The hotel, so-so, is located in the New City, so you need to go to the center of Hurghada by minibus for 10 minutes, from 1-2 pounds travel (for locals 50-70 kopecks), there is actually no pool, i. e. of course there is, some kind of pit without water right in the dining room and, it seems, on the roof, also without water, about 2 restaurants, they also got excited, an ennobled Soviet canteen inside and just tables on the veranda, it’s not bad there, but the wind is napkins and gobies with blows ashtrays into plates.

Breakfast from 7-9, dinner from 19-21, didn’t have time to go to the city for lunch. Egypt, knows about this feature. The bed is changed only at a very big request, you won’t ask, you will sleep in the same one all the time, the money is changed at the reception much cheaper, but there is a bank nearby, there is a normal exchange rate (on the way, in the other direction from the city).
Pros: Clean and new (we went to more expensive hotels in the Old Town, a little cooler and bigger rooms, but everything is old, the walls are cracked and hefty cockroaches climb with a long finger). A very good beach on the territory of another hotel 5 minutes walk, there is a pool and the bar and service are good, massage, animators, boating, a store with sea personal belongings is not expensive, (they even sealed the mattress we brought there). relations between customers and staff. In general, you can relax, at first, of course, it’s a little shocking, because they don’t tell the truth in travel agencies, and then you find your pluses. Souvenirs, a good option, besides not far from the city.

The hotel is disgusting. The hotel staff is shameless. Rested in this hotel during the New Year holidays from Aneks tour. I paid for an additional New Year's Eve dinner and a New Year's show at the tour operator. The show consisted of 3 men who howled to the beat of the drums. There was a meager dinner, there was no champagne and juices.

As it turned out, there is no New Year in Egypt. If we add to this that I did not have water in my room for 5 days. At night, they called from the reception and offered a massage or chat on the phone. I hardly found my guide in recent days to find out about the flight to Moscow. Pickup from the hotel was at 7:15 (on the day of departure), and departed at 15:00 (local time). All this time I spent at the airport waiting. We were not even offered water. It was the worst holiday ever!

Stayed at this hotel several times. Why? Cheap! But for this money, a quite decent hotel is provided for those who need a hotel only in order to have somewhere to lie down to sleep and have something to eat. But for this money, a quite decent hotel is provided for those who need a hotel only in order to have somewhere to lie down to sleep and have something to eat. For those who like to spend all the time in the hotel and on its territory, this place is not suitable, since there is neither its own territory nor the beach. The hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, but the sea is very close, there is even a public beach opposite (though without umbrellas and other related attributes). On an organized beach, it seems like they are sent from the hotel to one of the nearby hotels. Let me tell you, I have never been there. I usually go to the beach to the territory of the nearby Hilton Plaza hotel.
The hotel is located in the old part of Hurghada, there are many cafes nearby, a juice bar, shops, Internet cafes and other attributes of the city.
The rooms are small, but each has a balcony overlooking the sea (there are really rooms overlooking the courtyard, but some people like them too - they speak quietly, you can’t hear the noise of the face and it’s not windy). The room has a wardrobe, 2 beds, a bedside table, a mirror, a TV (2 Russian channels), everything that is possible in the room has been recently painted, so it looks more or less clean and tidy. Towels and linen are changed every 3 days. The room has air conditioning... but it never worked for me. Its performance can be restored by contacting the reception. It is quite possible to agree on the type of room at the reception even without baksheesh.
The food is monotonous (although it is called a buffet), BUT, which is very important, it has never been poisoned and almost everything is edible and tasty. Breakfasts are not particularly diverse (usually scrambled eggs, porridge (which they absolutely do not know how to cook), halva, jam, bun, sausage (if you can call it that of course - well, they don’t know how to make sausage), fresh vegetables, tea, coffee. . . usually that's all Dinner is better - 2-3 types of side dishes, 2-3 types of salad, meat (or fish), fruits (which is surprisingly usually tasty and ripe, which you don't always see even in a 5* hotel), 2-3 kind of sweets. Tea, coffee, beer, wine - for a fee, but not expensive. I'll warn you right away - you won't be able to take anything with you from the so-called "buffet", even an orange....because they cut all the fruits, and from the rest I don’t even know what you can take with you in reserve : -).
Of course, there are problems with water (mostly hot) - there are periods when it is not available, but in the morning and in the evening water is usually available.
Bottom line: a budget hotel for people without requests (if you compare the hotel with hotels offered in our native Russian south or Ukraine, then of course Sea View is better, and even with food.

