Second half of August. Hotel on the seafront. Standard rooms - large double bed, sofa, ottomans, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, etc. On the balcony there is a wooden table, two chairs, an iron dryer. Cleaned and towels changed every day, bed after 3 days, everything is clean snow-white. Bath shower, soap accessories, disposable caps. The food is normal. Prepared by Bulgarian women with experience - delicious, varied, home-style. All vegetables are raw and boiled and baked. All fruits were in season. There were no queues. Very tasty desserts and cakes. There was always enough food, even if you come around nine in the evening for dinner. In the restaurant and in the bar, young people - service personnel, are very polite and attentive, they speak German, English and Russian. The reception also has Russian-speaking staff, if you have any questions, everything is resolved calmly and politely. There are many places for walking - there are places to go: both New Nessebar and beautiful Old Nessebar - 10 minutes on foot. We were lucky with the weather, only just before the departure the sea deteriorated, big waves and rescuers did not let into the water. But the hotel has an indoor swimming pool with clean water and jacuzzi. If you have any questions, write, I will answer.

just returned from Bilyany.
everyone liked it very much! simply delighted!
rooms are good.
all rooms with sea view.
Meals: We only took breakfast. for breakfast - a classic "Swede", from fruits there were plums, nectarines, grapes, watermelon, melon, oranges or grapefruits, bananas, apples, pears (compared to the neighboring Arsena 4 * hotel, where, according to friends, there were very, very few fruits ).
lunch and dinner in the cafes of the city, there are just a myriad of them. and delicious food everywhere.
we have chosen for ourselves a cafe "Balkan cuisine" not far from the hotel. Outwardly, the cafe looks average, but they cook it - you will lick your fingers !! ! everything is fresh, the meat is grilled near the tables, so you can see how it is cooked.
cafe prices:
pork neck chop weighing 350 grams - 12 leva or 6 euros (the exchange rate is somewhere around 1 euro - 1.93 leva).
a soup pie (chicken noodle soup) - somewhere around 3.5 leva.
around the hotel again: the beach is within easy reach.
and what kind of room, no words, especially if the view of the old Nessebar.
the beach by the sea is all municipal paid.
2 sun loungers and an umbrella - 15 euros per day.
and of course, you can always walk in the Old Town, the beauty of which simply cannot be described in words!
I wish you all a good holiday!
choose Bilyana Beach and you won't regret it!
There will be questions, write, I will answer.
P. S. I do not advise you to take the neighboring hotel Arsen 4 *. although the hotel is 4 *, but the restaurant is 3 * - as our friends found out, who were resting there at the same time. And yes, there are mosquitoes in the rooms.

Breakfasts are like breakfasts. Fruits, basically everything that is in August - were. In general, food itself in Bulgaria is a separate story. A bunch of cheap restaurants - delicious food. Of the minuses, indeed - a paid beach, but for us this was not a minus, since there are sun loungers on the territory of the hotel, the main thing is to have time to take them. to the sea - a couple of steps. The location of the hotel is excellent in my opinion. Everything on the other side of the old city is vain.
I will say one thing. We are going to Bulgaria again, and again to Nessebar, and again to the same hotel. It probably says something!

Rested this year in Bulgaria in Nessebar. Impressions sea and all very positive!! ! Hotel "Bilyana Beach", 4 stars, is really located almost on the very beach, 30 meters from the sea. Living conditions are excellent ! ! Ask for a room with a sea view or book in advance with your tour operator, because there more than half of the rooms overlook the sea, and part - window to window - to a nearby hotel that is being completed.

