LOBBY AND ROOMS OF THE HOTEL IN GENERAL: old furniture, leather. the deputy on the sofas is cracked, the windows are dirty, with some streaks and stains. All furniture needs repair or updating. The walls are all dirty and cracked.
CATS: they are everywhere and with them in the hotel there was a complete lack of sanitation. There are a lot of them everywhere. It was disgusting to sit on chairs made of fabric in the lobby, wool everywhere.
There are a lot of restaurants too. Some tourists feed cats by throwing food under the table. As a result, the remnants of food remain just under the tables and it all looks not at all aesthetically pleasing. In a restaurant on the street, cats climb on the tables and can eat from the guests' plates. The smell of cats is everywhere, not the smell of a 5 star hotel at all.
FOOD: that's just for food, the hotel pulls on 5 *. For main dishes - the choice of food is varied, there is always a choice of several types of fish, different meats. They cook delicious. This is perhaps the only plus of the hotel. BUT! little variety of fruits. We rested in May, it was the season of cherries and strawberries, but they were never at the hotel. Of the fruits were only apples, pears, oranges, bananas.
ATMOSPHERE IN THE HOTEL: the hotel is huge, therefore, the hotel is very noisy. During the day, active loud screaming music plays on the territory. The hotel is focused on the mass market, maintain an active screaming atmosphere. Very noisy.
For those who want relaxation and tranquility - definitely not here.
IN GENERAL: the hotel does not pull on its money, it needs maintenance, repair. At least, for starters, the hotel needs to be cleaned. So that at least in public places - in restaurants, lobbies, all toilets should be clean. And wash the windows everywhere, so that at least it would not be disgusting to look through them. Wash walls, doors, tables, floors and baseboards.
For the money that the hotel is now worth - I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If the tour cost up to 1500 dollars for a week for two, then maybe it would be possible to go, but if it's more expensive - definitely NO!

Not the first time we rested in the 5-ke and have something to compare. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. Maybe once it was like that, but at the moment, as for me, the maximum is 3+.
Let's start with the good: the sea, location, large green and well-groomed territory. Lucky with the room, in terms of views - the sea. No one asked for money for this at the reception or even hinted at it. Upon arrival, they helped to carry the suitcases.
Now for the bad.

The room is old and worn out. It looks like it hasn't been done in a long time. The refrigerator is also old, but it did not cool. It was colder in the room with the air conditioner on than in it. Since we were on vacation with a one-year-old child and he has lactose intolerance. We were forced to take lactose-free dairy products with us. They needed a refrigerator to store them. But alas. . . I contacted the reception three times, but the issue with the refrigerator was not resolved. The master came, looked into it and left. This is how it all ended. At my request to put these products in some other refrigerator before repairing ours, the hotel workers put dairy products, as it turned out later, in the freezer. As a result, the products froze and after defrosting they became nothing and the child did not eat them, I had to throw everything away. Upon arrival, they met us, leaving a bottle of Turkish wine and dirty glasses in the room. At what dirt is visible to the naked eye. Towels are old, some came across with holes. The cards for opening the doors were demagnetized, I had to run to the reception many times and get new ones. The rooms are cleaned badly, regardless of the tip. They will put swans for tips, but it does not affect the quality of cleaning.
Food: Many kinds, but they were the same every day. However, I was able to choose a few dishes that were more or less tasty. But this is an amateur. Drinks, in particular cheap juices, resembled Jupi. Alcohol cheap Turkish. Dishes came across broken. There is practically no food for children under 3 years old, there are only Turkish fruit purees, at the end of the holiday one or two types of vegetable purees appeared. Therefore, who eats with very young children, take it with you. The food was handed out by the kitchen workers. And this also had to be experienced. For example, you ask to pour mashed potatoes, puts one tablespoon and gives it away, when you ask to add it, he looks at you indignantly as if you were a beggar and it seems that before that you already asked him and ate a whole pan. Separately, I would like to say about the restaurants on the territory of the hotel - fish and it seems Chinese. It was possible once and there and there for free to sit. But since this was a massive trend across the country, and not a personal offer of this hotel, and accordingly we could choose other 5 * on the first line and cheaper, we hoped that Limak lives up to its reputation from the Internet. I will try to be as objective as possible regarding the conditions during the pandemic.
1. NUMBER. We have a bungalow for families, bought a standard. Old but clean. Not luxury, you can see that they were built 20 years ago. Everything is dilapidated, the air conditioner and the refrigerator do not cool. No robes as promised. They didn't even offer a tea set. I went to ask, said ok, but I'm still waiting, I hope for tomorrow. On the first day of arrival there was an empty mini-bar and from cleaning only the floor was wiped with bleach. The next day after cleaning the maid, cleaning was already felt: apparently, it depends on the shift... there are few storage spaces for 4 people, only a closet and 2 small cabinets... half of the things are now in the suitcase, there are few sockets, 2. As a result out of 8 hotels in Turkey, this room is the oldest and smallest.
2. FOOD and RESTAURANTS. OK, but it's not a super 5 with an ultra all. Everything basic, no frills. In 2020, when Turkey had just opened in July, and many had not yet worked 5, we were fed much better in 4 *, in terms of choice, they gave corn for free, but they sell it in Lima. Morozhka is not on the beach, but near the restaurant, at lunch, it is inconvenient. Half of the halls on the terrace, not inside, are closed!! ! But inside, where stuffy, and no one wants to sit openly. The stairs from the street to the restaurant are also closed for some reason, instead you need to make a detour inside through the pool, elevators or stairs, go for 5-7 minutes. It's not comme il faut at all. Inside the restaurant, Turks smoke everywhere, and the European practice of not smoking is not a decree for them, but children are around, and they do not smoke aikos, as you understand, but vigorous cigarettes. instead of 2 a la carte, 1 worker. Beach towels were hidden behind the stage, I was looking for 2 days. For the first time I see this, usually they are by the pool or at the entrance to the beach.
Everything else is paid. Cars, billiards, table tennis, air hockey and more. Which, by the way, at 4 2020 from last year, was free. And there is not ultra, but just all. A very cool pool inside the main building could be opened until 10 pm, not 6 pm. It is illuminated in the evening and terribly beautiful, and during the day there are ordinary ones, I don’t understand the point of closing it at 6 pm. Plus Wi-fi is everywhere. Weak, medium or stronger, as you're lucky, but there. And included in the price. And yes. CATS. They are on the tables with food and sun loungers, in the bushes and on the balconies. If you are allergic - you should go to another hotel.
4. GENERAL IMPRESSION. This is 5 * in terms of area and territory, but not in terms of quality. It will go to those who have nothing to compare with or for the first time in Turkey. And at a discount. There are newer options for full price. And it's definitely not ultra all.

