We arrived in the morning, at the reception immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, without even making out. The decorating was done after breakfast. They didn’t settle right away, because. there were no available rooms. Waited for about two hours.
Number - in the right wing №11**. The view is of a neighboring hotel, and the sea is visible from the side somewhere between the trees. Also side, pretty good, view of the mountains. Cleaned and changed bed linen regularly. Cleaning every day, change of linen - every 2 days.
Of the minuses of the room - downstairs a kitchen with a rattling cart. There were no foreign smells such as cooking / frying or burnt products, but the rumble of the cart is not very pleasant. Also in the evenings you can hear the music and karaoke of the neighboring hotel very well. Therefore, earplugs do not interfere very much. Plumbing broke a couple of times in the room, but they were fixed promptly, literally within 5-10 minutes.
The territory is small, well-groomed, quite spacious pool with 3 slides.
The beach is generally normal, if you go from the shore, then you need corals, because. there are large stones. There is a long pier with sun loungers without umbrellas, 3 stairs to descend into the sea.
The biggest negative of the hotel is the food. After reading the reviews, watching the video thought that it would be better. I got the impression that in October
the concept of "UAI" in this hotel has dramatically turned into a pumpkin. Dishes are monotonous, differing only in appearance. The grill for all the time was already 2 times, and then the 2nd time - sausages from semi-finished products on the grill. From fruits - melon, 2 types of apples, and an orange. True, on the 5th day of rest, a watermelon appeared for dinner. Coffee and juices - from vending machines. Freshly squeezed orange - cook $ 2. In general, for fruits and freshly squeezed juices (which are cheaper than in a hotel), you will have a chance to take a walk in the village itself.
A la carte restaurants will not open at all in 2021
As for alcohol - gin, whiskey, vodka, crayfish (tour. Rakı ), two types of wine and beer. The quality is normal. Any liqueurs, or let's say rum, were completely absent.
The general impression is that this village as a whole was pleasant for recreation, but there is no particular desire to return to this hotel.
First settlement, order.
We were seated immediately, no extra charge.
The rooms are generally tolerable, but in need of refurbishment.
Don't wait for Chic.
Meals, 3 from 10.
Breakfasts are poor, there is almost no choice, rolls and pastries can be given for 2 days in a row, disgusting coffee, diluted juices, lunch and dinner, almost no meat, no fish, almost no fruit (only apples, orange and melon), sweets are monotonous, for meat queue as for free pies - I will attach a photo. I didn't like the food in general.
On the last day, they asked for lunch boxes to take with them, they didn’t give it - they said take it in the restaurant yourself - they went and bought trays, got food in the restaurant, when leaving the conflict with the chef, they say you can’t take out the food. There are simply no words! Although at the reception they gave the go-ahead to take food in the trays.
A bar, a separate issue, beer, like everywhere else, will do. Vodka wine and gin are very bad. There are 2 bars in the hotel, you take 1 and the same cocktail is done differently at different bars. No tequila, no nuts, no candy for coffee, nothing. We flew to the ultra all inclusive, half the bar is paid, is this normal? Separately, I will attach a photo of a bartender who believes that he is not me, but I owe him something.
Pour into small glasses, run 100 times to the bar.
Do you think you will have an indoor heated pool? - Does not work.
Do you think there will be a gym? - No, it does not work.
Sauna bath, stinks of bleach.
Massage price tag space. They gave cards for 10 minutes of free massage, they came, it does not work.
So why did you give these cards?
The territory is clean, the animation is super.
The sea is clean and cool - but this is not the merit of the hotel.
In general, I do not recommend in any way. This is not a 5 * and the average three.
I won't come back here and I don't recommend it to anyone.
One HUGE minus - the entrance to the sea is large slippery stones at a shallow depth, i. e. You won’t be able to enter a generation and swim. From Pantone, the stairs have a lower step just below the water level, which is very uncomfortable when leaving. Beds and mattresses are in excellent condition.
And I didn’t like that the bar, where you can take tea or coffee, after eating is far from the dining room, you need to carry hot tea, otherwise everything is fine.
Food. . . This is the worst thing in this hotel.... On the third day, I already wanted to go home just because of the food. The same thing every day. Everything tastes the same. All meat stinks of sheep. All salads without spices. I saw fish once in a week. Chicken, too, once. In short, three star food no more. The booze sucks. Better take yours.
Everything else is great. Hotel near the sea. The rooms are clean. Cleaning daily. The territory is good. Well done animators!
The declared SPA services seem to be present ...but I didn’t have to visit the hammam before, but I’m sure that there shouldn’t be a strong smell of mold. As for food, it is tasty, but monotonous, and the shortage of toothpicks and the complete absence of teaspoons are especially surprising. You say that you can do without teaspoons? You can do without everything, but we are talking about a 5 * Ultra All Inclusive hotel.
