Since we were regular customers, there used to be an early check-in upon arrival, but this year it didn’t work out, the hotel was filled to capacity. It's okay, everything is clear ...the room was good, quiet, mountain view, they were satisfied, there was wine and fruit, as it should be for regular guests. We visited a free Turkish a la carte restaurant, we were satisfied.
CHANGES: Children's restaurant closed, causing a lot of noise in the main restaurant. It's not a problem. Soft drinks are now only near the entrance to the beach, there used to be refrigerators on the territory, and he took it himself.
Upon arrival, now there are no delicious drinks, champagne and Turkish delight in the hotel lobby. Visitors download the hotel app and book their own time for lunch and dinner (you can do this a week in advance), very convenient! Lunches and dinners were divided into 3 times, breakfast without an appointment. In the main restaurant, all the dishes are behind glass, the staff imposes, because of this there are small queues, 3-7 people, no more, everything is very fast. The problem is created by vacationers climbing out of line, or from the wrong side, or ill-mannered children ...Drinks, napkins, and appliances are brought by waiters.
The mini club is now almost inaudible, it seems that a lot has changed there too.
There are water slides - it's good! They work by the hour, from 10-12 and from 14-17, some vacationers think that they are closed if they do not come on time.

SHOW AND EVENING PROGRAMS: Shows have become less interesting, there are very incendiary parties, great groups, but there are frankly boring, not well-coordinated teams (a mess of everything possible). The people dispersed already in the middle of the performance. During the week there were 2-3 performances that were frankly boring. The performances used to be better.
In the evening they didn’t spoil at all, live music ended already at 24.00 (by law), and it wasn’t very good and not every day, karaoke was even more interesting ...In general, the evenings became boring.
BARS: everything is just as good here, alcohol is different. Cognac, champagne, tequila, aperol, vodka, jack daniels, nuts, chips, nachos, everything is there.

It is impossible to eat smoked red fish, oversalted, frozen, just like cotton wool, they took it once, they didn’t fit there anymore. This product lay in the freezer for too long. yesterday's dried cuts.
Lunch: the choice has become poorer, less fish. She is almost always there, but small, bony, whiting was almost absent. Pieces of meat, tuna, fish, chicken have become small and are always almost overcooked, like rubber. It's a pity to kill products like that. If a good grilled batch then it is very tasty and the lamb sometimes melts in your mouth but that was 2 times in 2 weeks.
DINNER: The main problem of the restaurant is seafood! Yes, they are - crayfish, squid, shrimp, but it is almost impossible to eat all this! What is the quality of seafood? How long have they been frozen? It's just tin! Crayfish and shrimp were often, crayfish inside are gray and look like cotton wool, shrimp frankly stink of their plates and sent back to the trash. The consistency of the king prawns was similar to pasta. They were obviously cooked last year and reheated now. 2 times everything was thrown out, then they did not take it. 2 days before departure, she was poisoned by deep-fried squid.
A sleepless night hugging the toilet and a day in bed. On this day, several more people were injured, with whom the husband spoke. And the matter seemed to be in the oil on which they fried, the teenagers who ate fried pies were also poisoned. On the last day, the shrimp were fried in oil, such a child stood! My husband took them, but it was impossible to eat them, they were bitter from oil.
Once spaghetti was caught "with a smell", it can be seen from lunch they were left, but they were not put in the refrigerator. The bar on the beach served rotten, sour corn, everything flew into the trash. Out of 3 times, 1 is good, the rest are sour.
But pizzas, pide, stewed and stuffed vegetables, soups were very tasty. Sweets, ice cream excellent! Heaven for sweet tooth!

JUNIOR CLUB: A child over 9-10 years old, if he came alone with his parents in the hotel, it's boring. They gather children for games and quests, but they are not particularly interested. Older children are bored in the hotel.

The room was in the main building overlooking the terrace and a side view of the pools. The rooms are old but tidy. In some places, the trim on the door fell off, the bathroom is also quite old. For such a cost, they could, of course, make a renovation. Of the minuses - audibility. You could hear what the neighbors in the nearby rooms were saying and doing.
Cleaning the room for C grade - the child spilled the juice. The table was not wiped for 3 days, until she wiped it herself. The floors were probably not mopped at all.
The hotel was probably 100% full. Already a lot of people. This was especially evident in the occupancy of the restaurant and the lack of free sunbeds on the territory. You need to borrow sunbeds until 9 am by the pools and by 8 am by the sea, otherwise you risk relaxing on the grass.

We were told that before leaving the hotel at night, it would be possible to eat in a restaurant, but in fact, there was practically no food. Only stale potatoes, lunch meat and yoghurts. Everything. No buns, no fruit. They took the child yogurt, but it was sour. In the end, we left hungry! Not thought out at all.
If you are looking for good food and quality service, then this place is definitely good. Other than that, there are some minor downsides. So the score is 7.
The main restaurant has a good variety of dishes. Grilled fish every day and different (dorado, sea bass, flounder, trout). There were squids, crayfish. The meat is mostly chicken, but cooked very tasty. There were also many fruits (strawberries, peach, apricot, watermelon, melon, apple, pear, banana, orange, grapefruit), in short, for every taste. Breakfasts are basically standard for Turkey, the only thing that was very pleasing was fresh orange juice. The ice cream is very tasty, it was in two versions - a cone and as in a store sealed on a stick. Everything in any quantity and almost the whole day is available. Alcohol is also top notch. A lot of imports. Whiskey Jameson, Jack Daniels, Chivas, etc. Martini, Baileys, sparkling - a variety for every taste. Beer Tuborg and Carlsberg. Wine tried only local, but very decent. Pink was my favourite.
The staff is trying very hard. Well, well done guys! All are wearing masks. Always friendly. Separately, I would like to mention the waiters of the Italian Ala carte Umut and Riza.
The room is clean and bright. Every day cleaning, replenishment of the mini-bar (free of charge). There are slippers, bathrobes, cosmetics.
