The points:
1. Service - it simply does not exist, maximum smile at you and send nafig, tactfully!
2. Food - everything that is described on the sites is an exaggeration, the cooking is terrible, there is practically no meat, during my stay - 10 days - there were 2 times, chicken wings, the rest of the time - patrokha and something in minced meat, from which the minced meat is completely unclear.
3. Territory - everything is shabby, 2 palm trees, not well maintained, no greenery, very little space.
4. The room - fortunately, everything is working, but it feels like something was taken out, cleaning every day, towels were changed, but not in a hurry, often fell at the time when the heat peaked and a couple of times I had to give up cleaning. There are no tables.
5. Entertainment - they simply do not exist, a disco, with terrible music not even of the 90s)) it feels like you are at a rural disco in the outback of Russia, there are no animators, no body movements during the day, there is absolutely nothing, only annoying merchants who offer take to the fur.
6. The icing on the cake was the impossibility of extending the room, for money, of course, the impossibility of providing dinner with me, check-out from the hotel at 16:30, departure at 21:00, although the operator said - whoever has a late check-out, he is suitable for receptionist and says to collect a lunch box! But no, they told me something that you already have lunch))
May strength and patience be with you if you suddenly find yourself in this hell!!! ))
I filled out a questionnaire, talked to the hotel staff, immediately a bracelet and a fight with my suitcase took me to my room.
5347-the room in which I was settled turned out to be with two balconies and on one there were still two sun loungers with mattresses. Every morning on the balcony with a cup of aromatic coffee, I met the dawn at 6.58 am!
Everything in the room worked properly.
The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day.
I didn’t look in the corners and I didn’t look for dust with other people’s hair and didn’t meet it. On the balcony, the ashtray was washed out and the glasses were removed - I forgot to remove it.
Mini bar-filled once upon arrival.
Internet throughout the hotel is free, on the beach the signal is weaker.
The beach is just a song There are no mattresses on the sun loungers - the sides hurt. Life hack - we go to the beach, go to the right to the extreme sunbeds, take a mattress from the neighboring L. Oceanica and put it on our sunbed. Only when we leave the beach, do not forget to return it!
Food is the sore point of the hotel! Many guests of Labada wrote about this.
The variety of dishes in the restaurant is not bad, the serving of dishes is good, the chefs serve the guests quickly, but the taste of the prepared dishes is not for everyone! There were favorite dishes - you will lick your fingers.
The hotel managers read everything carefully and know about their disadvantages.
But it's the end of the season. With the kitchen staff - you need to seriously work and everything will be fine!
Bartenders at bars are also a weak link.
One cocktail - three different bartenders make it as they want. Bloody Mary - it turned out to be just tomato juice and vodka.
The beach towels I had were new and without holes! If you come across someone with holes, is it hard in the SPA center to point out this and throw it aside?
I liked the hotel and remember it!
I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family!
Dear Deniz and Yusuf, bartender Salih - fiery greetings!
Salih is the best bartender in the hotel!
We really liked the hotel: the first coastline, a swimming pool, a room with a sea view, excellent food, unobtrusive animation, a good spa... In a word, a fairy tale lasting 10 days...
Among the advantages I would note:
- nice room with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioner;
- a varied diet and a large selection of dishes;
- positive (always joking and giving compliments), as well as very helpful staff;
- wi-fi, which pulls even on the beach;
- unobtrusive animation in the evenings (live music, various performances, discos);
- the opportunity at any time to get out on a not particularly tiring excursion (I advise you to definitely go to Demre) or ride a boat / boat;
- a magical spa where you can get an (I would say inspiring) massage course : ) I highly recommend Ahmed, who literally fixed my back after my lower back decided to get sick in the first days of rest. It is also very pleasant that the cost of an hour massage ($30) includes a face mask and delicious pomegranate tea.
- Complimentary beach towels, which are taken and rented daily at the spa.
Of the minuses:
- there are no mattresses on the sunbeds (I noticed that they were present in other hotels);
- imported alcohol is for extra. fee.
Overall I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and a big thank you to Armas Labada for a magical holiday!
Rooms: plumbing is cheap, everything is on snot. Settled first on the 1st floor - barely spent the night. Ants even in the bed, mosquitoes climb out of all the cracks. The next day, with a fight, they moved to the 3rd floor. Room without balcony. The windows overlook the entrance to the hotel and some kind of farm across the road. Although the category of the room purchased is access to the garden. All night roosters or turkeys are yelling (there is time at night to think about these heart-rending cries, because it is unrealistic to sleep) and buses are noisy. You can hear it all even with the window closed. And we are here for 14 nights to spend the night. They asked for $140 for relocation to the other side. We refused.
