We were accommodated in a room located on the first floor (semi-basement) near the bar column. The music is not just loud, but very loud. At 23-00 they couldn’t stand it, they went to the reception to Sayid to say to turn off the music, it didn’t work out like a human being, the argument is music for tourists who want to dance (to understand this is 3 people), they called the manager. He does not speak Russian, they explained the situation, they did not sleep all night - a night flight, they just arrived, we want to relax. I was resting with my sister, we arrived on the 25th in the morning, but despite the fact that breakfast had already ended, Said met us at the reception (by the way, a great guy, with a great sense of humor and very positive), he told us, throw your bags and send you to feed) ) There were no problems with accommodation in the room, we were offered two rooms to choose from (we took the 4th floor without a balcony), but the room was cozy, everything worked and I’ll tell you right away, no matter how surprised you were, the room was cleaned for us every day, thanks to the women (they didn’t they speak Russian, but they are nice, friendly and smiling). What can I say about the food, they fed well, there is something to choose to eat, I just didn’t have enough cheese for lunch and dinner, but these are such trifles, it didn’t bother me, what I wanted to buy in the Migros store is not far from the hotel and the prices are acceptable there. The staff does not speak Russian, but this is not a problem for me, we communicated well and understood each other. THANKS RAHMI. Were in June 2018. I don’t know for whose orders such terrible reviews are written, but I understand what competitors need. Go boldly to this hotel, everything is in order from the room to the food. Linen was changed every other day, cleaned every day, all toiletries are in order and clean. Restaurant? The food is very varied, but thanks to the hotel chef - he manages to make such masterpieces from the same products that even the most demanding taste was satisfied.

I didn't see any problems with dishes. Automatic machines with coffee and gas water (4 types!!! ) always worked. The pool and grounds are ok. if you want to get drunk in a bar for this money, you can easily if you live in it. But alcoholic drinks in the bars of Turkey are designed for a light degree, not for Russian pigs, who are always drunk even without a bar.
Personally, I was driving and after reading I was afraid - I am demanding on the cleanliness of the room and food. But I had a great rest. Tip 2-5 lire, do not regret it - and they will lick your number from morning to evening))

Silence at night and during the day, but how can it be normal with Russian tourists? They want silence, but they themselves yell with drunken voices like savages on the loose. I am Russian, but I was ashamed of my compatriots.

We were lucky only with the settlement (we arrived at 21.00), we were immediately sent for dinner (just awful), then we were settled on the ground floor, thanks to which Wi Fi worked smoothly in the room. During the settlement, they found a non-working tank (repair was requested for two days), from soap accessories only liquid soap in a glass (I was not mistaken, it was in a glass), but there was a hair dryer.

Room cleaning was not all 7 days. The bedding is not new, but clean, the air conditioner worked fine. TV only three channels and those are Turkish, when asked where the promised channel grew, deep silence. No mini bar, no fridge in the room. Nutrition is a separate issue. Puree soups, it seems, from yesterday's half-eaten vegetables, a couple of times there was a decent edible soup. Grilled vegetables are EXCELLENT, everything else is insofar as. There were NEVER fruits at all, no sweets. There were no snacks in the bar, what is All inclusive is not clear. The beach is very far away, you can’t get there on your own in the heat, the bus goes to the beach at a very inconvenient time (they used the beach of another hotel for free). Of the good only SEA, but it does not apply to the hotel. I can't even recommend this hotel to an enemy.

My relatives came from this hotel. They haven't been anywhere much, so they're not spoiled or picky. But they were not particularly satisfied with the hotel. Regular 3. The rooms are small but everything seems to be ok. Food is poor, mostly vegetables. The bar was only open a few hours a day! And it's hot! There was almost no alcohol, only beer and then weak. Wi-fi - works intermittently. In general, an economy trio. Good impressions about the rest are caused more by the beautiful nature of Kemer, excursions and shopping : )
