To begin with, we chose this hotel for the 3rd time, despite the fact that all the photos in the description differ in that they were most likely taken at the time of the opening of the hotel, in fact everything is already very worn and worn out, or even does not work at all, cleanliness is very conditional, especially with regard to dishes and bathrooms. … More ▾ To begin with, we chose this hotel for the 3rd time, despite the fact that all the photos in the description differ in that they were most likely taken at the time of the opening of the hotel, in fact everything is already very worn and worn out, or even does not work at all, cleanliness is very conditional, especially with regard to dishes and bathrooms. Our constant choice was based only on the location of the hotel, by the way, it is really located on the most crowded, walking street, where it is noisy and fun around the clock, so there is no and cannot be the promised silence in the rooms (especially those overlooking Pushkinskaya street). But the most HORRIBLE happened this year: WE WERE robbed right in our room, at night while sleeping, without breaking the doors and with the windows closed (we were warned to close the windows at night). During the visit, the police officers stated that this was far from the first case, and that the owner of the hotel, who never deigned to find time for us, categorically refused to install video surveillance cameras on the floors and external walls of the building (there are cameras only at the entrance). Our vacation, accordingly, was spoiled at the very beginning, and for everything that happened, they not only did not bring us any apologies, did not provide any assistance, did not go to a meeting regarding paying for the hotel, because I believe that the hotel staff was to blame, but they also blamed ourselves, that we "robbed ourselves" and advised it would be better to move out, as if there was no repetition of what happened! It is very bitter and insulting for such "comfort, coziness and traditional Ukrainian hospitality", which is mentioned in the description of the hotel!

I booked a two-room suite, it turned out to be very spacious, comfortable, with good furniture, everything you need - a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV. I was pleased with the jacuzzi - there was a whole small pool for the child and we were crazy. It is not true that they write here that the bathrooms are old and filthy - everything is clean and snow-white. Cleaned and changed towels every day. The breakfasts were hearty and tasty. The only thing is that my mother was twice brought the wrong porridge that she ordered, but this did not upset us. Everything was ok with my breakfasts) A chic large balcony, with vases of flowers, surrounded by palm trees, cypresses, bamboo. Air conditioning in the room - it worked for us to heat. A large spacious hall with flowers on the second floor, the child was happy to run around it and our room. I liked the staff - a woman administrator and two women working in the kitchen and cleaning. Especially Nina - she was sincerely friendly to us and to our little princess. By the way, we were in the low season, so there were no problems with peace and quiet. Neighbors also almost did not come across. The sea is a three-minute walk, two convenience stores are 50 meters away, and the stop is also relatively close. For such money, I think that the conditions are simply excellent. I chose among all the possible hotels near the sea so that there were all conditions for the child, and among the reviews about Oreanda, Villa Sofia and other expensive hotels I also met a lot of negative reviews in the same vein - they don’t clean, cobwebs, old furniture / floor, not notice, etc. So, if someone needs a well-trained service, complete sterility and a buffet, then welcome to 5 * Egypt, Turkey, the Emirates, etc. And if someone needs a warm, sincere, "own "the atmosphere of Crimea and Yalta, then welcome to the Slavic Alliance!

Breakfast included in the price… hmm… porridge on the water? Porridge with milk? 4. Cleaning daily? How can I tell you... when we arrived at Ai-Petri on the evening of the second day, we found that there was no garbage in our room, but the presence of dirty paws from the door to the washbasin in the bathroom (traces from other people's shit-smelters, it was raining outside). Yes, and also irritation from the disgusting hosts (they snickered after the summer season) and the mess in the room was smoothed out only by real Georgian cognac, which we brought from Batumi the day before. SO THINK before deciding on an "unforgettable" and truly "royal" vacation at the SLAVIC ALLIANCE hotel in Yalta.

The old, sometimes creaky, parquet of the Soviet era added no less gloomy colors to the interior of the declared "luxury class". I was especially surprised by a couple of nails sticking out in the walls ...Apparently, once upon a time there were paintings in their places, but what happened to them ... ? ? And plastic flowers on the windowsills, like on a grave? No comments...

Also, I would like to write a few words about the doors in the room ...Massive, old, bulky doors ? Why are they needed if they are not functional anyway? Toilet door with a lock that does not lock. And the door to the bedroom on the first day slammed and "blocked". A door to a balcony with a sawn-off jamb? Once again makes you think about the safety in the room when you leave it.
Sagging upholstered furniture, an old NORD refrigerator, 1998, broken furniture handles, no light bulbs in the room lighting, broken blinds in the bathroom, no telephone, no safe, no tulle on the windows (!! ! ! ! ) - is this luxury equipment?

