I want to share my impressions from the rest in this hotel, and the first thing I want to say is that the hotel is NOT worth the money I paid, it positions itself as 5*, but in fact it is a maximum of 3. And now in order. We arrived at 7 am, check-in starts at 2 pm, if you want to check in earlier - you have to pay 10 YE for each hour before check-in, but the hotel manager made a "discount" and checked us into our room for 30 YE.

The room is very small , there is no aesthetic pleasure at all, the air conditioner is located in such a way that if you turn it on, it will blow in your face, and without an air conditioner it is impossible at all, because it is very hot. Now I am being treated after it.
The territory of the hotel is generally very small, there is little greenery. There is a pool and slides. There is a catastrophic lack of sunbeds by the pool, people have to get up at 6 in the morning to take sunbeds, and it is very inconvenient to get up at such a time on vacation. The slides are turned on at certain hours.
Access to the sea is through a tunnel, so there was enough space for everyone on the beach. Both hotel guests and local residents come to the beach, so take care of your belongings.
The food is very monotonous and not always fresh and tasty. A lot of pasta, rice, potatoes, chicken, fish was served: trout, salmon, dorado. It was either burnt or raw. Appetizers were spoiled, and cheeses were weathered. Desserts are also not very tasty, baklava was served only once during the entire vacation. Fruits very often came across spoiled, sometimes rotten, sometimes bruised. I also saw that people ate shrimp, but we never got them, although we always came to dinner on time. Alcoholic drinks are local and of very poor quality.
I do not recommend!

We arrived at about 10 am, they were in no hurry to settle us, but we didn’t insist much. We left our luggage and went swimming. The room was better than expected, everything worked, and we had no requirements for the age of the TV and the bed. The food at the hotel also left a good impression, there was meat, fish, fruits, vegetables.

The food at the hotel also left a good impression, there was meat, fish, fruits, vegetables. Not restaurant quality, but quite good. You need to take drinks on your own, often there is a queue, but no more than 3-5 minutes. You can buy a Wi-fi connection - it's trash, they can't set it up themselves. Only works on 1 device, one at a time. The beach is ok, but shoes are highly recommended. We bought excursions from Misha - his shop is next to the hotel, I also recommend it - I really liked rafting. Of the significant disadvantages, the long road to the hotel is almost 4 hours, but this is not an advantage and not a mistake of the hotel. In general, we enjoyed it and recommend the hotel to choose from, if you do not pretend to be a VIP service, you yourself would go again.

Tez Tour introduced us to this hotel as a 5 star ultra all inclusive.
But this is far from true. You have to pay extra for everything. What is usually found in hotels of this level was not there.
We arrived at 23 pm, as our transfer was delayed for 4 hours. We didn’t have time to have dinner, so we ate only liquid stew with breadcrumbs. Although for this day was paid.
The boorish Buryat at the reception settled us in a very cramped room (with 2 beds). 3 adults in a double, referring to the fact that one bed is a double bed. We paid a full ticket for 3 adults. Offered to pay extra $15 per night for another room as we didn't want to stay in the first one. As a result, the next day we changed the room with the girl at the reception for $ 5 per day (already for 3 adults).
From the services: clean, the food is good, you need to pay for the Internet separately. You also have to pay extra for an extra key (laughter).
The territory is small, the animation is more designed for children, not adults.
The beach is large, but the entry from the sea from the shore is inconvenient, there are slippery slabs. It's hard to get into a storm. But you can swim from the pier.
In general, it’s normal, apart from the fact that at the reception there is a feeling that you owe something to the person at the reception. The atmosphere of hospitality is completely absent because of this.

We rested at Senzo Grand Santana from July 5 to July 12.2021. What can be said about the hotel - a beautiful modern exterior, the hotel looks spectacular, especially against the backdrop of KLAS hotels standing 100 meters away. The interior of the hotel is not so impressive, gray walls in dark corridors, as there are practically no windows, and lamps with equipped sensors only turn on for a few seconds.