In terms of food - the choice is small, all in one version. Chicken, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, soup, herbs, cucumber-tomatoes. Watermelon, apples, oranges. But everything is delicious. The snack bar is good - pizza, burger, french fries, ayran. Confectionery with a lobby bar is also good - herbal teas, cakes, ice cream, Turkish coffee. There are also choices for alcohol. Even champagne and Baileys. The beach is rocky, but corals are good. There are few sunbeds and there is not enough for everyone either on the beach or in the pool. There are slides.
Would I go here again? I don't know. . . for the price that we took, maybe yes, but I would have approached the choice of the room with great attention. The staff, by the way, tries to be friendly.
The holiday was 100% successful.
If you really want to relax, and not look for flaws in the hotel, then you are here.
In the conditions of quarantine, when everything and everything works for survival, the hotel tries very hard to make the vacationers really rest.
The hotel is compact and small, everything is very close. The beach, pools, slides, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The rooms are different, for every taste.
The beach is clean and large, there is enough space for all vacationers. The pier is neat and not very long.
The main restaurant pleases with new products every day. The chef team tries very hard to diversify the menu. Of course, the new quarantine rules have made adjustments, but you can adapt to them, and it’s right that waiters put food on plates, and not everyone for themselves. If necessary, always add food, all at your request.
If you are relaxing, then just enjoy every moment.
Life is here and now. Therein lies its magic.
The sea is excellent - I recommend buying plastic or rubber shoes or slippers that fit your foot (they cost 3 and 5 dollars in a hotel in the market). going into the sea on pebbles is easier than getting out - the wave does not allow. The food is excellent, just enough meat and chicken and rice and potatoes. puree, vegetables, marinades, sweets, drinks. From fruits - apples, oranges, grapefruit, medlar. Near the hotel there are shops where you can buy cherries, strawberries, watermelons, etc. The staff is attentive, Russian speaking.
The sea is two steps away, there is enough space, a lot of sun loungers, the beach is clean. Near the pool, sun loungers are occupied from 8 in the morning - but this is already a question for our tourists, empty sun loungers with towels can stand all day... There was no animation, but I think it's because of the lockdown.
The only thing that overshadowed the rest is that the departure from the evening was not moved early in the morning - the airline stole the day. Be prepared that airlines are rescheduling flights, see information about departures per day at the reception desk. We all loved it!! ! Anyone who finds fault with everything will definitely find something to complain about !! ! We will go to this hotel again.
But these are all trifles compared to the friendliness of the hotel manager Denise. Perhaps we were so lucky, and only we were rude to her. She never signed us up to the restaurant, she said that there was only fish, the same as in the main restaurant, and we supposedly have children) and there is not even a side dish. Of course, I asked to see the menu, but it was not there either). And then there were no more places. We found out 3 days before departure. So I recommend signing up immediately upon arrival, and then suddenly there will be no places). Although this did not spoil our mood. But the next day, this woman Denise did not calm down, at the buffet table, when I took sweets for everyone (we are 5 people), she came up to me and told me not to gain so much, because there wasn’t enough for everyone)))) To say that I was shocked to say nothing! And it's called ULTRA-INCLUSIVE.
Excellent wi-fi. catches even on the shore, which cannot but rejoice. Pleasant, wholesome cuisine, often fish, got on crayfish and seafood several times in 11 days. There is enough variety in food. Drinks are delicious, alcohol is good, especially beer. I liked that everything is close, you do not need to run anywhere. From the bar to the beach in 10 seconds, from the room to the beach in 20 seconds : ) The whole hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned twice a day (if you don’t hang a do not disturb talik, they will definitely clean it right away : ). Twice they arranged a chic holiday on May 9 and on Bayram, the chef made a small program, tables with drinks were laid in the hall. Nice.
Well, a special hello to the guys masseurs from Hammam. It's incredible, I recommend everyone to try it, I took a course of 5 procedures.
Cons: there was not enough animation, although we were in lockdown, perhaps because of this. A small water park worked 4 hours a day. The rooms are a bit old in some places, but not critical. Sometimes there were not enough places in the dining room.
