2. When checking in and checking out, I wanted more attention to the reception.
3. The territory is sufficient.
4. A good party program for young people.
5. Food and service in the restaurant - SUPER!
6. Animation is not enough (obviously, 3*).
7. The beach is not at hand (rather, "+", traveled, and did not lie constantly).
In general, we really wanted to return next year, AND WHAT A SORRY THAT THE HOTEL TERMINATES ITS EXISTENCE...
Doesn't compare to other 3 star hotels I've stayed in.
My husband and I have been here since 31.08. 13 to 11.09. 13, although this can be called a vacation with a stretch, rather, we were waiting for this "vacation" to end.
Food:
Salads are quite tolerable, but only vegetable. And then not always, there were also sour.
Soups are normal, but there were also unpeeled carrots.
There was no meat at all.
Chicken and offal were, though not every day, only for dinner.
Fish are also relatively rare.
But soy meat heaps, but who wants to eat them all the time? !
Of the fruits were only plums and apples (for dinner) and then not every day.
Beach:
The hotel does not have its own.
On the beach, which is a 10-minute walk, it’s better not to meddle at all: dirt, garbage floating in the water, and most importantly, in order to spend time there, you must definitely buy something at the nearest bar.
There is a free shuttle from the hotel to nirvana beach.
At 9:00 and 10:00 (the ride is literally 10 minutes). But you can’t take any water and food with you “buy everything in local bars”, but sunbeds and mattresses are provided free of charge. The bus returns at 17:30 and 18:00. But who can endure on the beach for so long? ! I had to walk for 40 minutes.
Pools:
there are 3 small pools for 4 buildings, but in principle this was enough.
Only plastic cups floating in them were embarrassing.
Bar:
I can’t say anything about alcohol ... , my husband and I are non-drinkers).
Carbonated drinks are local, but bottled, respectively, are not diluted with water. And coffee from the machine. Very disappointed "juices" resembles an invite or yuppies (who remembers this rubbish).
Rooms:
Room 3 by 3 meters. Bathroom 1.5 by 1.5 while sorry to go to the toilet you have to stand with your feet in the shower))). There was a hole in the shower covered with a plastic bag.
The TV shows 3 Russian channels, although the kinescope is dead.
True, ours didn’t work, they called a repairman (didn’t come) it’s good that my husband can do everything, so he fixed it himself, and for one and the balcony door))).
The air conditioner was placed right above the bed, only turned it on when we left. And if you use the air conditioner, be prepared for the fact that there will be a non-drying puddle on the balcony).
Service:
Nothing to say goodbye)). We had 1 single bedspread for two, the second was promised, promised, but never given))
Toilet paper was given only when my husband told them a terrible tale that I was poisoned and it is vital for me)))).
The mirror is so dirty and has remained throughout the holiday since we moved in. But the bed was made regularly and the towels were beautifully laid out, albeit wet after a morning shower)).
We flew there at 21:00, were at the hotel at 00:00 fed us on the plane, respectively, at 19:00 you know what portions there)), but at the hotel they sent us to the forest, they say wait for the morning.
I had to go in search of food in the city)).
WiFi:
Immediately get ready to pay $10 for a password to surf the Internet in the lobby at the reception.
The music is very loud there until late at night. This hotel is more for 20 year old companies than for families.
In other words, my dears, do not spoil your vacation, take a hotel not lower than 4. We have made a conclusion. I hope this post will help someone)).
So, Cons of the hotel:
-terrible number (in the 4th building)
-lack of fruit (I'm lying: there were watermelon twice, once apples)
- from free local alcohol only rake, gin (no rum, no whiskey)
-lack of own beach (Nirvana beach is located outside the city and not the hotel's beach)
-lack of a safe and refrigerator in the rooms, well, or a mini bar
-paid wi-fi (for the first time I encountered a paid Internet in a Turkish hotel)
Hotel pros:
-two swimming pools (although I have never swum there)
- good afternoon snacks
-And that's it, there are no more pluses.
That's right, we all go to the sea, the sun, and not in the room to sleep and gorge ourselves with food, but when this....then this is an excess. Even for a trio it sucks.
