And so the vacation itself finally began. The hotel is good, clean, everything is clean in the dining room, the waiters and cooks work like bees. The bars are good too.
But the day of registration for ala carte comes. At 9-00 one came, did not notice the queue. I reserved Italian and the girl said that a compliment from the hotel with which we were familiar from Crystal TAT would be delivered to our room, by the way they didn’t warn us, they brought a surprise and decorated the room.
And here is the morning of the birthday. We got up in a great mood and went to rest by the sea, leaving, as always, a small tip to the cleaning staff (until that day, super and patterns and flowers and figurines were cleaned), but upon arrival we found the room in a partially cleaned state, the bedspreads were lying on the table for suitcases, a compliment of 12 -00 was not there yet. We decided not to be upset, because today is a holiday and you never know what could happen and the cleaning staff was transferred.
Ala carte time. We arrive at the appointed 19-00 (we are the second to lay 8 tables, one of which is in the petals) and we are seated at a regular table. We asked: "Surely there is no mistake and by chance the table with the petals is not ours? ", after 10 minutes it turned out to be ours. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but the service failed again. before serving dessert, they removed all unnecessary appliances from the table and said that within 5 minutes there would be dessert. we waited 20 minutes without expressing claims, you never know what kind of surprise awaits. After 20 minutes of waiting (out of 8 tables set, the restaurant left the restaurant after finishing the meal with desserts, 6 tables, despite the fact that we came second and the table clearly stood out), I had to call the senior waiter and after 2 minutes there was a dessert surprise in a plastic cup and if I myself went for he would have spent just 2 minutes in the main restaurant, but not 20. Well, we didn’t express indignation, thanked for the delicious food and went to the room because there was a compliment from the hotel (a bottle of wine and fruit). We will sit on the balcony and quietly celebrate the end of the anniversary (45 years) birthday. And then, for sure, everyone guessed it. There is nothing. Arriving at the guest relay, I clarified that we didn’t forget that the girl looked at the computer, took some kind of greeting card from the table, tore it up and stated that according to her data, everything was delivered, and if not, they would deliver it in the morning. I told her that her birthday is today and not tomorrow, and tomorrow at 8-30 we are leaving. To which there was an answer that there is nothing to help now, wait tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is tomorrow. We went to the lobby bar and sat in the room preparing for departure. In the morning, accordingly, nothing happened, although the girl from the guest relay passed us 3 times and pretended not to know. Upon the arrival of the bus, they simply wished us a happy journey.
P. S. I don't need a compliment from the hotel. We went quietly to celebrate the holiday as it was 5 previous times. But not fate. Even the word sorry was not heard, although it would have been enough. As a result, an unpleasant aftertaste from a good hotel. And to go to this hotel or not, choose for yourself, I understand that there could only be my black streak in this hotel, but something very obsessed. We are in this hotel more than a foot. Spoiled all the sensations from the Crystal network. We will return to the Tat crystal, but there is no Aura in the aura.
From the airport to the hotel about 1-1.5 hours drive (our hotel was the latest, 7th, maybe we were just not very lucky). We arrived at the hotel at about one o'clock in the afternoon, as everywhere we put on bracelets, left our suitcases and went for lunch. When we returned, the rooms were ready. Our friends were given a two-room family room with a bunk bed and mountain views in the main building on the 1st floor. We are in a separate 3-storey building, a little further from the hustle and bustle, in the park. Also on the 1st floor, a Standard room with a baby cot already waiting (although when booking it was warned that they did not have cots, it was a pleasant surprise). Each room has a standard set of cosmetics, hair dryer, safe (free of charge), mini-bar with soft drinks and water (replenished daily). Cleaning, change of towels and bedding was carried out daily, when they left a tip, they twisted various figures. Due to the fact that our balcony was surrounded by greenery and perhaps because the 1st floor, it was not hot, there was perhaps a little more humidity than others, because. At night, the sprinklers were still working. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and not a single tool except "slipper" took them.
There are several pools on the territory, both with extreme slides and with more "soft" ones, and a very small pool for toddlers. Animation starts daily at 10am and ends late at night. We were with a baby, so we didn’t really go into it, but there were all the standard Turkish entertainments - gymnastics, darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, bocha, etc.
There are awnings and umbrellas on the sea, pebbles, but on the right, at the end, on the "second line" there is a piece of sand where children can make pastries. The water is purest. The beach is cleaned, though people sometimes come across not good ones and litter right there, although there are enough trash cans. Since the kid sorted out the pebbles carefully, in some places he found buried "bull-calves".
Nutrition - nutrition can be written and written. We have been in Turkey 4 times, we have never seen such an abundance of seafood anywhere else - this is red fish in various variations, shrimp, mussels, squid, grilled mackerel (in a snack bar), trout, there were crabs on a fish day. From meat - beef, lamb, also chicken and turkey, all in different variations. Lots of sweets, fruits, vegetables. Nobody will be left hungry. In the children's kitchen (in the main restaurant, there is an area for children), they also gave Danone yogurt in cups and milkshakes with a straw.
The service is excellent, everyone is smiling, no one looks into your pocket, if you are not understood in Russian, they will definitely call someone who understands.
Conclusion - the hotel is worth its stars and prices. I recommend. And I wish grateful tourists to the hotel. Thank you for taking the time to read my review
In the main restaurant, cutlery was not covered, drinks were not poured at dinner, everything was taken on their own. We were always looking for a chair for a small child ourselves. They are not washed at all.
At dinner in the grill area, they asked for tips, did not give out sushi.
When baking cakes, the cook herself regulated how many and to whom to give out.
On the beach, Lifeguard employees were engaged only in extraneous matters, "chattering" with tourists, sitting down on their sunbeds. Beachboy didn't exist at all.
Obsessive paid "service" of photographers with the words "I have nothing to eat today, let's go to be photographed" and the owner of a fur and leather store.