We rested at Senzo Grand Santana from July 5 to July 12.2021.
What can be said about the hotel - a beautiful modern exterior, the hotel looks spectacular, especially against the backdrop of KLAS hotels standing 100 meters away.
The interior of the hotel is not so impressive, gray walls in dark corridors, as there are practically no windows, and lamps with equipped sensors
only turn on for a few seconds. The hotel is equipped with modern elevators, which for some reason do not have air conditioning : -(
Air conditioning is also clearly not enough in the reception area, stuffy there.
It should be borne in mind that the hotel is in the city and some of the rooms do not overlook the sea, the pool, but the nearby houses where the Turks live.
View, to put it mildly, well, so-so. Therefore, we paid a little extra and moved.
We rested in a two-room family room on the 3rd floor. The room was overlooking the pool and the sea. The room itself is small, the second room has no windows.
Everything in the room is clean and whole.
In the refrigerator, upon check-in, they put a 1.5-liter bottle of water, cola, fanta, juice.
This is a one-time, in the future, water can be taken at bars in bottles of 0.5 liters.
There is a kettle in the room with disposable cups and a few tea and coffee bags.
The room has two new air conditioners, one TV (there are Russian and Ukrainian channels).
Safe in the room - paid 2 euros or dollars per day.
Balcony with table and chairs. External units from air conditioners hang on the balcony and if they work, hot air blows on you.
The bathroom is working. Hair dryer is new. Shampoo, shower gel - constantly replenished. With soap, for some reason worse, two tiny pieces for a week.
Towels for the beach, give a deposit of 10 euros.
WI-FI in the hotel is paid ($ 2-3 per day, depending on the number of days), but it takes everywhere, including on the beach.
Minus - only one device works at a time, you can use the second one when the first one is turned off.
The feature of the hotel is a restaurant on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the sea, part of the restaurant in an open area (works only for breakfast and dinner).
Minus, with the full occupancy of the hotel, there are not enough places for lunch and dinner, it is better to come in 30-40 minutes after the start, there is enough food and it is unnecessary to look for a free table.
The food is generally good, varied, but without frills. At the entrance to the restaurant, the temperature is taken and forced to wear a mask.
Collect food - on your own, with the exception of drinks. Drinks at the bar and there is a constant queue.
Of the fruits were: watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, grapefruit, plums.
The hotel has a fish restaurant "a la carte" - 1 visit is free, but you must pre-register.
In addition to the main restaurant, there is a cafe "Bistro", with meals like McDonald's: french fries, hamburger, pizza, salad.
Served by waiters. The cafe is open from 12, but after 21.00 - in the cafe you can only have a bite to eat "night soup".
The hotel has four swimming pools.
Central, where all the animation takes place and all the sunbeds are constantly occupied. Places must be taken before 8 am.
Nearby is a small children's room - for kids. medium pool with 3 slides, slides are open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17.
Indoor pool, which appears to be used by the spa.
Bars ...are in the restaurant, by the pool, in the Bistro cafe and on the beach.
The assortment + is the same, local alcohol: vodka, whiskey, rum, bottled wine, champagne, beer from skittles.
Fanta, cola, sprite, juices. Good cocktails, bartenders, unfortunately, don’t know how or don’t want to make, but it’s hard to call what they make a cocktail.
There is no free ice cream for children in the hotel.
Beach - through the underpass. Surprisingly, there were always enough sunbeds, under a canopy and umbrellas, unlike the pool.
The hotel has its own pier, where there are sun loungers with umbrellas and there are two stairs to descend into the sea.
Entrance to the sea, from the shore, on slabs, in some places there are passages without slabs.
At the bar by the beach, Turkish cakes are baked during the day, so you can have a bite to eat and drink ayran.
Animation - is, but hangs out exclusively near the pool. On the beach, during the day, they offer to play volleyball.
Animators are actively arranging a trip to a nightly paid disco, a foam party for $ 10 per person.
In the evenings, in the amphitheater, standard animation programs, at 21.00 for children, at 22.00 for adults.
The hotel staff, in general, is friendly, almost everyone speaks good Russian.
There are no areas for walking near the hotel, not at all : -(, but it helps that the hotel is located in the center of Mahmutlar.
In front of the hotel there is a beautiful promenade, where it is pleasant to stroll in the evening.
Behind the hotel is the central street of the village, where there are shops, cafes, etc.
On Saturdays, a market arrives where you can buy fruits that for some reason are not in the hotel: apricots, cherries, peaches, bananas, passion fruit, papaya, figs ...
Not far from the hotel there is a bus stop number 1, where you can ride to Alanya and visit Cleopatra Beach, ride a cable car and visit the fortress,
Yes, go shopping. Travel 3.65 Turkish lira, if you pay through PayPass, cash is a little more expensive.
To summarize: in general, a good budget hotel, there are disadvantages, but what budget hotels do not have them.
Therefore, if your budget for Rixos does not pull, you can safely choose this hotel.

From the airport it takes 2-3 hours, depending on where to bring other tourists along the way. We arrived at 9:30, immediately quickly put on bracelets and immediately sent for breakfast so that we could eat (a huge plus for this), took our suitcases and said sooner, you need to have breakfast. CHECK-IN from 14:00, you can leave your suitcases in the storage room and use the territory, but we didn’t want to wait and paid $ 10 for check-in and we were immediately given an excellent room overlooking the pool and the sea (we didn’t pay extra for the view).