Now a little about our holiday…
We rested in mid-August with a large group of 8 people. Vouchers were ordered in Moscow, through a friend, so it turned out to be another $100 cheaper. Rest cost us $ 1100 for 2 weeks. Pegas company met us. We did not have any complaints about the work of the company, since we did not use their services, except for the transfer. The only thing I didn’t like was the behavior of the hotel guide Vitaly, who tried so hard to sell excursions that he took his passports upon check-in and promised to return them only when we bought at least one excursion. My husband threatened to call the police and the documents were immediately returned to us.
We had no problems with the settlement, we lived in the central building. It was funny to watch how one lady at the reception demanded a room with a sea view. Considering that the hotel is located on the third line, there are no Sea View rooms as such.
The rooms have everything you need for a normal stay: shower, air conditioning, TV with Russian channels, which we did not even turn on. Maybe we were lucky, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower did not leak. The balcony overlooked the territory of the Pasha 5 * hotel.
The food of the hotel is monotonous, the food is not tasty (or they don’t know how, or they don’t want to, because the products are all normal and, if desired, you can cook normal meals). We ate at the hotel for the first two days, and then went for dinner to the Turkish restaurant Ozhakbash, where they cook any kebabs. The cost with salads and appetizers was $10, which suited us just fine.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but, as we noticed, no one is there during the daytime. I really liked Nirvana Beach, but it's not very convenient to get there because the bus from the hotel leaves only 2 times at 9.00 and 10.00. You can return only after 15.00 or use the minibus.
Rest in the hotel mostly young people who spend all the time in discos, and the hotel returns only to spend the night, and then not always?
Since we had two weeks, we went on almost all excursions. Were in Ephesus - Pamukkale, Dalyan, Rafting, Turkish bath and on the islands of the Aegean Sea. All excursions were very good. On a tour of the islands, our friends swam 3 times.
We advise you not to buy excursions from hotel guides, prices are 2 times too high. We booked all tours online with Daisy tur. They gave us a very good discount: a Turkish bath with all massages for free, and the islands of the Aegean Sea for $20. Cheaper even in local agencies, we have not found. The guide of this agency changes dollars at a very good rate (the exchange rate was 1.9, and Deniz changed us 2 lira each) and showed us a Turkish restaurant, agreeing to give us a discount.
To summarize the rest, we were very pleased with the hotel, and excursions, and Marmaris. I think that for the money paid we got a very good rest and, of course, we will return to Marmaris again.
1. Flight and transfer - all for the round five. Thank you Teztur, without delay, they met me, put me in jail, took me, handed me over from hand to hand, so to speak)))
2. Settlement: without a hitch. Quickly, without additional money in the case in which we wanted - the 4th. (Although after our arrival I watched and listened a couple of times as people swear that they weren’t accommodated for a long time or something didn’t suit them) The building is the noisiest. The first 4 days I got used to it, then I didn’t notice any noise at all, but if you are sensitive to noise and want more peace, take building 1. Our room overlooked the main pool and we liked it. Room - normal, for a three star hotel - it's the best! People, you are going to 3 stars and you don't have to wait for something sky-high. We talked to other people who lived in other three star rooms, then Diana is very nice, believe me. The only thing I had complaints about was cleaning the room, with or without a tip, we didn’t want to sweep the floor. Sometimes instead of two towels there was one. Somehow the legs did not reach the complaints. When we didn’t have enough of something, I went and myself took from them what we needed from their room))))) In the rest, everything worked, everything suited me, I’m essentially not a picky person. Pysy. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby, for a fee, we were connected for three for the price of one (15 lire, if I'm not mistaken).
3. Food. I didn’t go there to overeat, so I had enough with my head, yes - not gorgeous, but the same thing, I lost 4 kg and I’m happy as an elephant, and this despite the fact that I ate enough. I already knew that apart from chicken, there is nothing from meat there, their meat, as they say, is specific. There were fresh vegetables, stews, sauces, spinach, pasta, french fries - with a head, in general it’s bad to eat in the summer)). Water is freely available in coolers in the dining room. at pools and bars. The waiters in the pool, in the dining room, served quickly and well, they clean everything, everything is replaced. In general, the staff there is laid out 100%.
4. We took excursions from the operator. then they already understood - set foot, talk to people, they will tell you who it is better to take on the street. We took a hammam and Fr. Cleopatra. all was good.
