“Perre La mer” has never been more disgusting.
1. Due to the fact that the hotel needs renovation for a long time, we changed 4 rooms. The first mixer did not work. The second one was small and dirty. The third toilet was broken. We called the plumber for two days, he pretended to be doing something. But nothing has changed. Eventually it broke. And we moved out to number 4.
2. Food. Let's be brief. Poisoned.
3. Sunbeds are not enough. Mom had to run to the beach at 5 in the morning and borrow.
4. The staff is good, sympathetic. And many people told me that they want to help but cannot. Because of the owner who sees everything and he cares. The guy from the reception advised us to move out of here to another hotel. Because I knew it couldn't get any better.
5. The maid who cleaned us every day. In the last three days of our stay, she decided to rob us. (Manicure set, baby cream for $80 mysteriously disappeared from the suitcase)
6. Landscaping is lame not a single palm tree.
The trees that are there are withered. Like late autumn.
7. No entertainment. Alcohol is local (by the way, after 12 at night it becomes paid for some reason) and our vouchers say Ultra All-inclusive. Many tourists were outraged and dissatisfied.
8. Bottom line: it's high time to call this hotel a concentration camp Because people in it do not rest but survive.
Now about the sad. In short - the hotel has become worse. And it's not even that the rooms have long required at least cosmetic repairs. It seems that the owners of the hotel are trying to save money on literally everything - from plastic cups in the bar and plates in the dining room (the dishes used to be more impressive) to the choice and variety of dishes.
Evening show programs have also become much weaker in quality, not to mention the daytime work of the animation team, which at times is not seen or heard at all. The problem with sunbeds on the beach adds to the chagrin - they are simply not enough, so to enjoy the sea you have to take a seat until 7 in the morning. In general, the hotel is now clearly not pulling for 5 stars, a maximum of 4 stars, and then only because the 1st coastline.
Nature is extraordinary, the air is wonderful

We will never forget some managers at the reception, how many years we have been going to Turkey, but we have seen such unpleasant behavior ...

- Most of the staff do not understand either Russian or English. If you want to ask something - prepare a Russian-Turkish translator
- in the hotel they will constantly run after you and offer boors. We've already been taken. Hamams are aggressively imposed 10 times a day in any part of the hotel and even on the beach. Moreover, the hotel issues towels right next to the spa, and every time you give / receive towels, you also get an offer to go to the hammam. When I was lying near the pool and asked for a rest, the hamamschik just twisted me. Disgusting.
- the room was not cleaned for 2 days even when there was a cleaning sign. A couple of times we noticed that the sign was turned over with the “do not disturb” side and the room was not cleaned. Removed only after the reception asked about it
- the story with slippers is the same - they brought it a couple of days after the reminders
- the dishes are washed without trying - the stains of old portions are clearly visible on the plates, on the glasses - old drinks. Once almost all the glasses were dirty and I dealt with this at the reception
- No teaspoons. Absolutely not. Nowhere. Despite the fact that the hotel always has some kind of desserts. As they say, either eat with your hands or with a fork / spoon that you just ate the main dishes with.
- wi-fi of terrible quality, slow and often lost signal
- the toilet in the room is poorly flushed (water rises high) - is about to clog
- the paper bucket cannot be opened with the foot pedal - you need to lift the lid by hand
- you can hear the neighbors flushing the water
- toilets on the street either without a lock, or with a lock that is about to fall off, the light is on motion sensors and turns off after 15 seconds. Not very convenient when you need to go to the toilet for a long time
- no holders for paper - it hangs either on a brush or on a clothes hanger
- dirty uncleaned women's toilets
- bars open at 10 and close at 6. Even if you ask for a cocktail at 9:58 - you will have to wait 2 minutes
- while cleaning the rooms from 10, but we knocked twice at 9 am
- when we ask for liquor at the bar, we are poured a third of a glass and after a series of requests, the maximum is topped up to half. Despite the fact that the liquor is clearly diluted
- a lot of flies fly in the restaurant, birds eat from plates, cats run around. Considering how the dishes are washed here, you can get infected with something.
- part of the umbrella on the beach is small and low, they are also tied with a tourniquet, which is cut off inaccurately and in some places sharp - my wife and I fought against them several times and my wife's forehead was scratched, and there are many people taller than ours
- there are gates perpendicular to the tennis court and it is possible to play tennis while someone is playing football. Also, the tennis court is located next to the road and is not fenced higher - you can easily knock the ball onto the road
- in the aquarium I saw either a twisted fish, or a fish with swelling. At the reception, I asked the person in charge of the aquarium to look - to which I was told that they did not deal with the aquarium and "the fish did not die, after all. " A day later, the hamamschik joked, “guys, the fish had a stomach ache, I shone a flashlight - everything went away. ” Those. not only does the staff discuss, it also allows them to make fun of customers in the face. The ethics and manners of some of the staff are lacking. At least I mostly noticed it behind hamams or just boors - they didn’t go far : D
- the bed is not double - they just put two different beds next to each other, in which the mattresses do not move completely and they are at different levels
- in the rooms some things are just glued on
- I saw in the photo that the tables are covered with a tablecloth, in fact there are no tablecloths
Unpleasant situation with the room and surcharge for sea view, which was not
We paid $100 extra for a sea view.
Upon arrival, we were settled on the second floor, where the trees blocked the whole view and the sea was not visible from the word at all.
We also saw a similar situation in the reviews of another family, which, in parallel with us, was put in the same position.