I know that other guys were told $ 15, you see, they liked us more.
ROOM is clean, cleaned every day, regardless of the tip. In the mini bar free water and several types of sweet soda, juice. There is an electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable tableware. Soap/shampoo/paper, all changed every day. The hair dryer is only weak, the safe is paid. Bed, TV, table, bedside tables, conder, closet and one-and-a-half sofa. The balcony is cozy. In the evening, animation was heard in the room, but after 11 it was normal for noise, we did not wake up.
FOOD, there is a lot of it, and a lot! Variety of dishes each day, was something that recurred. And fish, and many types of meat, grill, potatoes, soups, pasta, dolma, a lot of cheeses, olives, seasonal fruits, a lot of sweets, but there is plenty of everything and very tasty!
The restaurant is on the top floor with a great view of the sea from the terrace. There is another exit to the terrace, but in the morning it is hot to have breakfast there. There were a lot of people, but there was always enough space for everyone.
BEACH, the passage through the underground tunnel is small, the beach is not small in size, entry into the water from the plate, but the sea is deep, so no coral is needed, there is a smooth stone, went in and immediately swam. There is a pontoon from where they jumped into the water and just lay on sunbeds. There are enough sunbeds, a bar on the beach with drinks, during the day they also cooked cakes and donuts there on the beach.
The water is very clean and there are plenty of places to swim. We saw the beaches of other hotels and were very glad that we were on this beach.
The TERRITORY is small, the main pool, a lot of sun loungers, a smaller pool with slides. The pool bar is open 24/7. There is a cafe "bistro" where fast food is served during the day, sometimes they ate there in order not to go to lunch, the food is quite normal. There is also another bar, and cocktails, and beer, wine, whatever you want.
We had Ultra all in so we could eat and drink around the clock. At night you can eat soup (usually 2 kinds). The soup is delicious, by the way. Drinks are only locally produced, not imported. But, I can say that their drinks are very tasty, only cocktails for an amateur, but in the bistro at the bar you could ask to add only what you want to cocktails. The wine is delicious.
The staff is friendly, no one was rude, they were interested in everything from like it, everyone speaks Russian.
SPA obtrusive, given that every day you need to go there to change beach towels. But people went to the spa and were happy.
The hotel is NOT OUTSIDE, so if you want - go out or walk around the city at any time, there are shops, cafes, everything is nearby.
To Alanya by bus (next to the stop), we drove for 20 minutes, so everything is close.
We would love to go there again, everything is fine! And it’s wonderful with children and with a group of friends, no one interferes with anyone and there are always places everywhere.

Now about the hotel itself, it is clean in itself, a huge pool for adults, there is a separate children's pool, there is a separate pool with 3 slides, and an indoor pool from the spa center. The food is good.
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel allegedly provides ultra all-inclusive services, in fact you pay $ 2 for the Internet for one day, a garter to one phone and only one can sit in it (we acted smarter, bought a Turksella card not far from the hotel $ 2.20 GB) , the services of the safe in the room are paid $ 2 for 1 day, the change of towels and bedding was not changed at all during the week, the dollar left several times for tea did not correct the situation, they just make the bed a little and that's it, goof on cosmetics in the bathroom, filled the bar in the fridge alone times (bottle of water 1 liter, 0.5 mineral water, 05 pepsi, 0.5 local fanta, and small juice) for 2 adults for 7 days.
I am glad that at least they began to give out beach towels, which the dimensions of the sunbed as such do not cover.
The plus is that in the spa you can visit the sauna hammam steam room as many times as you like for free, and pay only for scrubbing massage, etc. etc. In fact, when compared, Egypt is even more interesting, because for the cost of this hotel you can take a much more worthy hotel in Egypt, only the food in Egypt is worse.

We rested in a hotel with 3 children from June 8 to 16) On a five-point scale, a solid 4 plus) I'll start with minor cons: paid Wi-Fi ($ 2 per day for one device, a paid safe $ 2 per day and a rocky bottom on the sea well, 3 hours drive from the airport). Well, now in detail about the rest) We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, did not pay extra, settled around 13.

