We flew from the biblio globe, the prices are ridiculous. Of course, the hotel is not for aesthetes, but believe me, it’s quite good for two stars.

the food is more than modest, the rooms are dirty, everything is dilapidated, filthy. the hotel is located in the center of the shopping area: the feeling is that you live in the center of the market, Arab merchants, angry with bad trade, do not allow passage. The only positive is the very friendly staff.

In general, reality corresponds to what is written about this hotel on various sites. Pros: price (although you can get 3 stars on promotions for the same price), shops are nearby, the beach is a 7-minute walk. Cons: the TV did not work (No. 311) - because of the antenna; plumbing has not changed for a long time (the shower is not airtight, there is water on the floor in the bathroom.

The food is quite sufficient for 2 stars, but the dispenser is pretty chemically. There were just eggs - at least a dozen - and now they are gone! Probably discreetly hides for further preparation of salads.
And so - you can go, especially who is the first time.

Good budget option. I was in Egypt for the first time, so I compare it with the numerous reviews I read about Turkey and Egypt. The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping area of Hurghada. Small, cozy CITY hotel, i. е. no territory. First floor - reception and hall. The second is a restaurant.

Then there are four residential floors. The sixth floor is an outdoor area with a pool, bar, showers and toilets. The pool is not big (like the rest of the hotel), clean, the filter works, it smells of bleach. The pool deck chairs, tables. Everything works, except for the bar. for a week at the pool except for himself (only in the dark) did not see anyone. Firstly, there were only eight of us in the hotel, and secondly, there was a beautiful sea nearby. The elevator is working.
The rooms are small but cozy. The plumbing is a little outdated (out of fashion), but everything works. At first they put me in a single room. (See photo) There was a smell of paint from freshly painted walls. A small refrigerator and a TV (two Russian channels), a shower, a washbasin, a toilet bowl with a scent. But, it turned out that water does not enter the flush tank. It was before dinner. At first they said that they would eliminate it in 10 minutes, then that after dinner. In the morning I gave the key to the reception and said: "Give me another number. " Immediately, without further ado, they gave me a double room. The air conditioner is old and noisy, but does its job well. Room cleaning - daily. Linen and towels - not washed, clean.
The staff is attentive and kind. At the reception, Yasser speaks Russian well (by the way, a Christian). You can find out the answer to any question from him (what you can eat in the city, where, how much you can buy), so he always works during the day. Left, as advised, a dollar on the bed for the cleaners - they did not take it. Twice I offered the staff "baksheesh" - they don't take it. On the penultimate day, I accidentally broke a plastic chair. I think: - "Well, I flew in. Souvenirs for relatives disappeared. " But, Yasser joked and they replaced the chair without any consequences for me.
Meals at the hotel are only breakfast and dinner. The food was surprisingly good. The cook Elijah does not speak Russian. But he cooks well and is a friendly guy. While we were only eating eight people, there was a buffet, and when there were three people left, we switched to a la carte service. It was then that I realized how much I did not report to myself from shyness. Yasser brought so much on a platter that I couldn't even eat it all without bread. Two days later, two more people arrived and, again, switched to "Swedish". Every day there was meat and sausages, or meat and fish, or meat and chickens. there was always soup for dinner (i. e. a full meal).
Beach - "El sakia beach". It is common to three hotels. But there was enough space for everyone until the three-day Ramadan holiday began. Card entry. Towels are provided on the beach. The beach is 120 meters long. The entrance is difficult with the remnants of corals, especially at low tide. Special footwear required ($5). But in the northern part of the beach, the bottom is sandy and grassy. Not far from deep. At a depth of 1.5-1.8 meters there are several isolated living corals, where you can see 80% of reef fish. The beach is open until 18:00 (at this time it gets dark). Disco on the beach from 18:00 to 00:00. A bar-restaurant is open on the beach for a day, there is a decent toilet and shower.
What follows is NOT advertising. I traveled from the tour operator TEZ TOUR. I would like to commend their excellent work from start to finish. The flight was from another city. We were taken to the airport by 14 people in a huge comfortable bus. In Egypt, you can see mainly Tez Tour and Pegas. All in branded clothes, all without delay. Went from this company on a tour. We were constantly counted and entertained. I witnessed how some company left two women with a child on the island.
There are also two drawbacks.
Constant noise from the street and air conditioning. The fact is that local drivers know only one rule - in all cases, push the signal. (You can ask for a room overlooking the courtyard. )
Small, but still, Prussians run around the room. But this drawback can be found in other hotels (and some at home).
In general, if you need a beach, exotic fish, interesting excursions - you are here. Spend the difference between 3.4 * and 2 * on an extra excursion. If you're looking for locally sourced poolside liquor, spread your fingers and look elsewhere.

If you eat just to fly and drop things at the hotel, then this hotel is for you. Small cozy hotel, the staff knows everyone by name. At the entrance there is a wonderful cafe. By the way, this cafe is almost the only place in the city (except for dute free, of course) where you can buy alcohol in bottles. The beach is very good and equipped, unlike large hotels, there are always places on the beach and there are no annoying animators and people who are trying to sell you all sorts of nonsense.

They feed wonderfully. Service is on the level. Clean rooms. Excellent service. Beach across the road. The price is lower than the quality ($300). I remember this holiday until today as a heavenly time on March 8!