This is a misrepresentation by the hotel and an act of fraud.
Also in this room we had thin walls, the room was opposite the elevator, the room had a dirty towel with brown stains as if it had been wiped, in general everything was worn out, the floors were stained and the bathtub was moldy.
Before the next paragraph, I will write that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel, but here, from 10 am to 12 am, music plays loudly and from 10 am to 12 am there is a disco.
In a family-run hotel where adults and children may want to sleep/rest at lunch and after 10, music plays loudly around the clock.
So.
Then we were moved a couple of floors up.
Of course there is no soundproofing.
Only cheap windows and a balcony door, which seems to be three-chamber, but useless.
The music was heard as if it was right in the room.
In the end, we were moved to a plus or minus tolerable room, although in it the disco in the evening is still perfectly audible, the walls are cracked and the bathtub is moldy
But this room does not overlook the sea and, of course, they did not want to return the difference to us, because "they themselves wished to move. "
That's the desire, apparently the motto of the hotel is "the desire of the client is the law. "
The hotel, after all the inconvenience caused, cannot even simply return $ 100 for a sea view, which in the end is not there, not to admit guilt and make at least some apologies.

Until recently, they were looking for pluses, but for every plus there were 2-3 minuses
Maybe someday these shortcomings will be corrected, but for now this is the most disgusting service and I would not recommend perre la mer to anyone
Better pay extra or shift dates, but go to ulusoy kemer holiday club
There service is an order of magnitude higher and none of the above
This time the trip was unplanned and we decided to save money by going to perre la mer - we will not allow such stupidity again : D

The hotel has everything to live up to 5 stars, but you need to recognize and work out the current mistakes, otherwise even after 10 years the award from TripAdvisor will hang only for 2012
I highly recommend SPA, on the second day we signed up for a hammam complex and massage. After that, they signed up for a course of lymphatic drainage and general massages. Very relaxing and calming. My back and legs haven't felt this good in a long time. To see the surroundings and not only, we rented a car, right at the hotel, the prices are not too high, it is possible to rent and return a car when it is convenient for you, everything is for your comfort.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, put on bracelets, didn’t give towels, I’ll write why later. Checked in at about 3pm. The room is old, at first glance clean, they came to clean it every day, but for 10 days of rest they had not changed the bed linen yet, they changed the towels once. Sockets work only when the light is on, if you want to charge your phone at night, sleep with the light on. There are cobwebs in the corners, the bathroom is very old, mold can be seen in the corners.
Do not expect a measured rest here, you need to get up early before 8 in order to have time to take a towel and take a sunbed. If you relax? then at 9 you will no longer be able to take a towel, as they run out, they are simply not enough for all hotel visitors. You will not find sunbeds in the shade either, if you simply find at least one free sunbed. The food is normal, no frills, but everything is delicious.
As for the a la carte, I do not recommend.
A fish restaurant is only called a fish restaurant. If you want delicious seafood, go to Kemer, there is a restaurant on the waterfront overlooking the marina (yacht parking).
The territory is chic, green and well-groomed. One thing, there are not enough sun loungers. Had a great rest. Clean, beautiful, no problem. They cleaned the room every day. I don’t know how many people write about cleaning or food, I don’t think that at home they cook everything different every day and change their towels every day. We really enjoyed. In Turkey, 5 times, only in five stars, were in different areas. I liked it here very much.
One minus that I would like to write is the safety precautions, I was sitting in the dining room, which is on the street, near the sea, I did not notice the protruding wire, the whole hotel heard how it hit me !! ! I went to the reception and told the administrator (Daria her name is) what she made square eyes and asked if the damage had already been fixed, there was no chapel to my shock, she stupidly didn’t even say sorry. During the dialogue, I told her that I would like to come with a small child, but after this incident I’ll think about it, to which she answered me your right !! ! At this point, I was completely shocked! It's just a shame for the whole staff of this hotel that because of one. . .
Vacationing in different countries. Fifth time in Turkey. But I have never met such a peppery cuisine even in Egypt. I had to contact the chef and the reception. True, they took action. They began to pepper less and we were fried meat, fish separately.
Number - 2317. Rested 2 + child. Two rooms separated by a door. Excellent, but a wheelbarrow of tar - after dinner, especially for dinner, the room smelled of fried meat from the kitchen, from the grill. And not only in the room, but the entire corridor from the first to the fourth floor stank of burning.
The hotel is divided into three buildings. So, in building C, the rooms start with 2 and there is a restaurant. ADMINISTRATION TAKE ACTION. They offered to change the number. The wife lost her scent and was opposed to change, had to endure.
And the rest is excellent. CIS contingent - Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova. The staff speaks Russian. For children - Russian-speaking.
EVERYTHING WAS WELL UNTIL THEY HAVE "COMED" from 22.06, 44 planes, and then scandals began in the queue for food and who was the first. Chaise lounges leave towels and leave, there are no people on the beach, but all the sun loungers are occupied. Also, by the pool, a family of 2 people who came in large numbers occupies 4 sun loungers, while saying that there are 6 of them, but children's things are simply on the sunbeds. AND THERE YOU DECIDE FOR YOURSELF BUT EDUCATION OF THE "COME" VERY STRONGLY SPIT THE HOLIDAY.
