Sanatorium "Dnestr" is one of the best health resorts in Morshyn, capable of simultaneously receiving more than 600 people. The buildings of the sanatorium "Dnestr" are located in a park area in the center of the resort - just 50-100 steps from the Palace of Culture, the Central Telegraph, the cinema "Verkhovyna". Once it was the largest sanatorium in Morshyn, but now it has shared its space with the sanatorium "Cheremosh" and "Perlyna Prykarpattya", located in the neighborhood and using one common dining room. The dormitory building is a modern 8-storey building with spacious halls and comfortable single and double rooms. Sanatorium "Dnestr" has a medical and diagnostic building. It has diagnostic rooms, an X-ray endoscopic center, immunological and clinical laboratories, a radioisotope laboratory, and a physiotherapy department. There is also a dental department with rooms for therapeutic and surgical dentistry, rooms for psychotherapy, herbal medicine, massage, treatment of intestinal diseases, gynecological. The sanatorium specializes in the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, hepatobiliary system, concomitant diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract. There is a rehabilitation department for patients after surgical interventions on the digestive organs.More →

I am writing a review not about the hotel, but about the sanatorium "Dniester". It is definitely worth coming here for treatment. There will be no time to do the procedures offered by the sanatorium at home, and here everything is at hand. The staff of the hospital, the building, and the canteen (all buildings are located separately! ) Are polite and attentive. If necessary, advise and prompt. Room. Clean and tidy (here was in an improved standard). Renovation of the rooms is average, there were minor breakdowns, and at the first request the staff fixed everything. There is NOTHING in the bathroom! including soap and paper, nothing at all. But saves Watsons and ATB. Towels provided 3 pcs. , good quality. Bed linen is changed once a week. Dining room. Pulls a scoop, needs at least minimal repairs, but the dishes, like porridge are not bad. There is no buffet, probably due to quarantine, you need to order "for tomorrow". There may be different reactions to food.
According to vacationers, the dining room does not belong to the sanatorium, but is a separate unit, respectively, and dietary food, because in the dining room they see it ....raw vegetables and potatoes are present. Since I came for treatment, I did not buy anything from food, I ate only from the dining room. At prices. Approximately UAH 700 per day ...I don't know, considering accommodation, food, and treatment, I don't think it's expensive. Water is definitely healing, you need to drink according to schedule and everything will be fine. The pump room is 500 m from the building, which prevents you from sitting still. As it was written at the beginning here is a sanatorium, and when you come here do not forget about it, do not focus on the little things, focus on your own health. All is well!

The food was correctly described by everyone before me, it's a nightmare, what is the quality of food, what is the dining room itself, what are the queues in it. The treatment for which you pay in the voucher is practically nothing, everything basic is a separate fee, water procedures are drafty, the baths are periodically cold water, they say they can’t regulate warmer, there is siphon from all windows in the gym, there are windows without glass at all, covered with a film. You can go to Morshyn, but not on a ticket and not to the Dniester.

Nightmare vacation, which is not worth a third of the money. The dining room and the food are so terrible that we, as a family of 4 people, took turns poisoning ourselves and lived with one thought until the end of the “rest”. We will never come here again. 1. Yes, and only half a roll per person is allowed in the room.
2. The staff of the sanatorium for the most part is unfriendly and with a low level of qualification, they communicate with clients only in Ukrainian. I got the impression that it was not you who brought them money, but they supposedly paid you extra money.
3. The dining room, on the other hand, is a gloomy room that has not seen repairs since the distant Soviet times, at the entrance of which flocks of stray dogs live, while...
- in the lobby there is a terrible stench coming from the constantly open toilets
- insufficient number of dishes and attendants, as a result of which tables are not cleaned in time, and customers stand in queues waiting for the next plates, mugs, etc.
- Wet, often dirty, broken (with chips) dishes are served for distribution
- a monotonous menu consisting of cereals, squash caviar, cabbage, boiled chicken legs, sausages, fish, beets, carrots, buckwheat and meatballs. There are practically no dishes from cottage cheese, eggs, as well as fresh vegetables. Baking is poor, sometimes not fresh at all.
- very low quality of prepared dishes
- unsanitary conditions in the dining room, tk. there are dirty tablecloths on the tables, rusty napkin holders, peeled chairs, and some waiters even allow themselves to work in dirty clothes
- The declared meals of the type "buffet" is not such, because. dishes with a % content of meat (fish) are distributed in portions.
P. S. Take care of your health and money from the SCC "Morshinkurort" !! ! For a pleasant stay in Morshyn there are private hotels and cafes, mineral water in the pump room, as well as procedures can be bought.

Last year I called the director of the company that prepares food in the dining room of the Dniester sanatorium. At the entrance to the dining room on the 2nd floor MENU WRITTEN IN PENCIL. Written one, actually prepare another. There is no change.
As for treatment, the baths are horrible, it is disgusting to go to bed (no one washes them after the skin, as it should be), doctors prescribe dietary supplements - first I read on the Internet about the drug, then went to the pharmacy. I was confirmed that it is a dietary supplement. I went back to the doctor with the question "Why is it prescribed for me", I heard the answer "You have nothing serious, you do not need treatment. But for prevention, prescribing a drug that will not get worse.
WELL AND BETTER ALSO, to turn out so.
It is a pity that you do not value your customers.

Nothing is removed in the sanatorium, only the PRICE.
For several years, the price has risen, but not as much as this time.
Big minus - NO BALCONIES. I don't know whose idea it was to make the rooms a little bigger and take away the balconies of the whole sanatorium.
In summer it is not possible to stay in the room, especially on the side where the suites are located. From 11 o'clock until the evening in the sauna. There are no air conditioners.
It is a pity that now only guests from Azerbaijan can afford to stay in the Dniester sanatorium. Their flag will hang at the sanatorium.
I will go to the private sector.

Morshyn, for those who have not been here yet, is a quiet resort with soft water, unlike Truskavets and other resorts, water suits almost everyone. We went on social insurance vouchers to the Cheremosh sanatorium, phoned the morshinkurort in advance and booked a suite for 2 rooms (with an additional charge, respectively) in the Dniester building 2. The sanatorium is still in the process of cosmetic repairs on the 1st and 2nd floors, but the rest of the rooms will eventually have to be repaired (this is from contingent arriving here). The repair did not particularly interfere, since we lived on the 7th floor and the rare sound of a drill was barely audible. The furniture in the room is tolerable, the shower is a shared toilet, there is a locker room, a wardrobe, a table, etc. free Wi-Fi, a TV set of the usual shuvaki brand unknown to me ---: ). The doctor accepted on the first day ready to prescribe any procedures, tests. Canteen across the road 400 meters dietary food if you do not refresh yourself in stores, you can lose weight a little, many go for this : -) everything is edible staff friendly warm up latecomers. The overall score is 6 out of 10 if you go through social insurance. Of course, for the full cost, there are a lot of better options here. . the main thing was to improve the children's health and take a break from the bustle of the city. Separate respect to the massage therapist Nikolai.

We lived in an economy room. this, of course, I don’t want to remember it’s not cozy, damp, cold, that is, these are rooms without even cosmetic repairs, I don’t advise these rooms, order in advance in better rooms. And the staff is very helpful, but the main thing is the mood.