Before this trip, I requested information on the hotel’s website regarding the concept of Limra’s work for this period of time, I was assured that everything would work and nothing would change until November 15, only A la carte restaurants would not work, it suited us. In fact, on November 6, everything worked as promised, but on the 7th, when we woke up, we saw that everything had changed significantly, we had already turned off the amphitheater, closed almost all the bars, stopped pouring normal alcohol in general, and the one that was poured was measured with a measuring glass, from alcohol poured local vodka, gin, rake, wine and beer, and that's it!! ! There was not even local rum and whiskey, I generally keep quiet about Baileys. This is an above average 5 star hotel!!!!????
Zero animation, zero food, the staff poured food into the plates as if they were taking it from home. In the main restaurant, the staff allows themselves to behave with guests simply in a boorish way, we personally had two such cases during the week of rest (one of them - the waiter brought us an order, two gins with the words choke and just slammed them on the table), I think that this is unacceptable at all and there is no place for such employees in the hotel. The tables at the bar are constantly dirty, you just had to wipe them yourself, beach towels in such a form as if they were used somewhere in the barracks by soldiers, and then they were given to the hotel, there is no serving on the tables (no cutlery, no spices, napkins no, and so it alternates constantly). In a restaurant, cats just roam the tables and eat what they like from the plates and no one cares. You can put a plate of food, go for coffee, returning not to find a lyulya in your plate, and so on. It's just awful!!!!
The confectionery was moved to the lobby bar, it would be better if they closed it altogether, there is no choice, a shelf a meter long and it is not clear what is on it (one name remains from the confectionery). There is no kettle in the room, so there is no coffee in the morning, no tea in the room, no drink. They want to replenish the mini-bar, they want not, then you run to the reception to find out the reason. Cleaning in the room is mediocre, the ashtray was carried out from the balcony for two days. One person from our company had a birthday on the seventh day, so they managed to forget to congratulate the birthday man with a cake in a restaurant (and it was not only we had such a situation, despite the fact that they were reminded of this).
It also happened to me that before leaving, I advertised this hotel to my godfather, according to my last visit, that it was just a bomb, super, etc. , and they take it and come to this hotel on the 7th, relax with us and with ship to the ball, fall into this well... y !! ! And I felt so uncomfortable for this mess and for myself. If the weather was bad and we didn’t have a great company, then it would be quite sad this time on vacation.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel for a holiday, at least at this time, this is not the level of five stars, three stars can and will pull. I believe that if the hotel does not work at the same level, at least as it worked before, then why open at all, spoil your reputation and rating. It is not necessary to deceive tourists, people are asking for information about the hotel, so bring it to what it is and not nonsense. So, I rested in Limak Limra in Kemer from October 9.2020 to October 17.2020.
1. Hotel and rooms - the hotel itself is rather big, there are a lot of rooms, different filling, so to speak, I was in a double, spacious, about 30-32 meters, the beds are good (1 double, 1 one and a half). The territory is also rather big, but not huge, the evening promenade throughout the territory will cost about 20-30 minutes with an average step. The pools are large, there is enough for everyone to swim and places on sun loungers that do not need to be occupied from 6 in the morning, but the Russians (about which will be BELOW! ) did it anyway, starting at 7 in the morning. What for? I don't understand. Enough space for everyone, both near the bass and on the beach!
2. Bed linen is changed regularly, as well as bath linen, BUT all linen barely breathes, even see through, we also noticed on the towels that are issued to the beach and pool, with a label that were purchased in June 2017.