Soft-boiled eggs served for breakfast in the absence of these same teaspoons looked especially touching.
There was also a rather "pleasant" neighborhood with the mosque, where ritual cries were heard at 5.30 in the morning, but that's not all, a rooster walked around the courtyard of this mosque, the working day of which began at 4.00 and lasted until 8.00 hours. It is absolutely impossible to sleep, because if you close the balcony, it becomes very stuffy, and the air conditioner, as someone already wrote, works several hours a day. As a result, we regularly met the sunrise on the beach, and this "sun-worshipping sect" was joined by the entire side of the hotel overlooking the mosque.
In response to our dissatisfaction, the workers answer: "If you don't come, others will. " Many more examples could be given, and we can say that all these are trifles. But these little things show the attitude of the staff towards Russian-speaking tourists. They believe that we will endure everything: both rudeness, and lies, and outright mockery.
The room was given a 3-seater with a view of the neighboring building, and on the right of the mountain (photo attached). In general, you can see everything that is happening with the neighbors opposite and even hear it. The room is small, cozy. The plumbing worked, but there is a fungus in the bathroom, it looks like they tried to cover up a quick hand....The hair dryer does not work well, it is obviously cheap and has holes like a tractor, it was dumb for me to use it sometimes, it seemed that it would break now! Upon check-in, the room had shampoo, soap, shower gel, body lotion, but this was only on the first day! It seems that later the maid saw that we had our own bathroom accessories and did not give us new ones, although I used those that were at check-in! Beach towels are terrible. . . they are already worn out a long time ago, with holes, frayed. . . is this the level of the declared 5 *?
The room was cleaned every day, garbage was taken out, dusted, swept.
It is better to enter the sea from the pier, as there are very large stones! I went several times from the shore and hurt my toes, there are sharp stones.
There are not always enough sunbeds on the beach, because some tourists take them from the very morning, and put some kind of junk like caps, children's toys, glasses... and they themselves go somewhere all day!
The plus of this hotel is the pier, it's gorgeous. During the day you can sunbathe on it, but there are no umbrellas, in the evening you can sit, there are palm trees in pots with backlight, it looks very cool.
For those who like to sleep without air conditioning, you are not in this hotel and not in the neighboring ones either! Right across the fence of the mosque, I slept with the window open because I didn’t want to get sick from the air conditioner, and every day I woke up at 05:40 from the mule...
During my vacation I had a birthday. At the reception, they told me that they were preparing a table for dinner for me. But on this day there were 2 birthdays. They set the table for us: put rose petals and brought some blue cocktail (non-alcoholic). At the same time, balls were hung on the fence at the next table, while not at my table. I was very upset because the staff didn’t care about the guests at all... Was it really so difficult to divide the balloons equally?
I did not like the animation, the animators are not groovy, boring... During the 9 days that I was at the hotel, live music played once. Of course, there are no words to describe it at all... It was a Turkish cover band that tried to sing Russian songs. It would be better if they didn't.
The rest of the time was either karaoke, or a miss of the hotel, or the best couple of the hotel... Every day there was a disco, the tracks were the same, there were few places for dancing.
The hotel has paid internet, one day - 2 dollars. Everywhere there are glasses at the end you need to put a tip. Breakfast was indoors, and lunch and dinner in a restaurant by the sea. Cool, romantic, beautiful in the evening, fans always worked.
I liked the food, because there was always something normal from meat for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is always the same, eggs, buns, cheese, salads, pancakes (every other day), etc. Lunch and dinner were also always pasta, potatoes, salads, grilled fish or turkey fillet or chicken fillet, a couple of times there were grilled turkey cutlets, once in 9 days they gave stewed mussels with tiny shrimp in a cauldron for dinner. The staff at the distribution is normal, polite, the bartenders too. I didn’t like that sometimes I didn’t have time to finish my meal at the table, as they already want to take your plate away from you, it was infuriating that they didn’t ask.
The staff is all in masks, the chefs are in gloves, the food is not all behind glass, but there is a protective tape that tourists cannot enter. There are disinfectants everywhere. In general, the hotel is normal, but for some reason I have no desire to return to it at all.
The next day they brought wine and fruit to the room! We just love the service!
Room cleaning every day.
The food is excellent, a lot of meat, everyone will find something for themselves.
Children's room, where children play interesting games.
Animation is great!
The staff is friendly.
Beer and wine are delicious!
The only negative is that the towels and bedding need to be replaced - in holes, shabby, but everything is clean!
I will gladly come again!
