The administrator is a "lady", not COMPETENT, not sociable, does not respond to problems, does not correspond to her position, is openly rude. This hotel has problems with Wi-Fi in rooms above the 2nd floor, it simply does not exist there! ! Good catches by the pool. Walk to the sea for 15-20 minutes. Attitude towards customers who settled in cheap rooms like pigs.

I had a rest this summer with my parents. I liked it very much! We had a double suite. They cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed 1 time in 3 days. And they cleaned VERY well. The staff is very good. All in all I liked it very much. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sea is far away, but not so far, you can take a walk).

Apparently, these reviews were put aside by people who had previously rested in the Canary Islands and in Miami, and of course, compared to those 5-star hotels, the Crimean Bear does not "pull". It is necessary to speak realistically about the entire Crimean service and look at the Bear in comparison with other similar options. In my opinion Medved is one of the best hotels in Koktebel. Rested with a friend in Medved from June 28 to July 13. I have no complaints about this wonderful establishment. We had a double room with TV, AC and refrigerator. Everything is clean, nothing showed signs of damage, bed linen was changed regularly. The staff is VERY polite and welcoming. I especially liked the kitchen of the hotel. Caesar salad is just something! The meat here is VERY delicious. The shish kebab works right on the territory of the hotel. The hotel has its own pool, for children there is an animator, clowns. In general, if you go with children, this is generally a heavenly place! In general, come to the Bear, you will not regret it.

A kettle and hairdryer were also agreed in advance, so everything was waiting for us in the room upon arrival. For 10 days of our stay, linen was changed 4 times, cleaning - every day.

A kettle and hairdryer were also agreed in advance, so everything was waiting for us in the room upon arrival. For 10 days of our stay, linen was changed 4 times, cleaning - every day. The room is good, nothing to complain about. An animator worked with children from 10 to 13. The guys arranged all sorts of competitions and quests, which was interesting for both adults and children. The sea is far away, but I even liked it, a walk is only good. ))
As for the restaurant, in general, everything is delicious and at reasonable prices. The presence of a children's menu is nice, we ate both by the pool and in the room and in the restaurant. The guys-waiters are great, even if there were flaws on the part of the cooks, they could calmly settle them.
The staff is smiling and cultured.
We really liked the rest, although with small children we didn’t really count on it, but we still succeeded. Thank you for this hotel.

We rested in a bear in July 2012. Previously, they did not go to the Crimea, preferring the Mediterranean. To be honest, we were negative. We rented a one-room suite overlooking the courtyard (I advise everyone, there is no noise from the pool). The rooms are very comfortable, clean and bright thanks to panoramic windows.

The pool deserves special attention! Large, with sea water. There are tables near the sun loungers and you can order a light snack from the restaurant to the pool. There are also cozy chalets near the pool (rent 30g per day, you can, of course, it was free of charge), where you can lie around all day without getting burned. Here, many wrote about the restaurant... Of course, we didn’t experience puppy delight, but in general it’s very good. The service was top notch. Dishes are great! We especially trudged from the children's menu))) The portions are large, there was enough for us adults, and everything is very tasty! Regarding prices: at first we thought it was expensive, but when we got to Alupka for the second week of rest, we realized that in Koktebel everything was almost for nothing! )))
Now about nature. Alupka, of course, loses. Near the hotel there are small mountains, they are very good. it's cool to see off the sunset. . . Romance. . . all around romance))))))) It's a bit far to cut to the sea, but to be honest, there's nothing to do there at all. In the season there is nowhere to step, so - the pool!

Excellent location - more than a kilometer to the embankment, so at least we walked a lot. Clean, tidy and hassle free. Very good pool, with sea water - they didn’t climb into the dirty sea.

In short, they returned from the festival alive, healthy and rested.