Living conditions are excellent ! ! Ask for a room with a sea view or book in advance with your tour operator, because there more than half of the rooms overlook the sea, and part - window to window - to a nearby hotel that is being completed.
There is a TV in the room (it catches BBC, Deutsche welle, 3 round-the-clock Russian channels), a mini-bar-fridge, air conditioning (it works silently and quickly cools the air), two beds + a guest sofa, on which, if desired, two more can be laid J In the bathroom shower, hair dryer, liquid soap, bathing caps, cotton swabs, in general, all sorts of pleasant little things. There is even an emergency kit - a needle, a pin, black and white thread!
Balcony overlooking the sea, wooden table, two comfortable armchairs; when it was too lazy to go somewhere, we had dinner right there - we took a bottle of local raki (grape vodka, the highest quality Burgas 63 - very strong, tastes like our moonshine, and Slivenska perla - it is much tastier, the fortress is slightly less, you can feel the taste of plums more and grapes, I highly recommend! J) and palachinki with siren (in Bulgarian, these are pancakes with cheese, fried and sold on every corner, they are inexpensive and amazingly tasty, the fillings can be very different).
In general, Bulgarian cuisine is a song. A lot of fresh, juicy vegetables, fruits, feta cheese in any form (in salads, baked, fried, fresh), kissele mlyako (sour milk is a strategically important product and a subject of national pride for Bulgarians, well, like lard for UkrainiansJ, black olives with a stone (the others have never been served to us anywhere), huge portions - you can safely take one for two, service is surprisingly fast, regardless of the size of the order, the main feature of Bulgarian cuisine is tarator - cold soup from sour milk, cucumbers and spices - just right in the heat! Domati soup - tomato puree soup with small white croutons and hot peppers - it's already when you freeze J, it's also very tasty.
You need to give tea, the waiters there take it for granted and are very upset when they pay clearly on the bill. In the kitchen, this is, in principle, everything, you can write indefinitely, there is still a lot of interesting things, but I advise you to just go and try it yourself!
The hotel has its own restaurant, a lobby bar, at first we didn’t even look there - we thought that everything was expensive there, and then it turned out that the prices practically did not differ from those in the city, and the choice of cocktails and desserts was simply amazing. For sports fans in Bilyan there is an excellent fitness room, a trainer, however, nothing in Russian and English. I didn’t understand, but I explained and showed everything by personal example, so in the heat I was happy to wind circles on the treadmill in the coolness of the sport. center and was looking forward to what goodies I would spend the burned calories onJ
Two swimming pools with fresh water - one open.
the sky, only children and a couple of absolutely indifferent Englishmen splashed there, the sea was enough for everyone else; one closed. Tables for present. tennis, billiards, massage, for hotel guests almost all of these services are free.
Yes, an important point. Tip: when choosing a hotel, check whether it has its own beach and whether sun loungers on it are included in the price. In Bulgaria, it is not customary to sunbathe on rags, everyone takes sun loungers there, on the city beach the cost of two sun loungers with an umbrella, translated into ours, is about 75-100 hryvnia per day, you see, this is a tangible amount. In our hotel, sun loungers, tables between them and umbrellas were free, walk to the sea along the purest sand, as I already wrote, 30 meters. And that's it, you are already splashing in blue water
The sand is really very clean, in the morning a team of brave fellows wipes everyone (!
) a sun lounger and a rake rakes seaweed that washed up on the shore during the night, then my aunt collects random cigarette butts and every little thing (in general, the people there are civilized and they try not to throw past the garbage cans), then a tractor rides, which collects bags of garbage. At 8 am, rescuers go out to the post, their towers along the entire coast every 300 meters, and until 6 pm you are under close supervision, do not swim behind the buoys and do not swim on mattresses in a storm. But when their working day ends, do whatever you want, but, you won’t believe it, unlike our Crimea, no one swims there at night, drinks on the beach and doesn’t litter there!
Yes, the tiles near the sun loungers are brought to an amazing state every other day - early in the morning they sweep one day, wash the second, and so on constantly.
Near the pool there are two open showers with cold fresh water, in Bulgaria the sea water is much saltier than ours, so rinsing after water procedures is the most
We had a Swedish breakfast included in the cost of the tour, we also wanted to take dinner on the spot, but we didn’t and we don’t advise you - the food is so delicious and there is such an abundance of everything that eating at the hotel (in Bilyan for sure) at least a couple of kilograms can be dial calmly. Unlike Montenegro, at breakfast tea, coffee, milk and all drinks are absolutely free, a large selection of snacks, fresh vegetables, olives, for the second: baked tomatoes, pasta with cheese, fried bacon, etc. ; every day fresh fruit, moreover, watermelons and melons were peeled and served cut into large appetizing slices. The waiters are polite and inconspicuous. Breakfast from 8 to 10, on the day of departure we left the hotel at 8 in the morning, so for us alone the restaurant was opened at 7.30!
Nessebar itself is very interesting, Bilyana is located in its new part, if you walk about 20 minutes along modern streets, you find yourself on the isthmus that connects the new and old cities. The old city is something! Indeed, it is very beautiful, cozy and fascinating, cafes, restaurants, shops, the ruins of an ancient fortress, woven lace and rose oil, ceramics, handmade beads, the noise of the tourist crowd, phrases are heard in dozens of languages of the world, people drink coffee on the street, take pictures, buying souvenirs, kissing...And all this is hovering over the smell of the sea, the smell of an original fishing village, tackle is drying in the sun, and the captains of charming yachts offer romantic walks at sunset...If you are going to Bulgaria, be sure to visit Nessebar - a combination of service, cultural attractions and nature will not leave anyone indifferent!

Immediately about the minuses - a paid beach, a small area, a small pool, poor room service, cleaned cleanly, but the staff is boorish and this is after a tip. In everything else - everything is fine. Free sunbeds by the pool. Not far from the hotel is the beautiful old town of Nessebar, be sure to take a boat trip, one of the unforgettable moments of your vacation.