Well, now in detail about the rest) We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, did not pay extra, settled around 13.30 in a good room overlooking the pool and slides) The location of the hotel could not be better, in the center of the town of Mahmutlar, there are many shops across the road, Waikiki and Migros (like our Auchan), where we bought cheap ice cream for children and much more.
Food at the highest level, a lot of cheese, meat, big fish, fruits were melons, watermelons, oranges, apples and grapefruit. Restaurant on the 7th floor, on the roof of the hotel, a very gorgeous view of the sea from there) Drinks are good, juices, coffee, chocolate, alcohol is not bad, my husband was drunk on champagne, wine, I was Baileys, you can order another 5 cocktails to choose from in the bar near the pool) Bartenders good, most of all I liked the bartender Emre, he prepares cocktails best of all, sometimes they left him a tip, it was worth it) The sea through the passage, often stormy, but clean, the entry is stone, better in corals, but you can also swim from the pier without corals) Towels beach gave for free) The whole day there is an opportunity to eat something, have a bite) In the Bistro restaurant from 13.00 to 21.00, you can order pizza, hamburgers, potatoes) The hotel area is small, but there is everything, the water park is small, but the kids liked it)
Animation is practically at zero, I don’t particularly like them, but still rather weak, there were only mini disco, aqua aerobics, volleyball, no evening shows, etc. that it is necessary to come with documents in order to get registered, but in fact he sold excursions, we refused, he suggested that if we order one excursion or at least go for free shopping from him, he will give us his Wi-Fi password until the end of the holiday) We agreed, went shopping, of course, they didn’t show much, since the first leather and fur store, where they sell an ordinary card from $ 600, and in the other they bought a set of sweets only, although later they found it cheaper near the hotel. gave, used exactly 1 day and another guide changed it (((In short, neither a guide nor Wi-Fi is not pleasant (((
On Saturdays, there is a large bazaar in Mahmultar, where they bought cherries, strawberries, T-shirts for $3, souvenirs for $1 (but prices are in liras)). They also solved the problem with Wi-Fi, bought a bottle of water and gave us the password for Wi-Fi in a cafe near Migrosa) We went there) We went on our own to Alanya, from the hotel by bus 1, travel. 10.50 lira for two in one direction, there they visited the cable car (it costs 37 lira in both directions for adults and 25 lira for children), Alanya fortress, Dalmatas cave, very beautiful, we recommend). But in general, just a wonderful holiday!

Super vacation! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, paid $15 for early check-in and were immediately settled. Room 1408 on the 4th floor overlooking the pool, sea and mountains, with 2 bedrooms (we are 2 adults and 3 children - 16.5, 8 years old). The room is good. The hotel is not big, but everything you need to eat, both adults and children.

The hotel is not big, but everything you need to eat, both adults and children. The magical sea is very close, the beach is great. The food is excellent. Alcohol too. The view from the rooftop restaurant is the bomb!! ! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The animation team is doing a great job! All photos and description of the hotel correspond! Wi-Fi is paid, paid $ 16 for 9 days, but it is for one device, the hotel solves this issue. By the end of the holiday, we had already connected 2 phones, it catches almost everywhere well. Near the hotel there is everything you need, and you can buy a SIM card for $ 20 for 25 GB. I want to come back to this hotel! Recomend for everybody! Thank you Senza Gradn Sontana!

We liked EVERYTHING. The hotel is located in the cozy quiet town of Mahmutlar, 10 km from Alanya. The hotel area is small, but it is very compact and cozy. Everything is thought out so that there is nothing superfluous. The hotel has a playground, a gym, an amphitheater, a huge pool, a small shallow children's pool, as well as a pool with three slides, several shops and even a beauty salon.

The hotel area is small, but it is very compact and cozy. Everything is thought out so that there is nothing superfluous.
The hotel has a playground, a gym, an amphitheater, a huge pool, a small shallow children's pool, as well as a pool with three slides, several shops and even a beauty salon.
Meals at the hotel for every taste. The main restaurant is located on the roof of the hotel. From it you can admire the sea, sunsets and a beautiful view of Alanya. During the day, the bistro restaurant, located by the pool, serves delicious pizzas and burgers, and at night, you can eat delicious soup in the same restaurant.
From the hotel to the beach you need to go through a small comfortable underground passage. The beach is huge. Small pebble.
The entrance to the sea is not entirely comfortable because of the stone slabs, but for this there is a wonderful pier with sun loungers.
From it you can go down to the sea from two stairs.
In the evenings, the children were delighted with the children's discos and the animator Murat. Adults enjoyed live music and sang along and danced to the talented singer Fikret.
We thank all the staff of the SENZA GRAND SANTANA hotel and will definitely return to this hotel.
We wish everyone a wonderful holiday at SENZA GRAND SANTANA.

I liked everything very much, there is a lot of food, that is, a variety of good food. The sea is excellent, only you need special slippers for entry, the staff really does not speak Russian, only the reception. Wifi is paid but it's not fatal. Never buy a SIM card at the airport - it costs 599 lira there, and 30 lira in the city.