3. Maintenance and service - this, of course, is tin! Initially, I was in shock, and constantly some complaints when you ask to make a cocktail indicated on their list, getting the contents different each time))) apparently this is AFFTARSKY. Anyway. At the reception at the meeting there was also such a look of the staff that it was just a kapets. I killed the moment with suitcases - they arrived, you can’t go to the hotel with suitcases, leave them near the hotel, there a SPECIALLY TRAINED person guarded them, why? And he was preparing for the issuance with the subsequent receipt of a tip. For what?
After quickly filling out the questionnaires, checking the passports, I say again, let's take my luggage and go to the room with it myself, No, that's all! Why and what? I go into the room, right in one minute the SAME PERSON (trained) brings the suitcase behind me and looks at me with such a face that he is apparently ready to shoot at me and then get 1000 dollars for an incomprehensible service, of course, I said thank you and goodbye .
4. Animation - there is practically none, although everything was confirmed in advance that there is all the animation and almost round-the-clock entertainment and discos. I want to note that the hotel has a KIDS CONCEPTS theme. Well, if darts, mini lotto, and mini golf with children's drawings and performances can be called ANIMATION, then I don’t understand something in my life.
It was written that due to the situation with COVID 19 and blah blah blah, there will be no beach volleyball and similar games on the beach, although every day near the amphitheater next to each other about 300-400 people watched children's performances like ARAM zam zam and SOKU SOKU BACHIE BACHIE...where is the LOGIC? Constantly the same thing, the animators for children are absolutely not tense, the songs for them are 10 pieces the same, the movements of the animators and facial expressions leave much to be desired. Just don't pass it on! Periodically live music near the bar of a girl and a guy with a guitar like AGAIN I'M SAD ALONE, and a similar chanson))) and a disco for adults for 1 hour, where parents bring their children from 1 year old onwards (WHY? WHERE IS THE BRAIN? )
5. The contingent is Russian cattle 99%. Both adults and their children. To listen to their communication from the outside, just a kapets.
Then the corresponding communication from their side to the hotel staff, from here you conclude that we, Belarusians, were simply initially confused with RUSSIANs of this level (although I really want to believe that there are NORMAL Russians, but where are they? ). Then I realized that I needed to somehow correct the situation of the attitude of the Turks towards myself, I began to smile regularly in the restaurant and on the territory, to say hello, including Turkish turns, thank you, hello, goodbye, and - Oh, GODS! - after 2-3 days, all the Turks smiled at me from afar and were friendly. Most likely, the Turks were already waiting for the end of the season and dreamed of not seeing the FACES of this contingent, here I understand THEM perfectly!
6. Food - you can eat normally, but don't expect exotic, there were always 1-2 types of fish, meat - mostly lamb and rarely beef, well, chicken is also everywhere, 1-2 times DORADA and SQUID, vegetables in abundance, fruits - standard (watermelon, melon, plum, grapes, apples, banana, tangerine).
I won’t say that the assortment of everything is huge, but food will pull to the level of the four, no more.
7. Alcohol is different and enough for everyone))) Regular and like Baileys, Red Label, Brandy, Rum, everything was more or less of good quality. I liked AIRAN very much))) a good thing. I was surprised that there are the same cocktails with and without alcohol, and when a child of 11-12 years old, a boy or a girl, comes up and says Mojito or Bahama Mom or some other, the Turk does with Alcohol, and in response to him, please do WITHOUT ALCOHOL, pliz , and the Turk, with surprise and anger, makes a new one without alcohol. Hmm .....they don’t think with their heads at all, or again, they think, take it already and get off me)))
8. The sea and the beach - the sea was the only thing that pleased, the water is +25 every day, the beach is ordinary, but if we talk about the fact that this hotel for CHILDREN is more oriented and amenities for them (including children's rooms and competitions with entertainment), then the beach is HORRIBLE.
Medium-large stones and the entrance to the sea is the same, I'm an adult, I was more or less comfortable, so to speak, I got a kind of massage on my feet. Not a long beach, but, again, there is enough space for everyone!! ! Would definitely not go here with a child.
9. Constantly inviting for massages, excursions, prices are just a kapets, with such success opposite the hotel there is an excursion office, cheaper at times and with insurance and delivery wherever you want, and they don’t want to throw off even 1 dollar on the territory of the hotel, and the lack of customers, no saw clients go to their offers.
10. Special attention to TOUR GUIDES or whatever they are called, who is responsible for you, supervises, etc. - LIARS and CHARLATANS kapets. There was a situation, they asked specifically where you can go yourself, what to see, shopping, we specially studied this situation in advance, but decided to ask our guide from TEZ TOUR (NURKHAN!
), he, of course, a HOLY man, immediately said, in Kemer all the shops are BAD, and the same WAIKIKI, but we have a tour for FREE there and back to a cool MALL, four FLOOR (emphasis on four floors! ) etc. Well, we agreed for a day that we agreed to go, day H came, a barely breathing car arrived, there were already a guy and a girl, just like us))) We sat down, on the road the guide quietly left without saying goodbye, and we drove on, already alarmed))) We arrived at Kemer MALL, the view was just amazing, the building is small, though FOUR floors, a girl meets you, hello, you have arrived at a COOL mall, four floors of ELITE shopping, sweets, discounts up to 50%, etc. .
Well, I thought everything - we got to PARADISE, went to children's clothes, and then it started, the girl met, she tells everything, here is a quality assortment, here is LABEL GOOCHI, SHMUCHI, I say it can’t be GOOCHI and the like, the answer is, of course, no , this is a REPLICA, and then I looked at the PRICE LIST, a smile appeared on my face immediately and I understood where we were, children's T-shirt 30 c. u. e. and this is already a 50% discount, jeans for a child aged 4-5 70 c. u. e. and this is already a 50% discount ...

