipes and disposable masks.
There are many more cons.
I'll start with the numbers.
I want to note right away that I live in a room in the Deluxe building, which a priori should be of better quality than the rooms in other buildings. However, even here the numbers are terrible.
Firstly, the quality of bed linen leaves much to be desired. Duvet covers are larger than duvets.
On the mattresses are feather "mattress covers", on which it is not only impossible to sleep, but which are absolutely not hypoallergenic. I have two allergies in my family, so for us this fact is very impartial. The covers on the mattresses are in a terrible state: they are torn to rubble, as if it is impossible to lay a fresh and not torn bed. And all this despite the fact that in our time it is not so difficult to take care of better bedding. (photo attached)
The bathroom sometimes stinks of sewerage, and there is so much fungus in the corners, as if it had not been cleaned for years. (photo attached)
The air conditioner in the room works hard. It invariably turns off twice a night, and someone has to get up to turn it on, because without it it is very stuffy.
Noise isolation in Deluxe is also bad. The water flowing in neighboring rooms is very audible. And if you come across loud neighbors, expect trouble. In general, you will hardly find perfect silence even in this case.
About nutrition.
I can assure you that, of course, you will not remain hungry, but I will also draw your attention to the fact that some dishes are attractive only in appearance, they are far from being culinary masterpieces.
Internet.
Separately, I want to say about the Internet in the hotel (this already applies to all buildings, not only Deluxe).
Of course, you can connect Fi-Wi, but the likelihood that it will perfectly load any Internet page in your room is minimal. In my room (if anyone is interested, I live on the 4th floor in room 2361, the location of which, by the way, seemed to be successful) there is no way to even be on the Internet for an hour without network interruptions. If constant access to the Internet is important to you (for example, for work or communication with relatives, like my family) and you do not want to constantly go out into the lobby (even to send a trite message), then be prepared for problems.
We have already raised this issue three times in four days at the hotel reception, but the problem has not yet been resolved.
Summing up, I will say this: we, as a family that constantly travels and has seen more than one hotel (we also rest in Turkey for the first time, and therefore we know what service can be here), we can already safely say that Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel Belek does not at all pull on a five-star. We would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Further, the food is just awful!! ! Everything is fatty, in sauces and gravies. There is no grill, fresh greens and few vegetables, but Olivier salad is present, as well as cabbage rolls and liver with buckwheat. There are no frills in the form of seafood, shrimp, crayfish, good fish.
There is a canteen at the Mayak factory. Only what the hand of local chefs did not touch was delicious. About wi-fi, he constantly knocks out, and if you work online here, you can’t do it. The coastline is very large, far from the sea, the beach is dirty and the entrance to the water is not cleaned, everything is in stones. As vacationers said, the management has changed here and the level of the hotel has fallen dramatically. Now it can be compared with a good 4 but obviously not with a 5 level exclusive. The price is very high for this hotel, I do not recommend. It is a pity for the money spent, it would be better if we stayed in Belis for all 14 days.
The choice of the Hotel was made very spontaneously in a hurry on the recommendations of the travel agency. A weighty argument was that the pools are heated (it is comfortable to swim for a long time and in any weather for both adults and children).
After reading the reviews on various resources, both good and negative, it was quite exciting, BUT, as a result, I am once again convinced that all people perceive the events and the atmosphere around them differently, and the minuses and pluses)), so all reviews need to be filtered, isolating the useful information for yourself.
I promised myself that if everything goes well, I will definitely find time upon arrival and write my review, for those who are worried and worried, trying to determine reliable facts in the flow of information))

For 5 days of stay, I felt that the choice of dishes was more than varied, beef, veal, lamb, turkey, chicken, sea bream, sea bass, cheeses, I won’t mention everything, pastries, greens, fresh / baked vegetables, fruits, freshly squeezed juice. Desserts are colorful, but not very edible for me, I leaned on baklava every day without any discomfort and regret)))
To be honest, I don’t know what else I personally would like? ) Probably shrimp and squid could be more often, more, but tastier! ))) And they would not refuse oysters! ; )
We didn't go to the a la carte restaurants. There was no need, although they were going to put such a tick.