5. The hotel is located 2-3 minutes walk from the embankment and to the main street, where you will find shops and minibuses for 2 and 2.5 lira. Paying in shops and bars is better with lira. Exchange offices are everywhere. We got used to exchanging money in markets, somehow they exchanged money there at a higher rate for us, otherwise they always tried to cheat at exchange points, they have some kind of tax there.
6. The beach, we were at the pool, well, somehow I liked being in the center of communication and people more, and I also went to the free beach in the afternoon on the embankment, my own towel and go ahead - lie down, sunbathe, swim. There were times on the beach from the hotel, Nirvana Beach, everything is fine and clean, but we just got bored there. Everything is close, good and convenient.
7. Entertainment - well, I’ll say one thing here - Bar Street Forever and Eva! It's something, it's unforgettable, it's a sea of communication and positive. Animation in the hotel - cool guys, cool girls. The hotel management - five, always on guard, always nice.
On the bar street every evening at 22-30 drove a bus for free from the hotel, he took back at 3 in the morning. Who does not want to return by bus two options - until one in the morning - dolmushi minibuses, after 3 nights - a taxi - 20 lire. On the bar street - admission is free everywhere, in many disco the first cocktail is free, then how lucky you are)))) cocktails were in the region of 15-18 lire. There is a lot of disco, go, dance the most I don’t want.
Bottom line: everything is very good, relax and enjoy your holiday. But still, the hotel is more suitable for youth recreation.
The rooms in the hotel are not much different from one another - somewhere the hair dryer does not work, somewhere the shower does not work, somewhere else there is a fungus in the bathroom, etc. , and you will be lucky if the first time you are settled in more or less decent number. Our friends changed number three times!! ! The room was cleaned every day, but not very carefully, the towels were changed once a week, the bed was not changed at all (the dollar left for the cleaners did not help))) We contacted the reception and the hotel guide Elena (Coral travel ) no changes were made.
Meals at the hotel are 5 meals a day, and if you are not whimsical about food, then you will not stay hungry. A lot of vegetables, both fresh (there were not very fresh) and grilled vegetables. From meat-chicken in its various manifestations was every day, once a week there was a barbecue (also chicken). The beef was cooked once and it was delicious, for which the chef received a compliment from us) The fish was every day for lunch. The rest, as usual, is a bunch of all sorts of salads from half-eaten food, soy sausages, meatballs, cheeses, sausages. Of the side dishes, rice (by the way, delicious), french fries, the rest I didn’t even try. For lunch, soups-vodichka with tomato or bean paste. Baking, probably, like everywhere else, delicious and fresh, there was something else like ice cream. From fruits, apples and oranges are probably harvested in 2010-2011)
For example, I would not know what to feed my child if he went with us... the kitchen leaves much to be desired!!!
Drinks: you can drink beer, wine that is white or red is disgusting (maybe you just got unlucky with the supplier, because usually wine in Turkish hotels is good), local raki vodka is rare, gin and tonic as an option) Everyone knows that alcohol you need to take your own to Turkey or from Duty Free, then you will not have problems with evening leisure)
There are animators in the hotel, but there is no animation, this was explained with the "YET SEASON" So they entertained themselves, the company saved a lot !!!
We took a tour of the Aegean Islands on a yacht, took it on the street and we don’t regret it at all. Firstly, the cost is $ 20 per person cheaper than that of a hotel guide, and secondly, everything that was promised - free drinks, lunch and a Russian-speaking guide, everything was justified! Everyone is very pleased with the tour, took pictures, swam in the cleanest sea, sunbathed, enjoyed the most beautiful landscapes and sea air. . .
About the beach. The hotel does NOT have its own beach, Nirvana, which the bus takes to, is not a hotel beach, do not believe any stories !!!
Niravana itself, we talked with beach workers and they said that they provide a bus for their money, they also give sunbeds for free, BUT, they really rely on the fact that tourists will use paid beach services - paid sofas, paid bar, etc. . In general, such a marketing ploy)
You can go to any beaches of other hotels, the entrance is 5 liras per person, you can negotiate cheaper.
What else... there are a lot of Russians in the hotel who relax on a grand scale - noisy, drunken and unleashed. There were British, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Poles.
Total: the hotel is youthful, I do not recommend traveling with children. If you do not plan to sit in a hotel, but only eat and spend the night, then it is quite suitable!
