There were buildings 2 and 5 nearby, they also complained that it was cold. I am a very thermophilic person and for me there is nothing worse than the cold. but the room was comfortable, although there were no metal-plastic bags. the water is hot around the clock and such that you can’t substitute your hand. batteries are the same. but due to the old windows there is natural ventilation. bed and towels were changed once a week, that is, I was changed three times. in the room was color. TV, refrigerator, all sockets and light bulbs are working. before that, I rested in "svitanka" and "lavender", there is neither a TV nor a refrigerator in ordinary rooms. Ate separately in the dining room, 2 min walk. I am an unpretentious person in food. I was put on diet 1. nothing fresh from vegetables and fruits was given at all. . . nothing, all steam, unsalted. this is a drinking resort and, of course, there will be no fried fish and jelly. the building is located, however, like the 2.4, 5 buildings, in the center, not far from the palace of culture, where we ran to dance every evening. There are also 6 and 7 buildings. The latter has Wi-Fi. but these 2 buildings are further, deeper, for me it’s so far away. people living in buildings 6 and 7 eat separately. in building 6. in our building 3 on the first floor there was a massage room. massage was done by Igor, an excellent specialist. all other procedures in the hydropathic and diagnostic center.

Be prepared for the fact that everything that happens to you on the territory of the sanatorium will be your own fault. We got into an unpleasant incident with an attack on an 11-year-old child of local teenagers at 10 am near the building. They complained to the chief medical officer, but they themselves were to blame. We contacted the police, who never came and did not call back. The teenagers' behavior was attributed to local Christmas customs. The security of the sanatorium is heated in the warmest place - in the administrative building.
Food - you can survive, but monotonous. Definitely, do not pay extra for improved nutrition, it is practically no different. For this money, improve it yourself at a local store.
I would like to warn those who are going to donate blood in the medical diagnostic center. I had to ask the lab assistants to change gloves. They won't do it without your reminder. After several patients, the hands of laboratory assistants become like a butcher's blood and continue to take blood, at best they wipe their gloves with a towel.
The sauna and phytobarrel in the neighboring sanatorium "Marmur Palace" brightened up the leisure very much. In general, if you are going to go at your own expense, pay attention to this resort.
Liked the tours. The travel agency doesn't matter. We used Lvivtourist, we are satisfied. I was disappointed only in the excursion to Beregovoye to the thermal spring. If you are squeamish, then it is better not to go there.
In general, a ticket for social insurance is rarely issued, you can relax in such conditions, but take another bag of money to brighten up what you will be provided with. At your own expense, you can choose something more decent for this money.

Procedures literally have to be knocked out from the attending physicians - they prescribe several procedures a day and that's it. At any request to add procedures, a bunch of excuses, we don’t want to take risks, then you already have so many. These are four procedures per person, and then two of them every other day, and the other two are physical education and mineral water intake! The child fell ill immediately after physiotherapy exercises - they trashed us around the gym for about 10 minutes, and then they put us on the cold floor to do exercises lying down - and here is the result - the next day, half of the people refused this procedure. Characteristically, for different groups of diseases, they were all involved in the same exercises. The child had a temperature for 10 days, but the doctor, apart from Anaferon for children, apparently did not know any other medicines, it's like green stuff in the army. Already on the penultimate day, they just scheduled an examination at the diagnostic center. Tellingly, I was also prescribed a gastroscopy and ultrasound of the liver a couple of days before departure, and it is not known what was treated before. Extremely inconvenient estimated time-24.00. If the departure is the next day, you may simply be asked to vacate the room in the middle of the night, or pay 50 hryvnia per person until the morning. Even if you moved in later, no one cares. I resolved this issue only through the head physician - fortunately I turned out to be a normal man - he allowed me to spend the night with the child for free. If you decide to be treated at this resort, my advice is to rent an apartment, it’s about 40 UAH per person per day, buy a course or just the necessary procedures, it will be much cheaper and save your nerves, but you pay for what you get. Personally, they didn’t give me procedures for more than 1000 hryvnias, multiply by the number of vacationers - 500 people - you don’t need a calculator !! ! Have a nice holiday!! !

Savdepovsky sanatorium, even having "suite" rooms. Hot water on time, but not always it can be called such (therefore, I advise you to take a boiler with you). In the dining room, the usual sanatorium food, if you want "improved" (for an additional fee) you will still be the same as everyone else, only there is an option that they will always bring it to you hot (but not a fact! ). Medical base-practical many procedures are paid (I advise you to specify in advance what is included in the payment and what is not in more detail). The staff is mostly friendly, but not all (!!! ) I especially want to mention the nurse in the 3rd building, who is always not happy with something, since I rarely had to communicate with her. The pump room works by the hour, which is not much convenient. The attending physician is different in each building, so I can say an opinion about my attending physician - Alla Vitalievna (he takes in the 2nd building) - she doesn’t have much to do with patients, even after the “encouragement”... (I also heard this characteristic more than once , sitting in line from other patients)!!!