Weather:
The end of October, of course there was no heat, but it was warm and comfortable enough to sunbathe and swim in the sea! The sea water is warm! !
One day there was twice a short rain (there was a reason to go to the hammam), but after that the bright warm sun.
General Impressions:
Completely positive, NOTHING caused discomfort, disappointment, negative emotions.
Is it possible that people who, going to the beach in the morning, occupied sunbeds by the main pool)) could never come, except to return for towels))
It was the autumn holidays, the hotel was thoroughly booked, but we always found a place on the sunbeds both at the sea and by the pools when we needed it.
Minuses:
In the main restaurant, when it rained, the ceiling connections leaked in some places, the staff felt quite uncomfortable removing the consequences of an evening downpour, arranging devices to collect drops and wipe the wet floor. Needs a major overhaul!
Food: the flavor for which we came, and which was in the past and the year before last disappeared. The table has become less saturated, there are absolutely no nuts, instead there are a lot of cookies, cereals, a table with pastries. In the morning a lot of cereals, sour cream, eggs and grass. That year there was a delicious red fish for breakfast, now you will see it for dinner once a week on Thursday. Beef and lamb are always in the performance of the same dishes: minced meat and cutlets. Seabass is served every day, there are no complaints here. But once again I repeat, additional types of fish are only on Thursday. The grill is almost non-existent. The snack bar on the beach leaves much to be desired: nothing changes at all, every day the same composition: french fries, chicken legs, cutlets, mashed potatoes and rice. The chef has changed, as has the entire management team after some murder that happened here.
Beach: they stopped cleaning it from pebbles, you can’t go in without slippers, the entrance to the water has ceased to be gentle, a few meters away, a steep descent, like in a quarry, it will be uncomfortable and dangerous for small children. And most importantly: you need to borrow sunbeds at seven in the morning, there is a catastrophic shortage of them. The last week we rested near the pool, as for a family of 4 you can’t find sunbeds nearby.
Wi-fi crashes every 10 minutes, and that's it! This also did not happen that year.
Do not take the family room delux building: the room is dark, there is no ceiling lighting, only from a wall lamp and a floor lamp, the child did his homework in the dark, the bathroom is microscopic, the partition between the rooms does not meet soundproofing standards.
Children's animation: all the same animators, wonderful people, BUT there is a preliminary appointment, which is scheduled for a week in advance. That is, when we arrived at a five-star hotel, we could not receive a service.
Staff: the old leaps and bounds are the same friendly and responsive, the linear staff has not changed practically, they work according to the standards of last year.
We were forced to meet with the management of the guest ralation service and express our complaints, to which they kindly shrugged our shoulders and said that they had a pandemic, and it was hard for them. It was also difficult for us during the pandemic to save up money for a ticket and come to the conditions that we are used to. In Turkey, many are now hiding behind the coronavirus and reducing the cost of the declared services.
By the way, there are a huge number of people, the hotel area is very small, there is no walking area, there is nowhere for an apple to fall. This year we really felt it.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money, choose it if the price is reduced.
The food in restaurants is disgusting, it seems that this is not Turkey. More or less normal dishes, if they were, ended at lightning speed and were no longer delivered. At night, music until 12 am, and in the morning at 5 am the call to prayer is such that you can jump up and start praying. About the fact that the hotel works with such a tour operator as Join Up, in general, an indicator that the hotel hates its customers. When, instead of the declared flight at 12 noon, you are thrown out at 2 am, and the hotel at the same time makes a helpless gesture and says that it has nothing to do with it, this is clear evidence of a disdainful attitude towards their guests, who paid the hotel for the night.
Therefore, think 100 times before choosing this hotel. This is money wasted.