THE NEXT day on my own by bus for 4 lira there and 4 lira back I went to Kemer, shopped and returned satisfied. PEOPLE, go on shopping and excursions yourself. A big hello to GUIDE NURKHAN and his COLLEAGUES! Some tourists fall for this and spend a lot of money, thinking that they bought 1000% quality, but in fact these are the same things as everywhere else or even of underground origin.

We were satisfied with the number (many wrote that the rooms were old, our number was not old).
2) Territory
The hotel grounds won our hearts. Everything is covered in greenery! The territory is large enough and there is where to walk in the evenings, there is where to take beautiful photos.

3) Housekeeping
Here I will not leave a positive review - there was one when we were given only one towel (large) for two people in the room, with the exception of two small ones for the face. It happened that they left 2 bath foams and not a single shower gel! And it also happened that towels were brought with the remnants of lipstick. By the way, there was a case when the sheets were also brought with stains.
What did we do with it? I wrote on sheets of paper in large letters (in English) that we needed. All requirements were met.
4) Entertainment
The hotel has excellent animators. Evening shows were watched with interest, every evening something new. (My advice is to arrive early to secure a seat, usually people come at the end of the kids disco to secure a seat). Loved the aqua gym.
5) Food
Small selection of food. Delicious watermelon, melon, grapes (there were also grapefruit, plums, apples, tangerines). There are delicious soups. Large selection of cakes (although they often taste similar). I really liked the large selection of cocktails in the bars, and in general the drinks in the bars are good. We love Baileys! On the beach you can take a glass of ayran with you (we liked it very much), a cocktail. Also, from 14:00 until 17:00 near the beach you can take ice cream (3 flavors).
Near the main pool there is Lukiya Bar, where you can also eat, there is a choice (burgers, fries, meatballs, salad, vegetables, watermelon and even dessert).
Special attention should be paid to the cafeteria on site. Large selection of cakes, you can order coffee / tea / juice. (You can go to the counter and order a latte, it is behind the counter where the girl is standing, it will be tastier than what a regular machine will cook, although this latte is also prepared by the machine, but different : )
6) Situation due to covid
The temperature is measured only if you want to enter the hotel, for example, you went for a walk outside the territory and return to the hotel.
At the entrance to the restaurant you are given a mask and you can sanitize your hands. Also, on every table in the restaurant there are alcohol-containing wipes, and the appliances are packed separately and are already on the table. It is optional to wear a mask on the territory of the hotel.
Pleasant moments: no bracelets on your hands, no cards for towels (you can take as many towels as you like, your number will just be written down and that's it), the mini-bar is updated every day. There are a lot of cats, we fed them : ) who loves cats, this is the right place for you : )