The hotel is located in a noisy place, and the double-glazed windows in the room do not cope with sound insulation at all and the balcony door does not fit snugly.

Also, we "managed" to get acquainted with the ants in the room, which chose the plinth and wooden parquet in the bathroom and the hall.

Room 8, which I booked a month in advance, turned out to be a former reception desk (they didn’t even remove the stickers from the door that are usually hung at the entrance to shops, etc. ). The windows in the room do not open, the doors are transparent (plastic) and go straight to the alley. When booking a room, they asked the administrator how far and the pedestrian zone from the hotel, to which they received an evasive answer that everything is great with us. it’s really impossible to just undress in the room calmly, people walk under the windows, make noise and look in, because the door of the room is located directly opposite the former entrance to the hotel, they didn’t even remove the signboard. everyone thinks that this is the entrance. the darkness is simple, the room stinks of dampness and is very musty, because it is clear that it is not ventilated. pillows and towels stink as if they had not been changed (and it seems to me that before our arrival no one cleaned or replaced anything at all). the plumbing is grubby, the jacuzzi about which they wrote in general is a kapets, the furniture is of very poor quality. in the next room 6 did not work TV and air conditioning. The air conditioning in our room was noisy and it smelled too. The hotel does not have a territory, I have not seen the pool, they say on the top floors. in general, it was impossible to put up with these shortcomings and we quickly found another hotel (Villa Kapriz in Alushta) - I recommend it. and don't go to the alliance, at least to number 8.

On the site of the Slavic Alliance they promise a discount for children on the MAIN place, payment of 30% of the room rate. I wanted to go at the end of August with a child of 2 and a half years. I called the hotel reservations department, they did not give a discount. For a long time we chose a hotel in Yalta on the Internet, we decided to celebrate a birthday together and just relax for a week, unwind. We chose the "Slavic Alliance" and never regretted it! Friendly, friendly staff, a beautiful room, cleanliness and order, a cozy courtyard, a beautiful view from the windows and a balcony of the pedestrian street - what else do you need to relax? We had breakfast in the room at a convenient time. The breakfast menu is simple and delicious. During the day and in the evening we ate in a cafe nearby and in the dining room "Homemade" - this is nearby and also has a wonderful assortment of dishes and their quality. If you want to drink or eat tea in your room, there is no problem, there are shops and shops with everything you need nearby! It’s a 3-minute leisurely walk to the Embankment, 5 minutes to transport and a small market. A travel agent works very close to the hotel, you can choose excursions for every taste and budget. It is a pleasure to walk along Pushkinskaya Street in the evening to the sound of the Uchan-Su River, along the Embankment! . There are, of course, small blemishes, but they do not spoil the overall wonderful impression. Thank you very much! We ourselves will definitely try to return and recommend this hotel to those who love comfort and quiet surroundings!

I am resting in the Yalta Hotel Slavic Alliance until the end of June. For the money paid, it was possible to relax at least in the countries of Eastern Europe, and maybe even on the islands. What's not to like?... It started with the promise of a parking lot 100 meters away at a price of 20 hryvnias, 100 meters are available, but 40 hryvnias (160 rubles) / day, not a big problem...
The price list for rooms is posted on the Internet, the price was confirmed by the owner of the hotel (600 UAH / day), but the administrator (seemingly a pleasant sociable woman) decided to cut us 700 UAH per day per room. Nice pay raise. Bad moment. But the truth was on our side. The rooms were not even prepared for arrival, cobwebs everywhere. During the rest, only the bed is made, the plumbing is not disinfected.
The "beach of 100 meters" indicated in the advertisement is either a city beach on which it is forbidden to swim everywhere, or the nearest paid beach belonging to another hotel. We went to Partenit, Gurzuf, New World in search of comfortable swimming.
Breakfast included in the price, this is the 12th day of scrambled eggs and that's it. Already clucking and zdabrivaem all wine. At the request to serve breakfast by 8 am (usually brought by 9:30), we received the answer “Are you kind people crazy? We only have staff at eight o'clock" and after having breakfast at 8:00, we left the hotel at 10 o'clock, the administrator greeted us with cries: "Why did they ask for breakfast at eight? And you yourself leave so late. ”-Cerberus (otherwise they don’t understand that we have time in Moscow already at 9:00 and want to eat). And in general, the administrator somehow didn’t like us, then we left at the wrong time, then they forgot to turn off the light. In general, the administrator now greets us through gritted teeth.
We are optimists by nature and it is difficult for us to spoil the rest, but for ourselves we realized that we would never go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to our friends.