Actually rested from 16 to 24 August 2006. The hotel is quite consistent with its 2 *. Designed for tourists without "cool" requests. It was a long time ago, so I don't remember everything. We were met at the airport. Quickly delivered to the hotel and settled without problems. The hotel is located in an area where there are many other hotels, there are shops.

We were met at the airport. Quickly delivered to the hotel and settled without problems. The hotel is located in an area where there are many other hotels, there are shops. The hotel room seemed to be on the 3rd floor with a sea view without any "additional fees", although the hotel is located on the 2nd line. The room is small but cozy. It can be seen that well-groomed - repaired in a timely manner. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower. Safe for an additional fee at the reception. For tourists who came for excursions and the sea, and not to spend time in the hotel all the time, it is quite a suitable option. The room was cleaned conscientiously every day. Bed linen and towels seem to be changed every 2 days. There were no complaints about the equipment and inventory of the number. In the hotel, half of the guests were greedy Germans and half of the economical Russian speakers. The hotel staff is friendly. The food at the hotel was quite good. Breakfast and dinner. When I purchased a ticket, it was stipulated that the hotel did not have a "buffet", although in fact there was one. Dishes may be without much frills, but quite edible, 2-3 dishes of each category. There were good pastries and a lot of different fruits - watermelon, melon, dates, oranges, grapes, etc. All drinks are for an additional fee. The beach was used in another 3 * hotel on the first line in about 5 minutes. go. To enter the beach at the reception in your hotel, you need to take special cards - passes. The beach is normal and clean. There is a long breakwater from which there is immediately a trouble-free entrance to the depth. Nearby there are carral reefs, a lot of different marine life. Indescribable beauty. The water is transparent. Everything is great to see. On the very first swim, I kicked a sea urchin with my foot, I just didn’t know what it was. The sensations were not pleasant. I had to return to my hotel and call the doctor by phone. At first I called my guide, and then I called the insurance company, according to my insurance policy, they asked me about the injury for a very long time and in detail. I was billed for this phone call. The doctor was waiting for about 2 hours. The doctor came and helped, made a dressing, gave some pills. At the same time, he did not wear a white coat and did not wash his hands. I didn't pay the doctor. I saw that, on the contrary, the doctor paid the administrator for the fact that he called him. This incident did not affect the further rest. The next day we had an excursion to Cairo, Giza to the pyramids. I don’t remember where I bought a ticket for an excursion, it seems that our guide had a reasonable price, but I don’t remember what it was. We went on a tour at night, somewhere around 3:00. All the sightseers in the buses were gathered outside the city and formed a column of about 20 buses, and maybe more. The area where this happened was cordoned off by machine gunners. Each bus also boarded two security officers with machine guns. At the beginning and end of the column there were also trucks with machine gunners. They accompanied us all the way to Cairo. The road was mostly desert. The buses were comfortable with air conditioning, the road was not tiring. Russian-speaking guide, candidate of sciences, told me all the way. And the museum in Cairo and the pyramids in Giza to say that they liked it is not the right word. Everyone who is in Egypt for the first time should definitely see this. We also went on a second excursion to Luxor - the temple of Queen Hachepsut and the Temple of Karnak, also an incomparable excursion. All the features of the "Arab" service are fully compensated by the magnificent sea and the sights of this country. Get ready for rest. Good luck to all.
