I will compare both
1. at 13, the boarding house DOES NOT HAVE OWN BEACH (all public)
2. food at 12g was a buffet (quite tasty) at 13g out of 14 days 5 was a la carte food (mediocre)
3. the room got worse (on the 2nd day after the rain the roof began to leak, after 10 days it rained again and everything happened again)
4. The administration doesn’t care at all (at the request to fix the leak, they said we’ll do everything, as a result, a lot of noise and fuss and nothing happened)
5. the territory has become better
6. room service remained normal
As for the food, it's bad. I don't understand what other travelers like in the reviews. The buffet system is disgustingly organized:
1. Products in one container are only enough for 5-6 people, i. e. if you want to eat an omelette, but it is already gone, then wait until the next portion is taken out, or eat something else.
2. There are no breaks. You have to run from the table with dishes to the table where you eat many times. First, with a plate of the first course, then with a plate of the second course, then with tea or compote, and if you have a child with you who cannot take food for himself, then this is repeated several more times.
3. As for the quality of the products, it is poor. In the morning there may be dishes that were at dinner, meat dishes are very often not cooked, fish dishes are made from some unknown fish, most likely frozen and not very fresh.
In general, we have only bad associations with the rest in the boarding house "Zenith". The attitude of the management of the boarding house to customers, to put it mildly, is disrespectful.
Most likely, my review will not appear on the official website of the boarding house, but it will certainly appear on other sites.
As for the food, for my taste it is at a fairly good level. A lot of vegetables, meat, too, has always been: pork, beef, chicken. The only thing is, if you come closer to the end of lunch, breakfast, then there may not be enough food. And there were few fruits, we got them three times, we had to stand in line for them, it's unpleasant. It was just as unpleasant when I moved in. We arrived late, having missed lunch, at the end of dinner, which we informed the reception in advance. When we went to the reception tired and hungry, they took the remaining amount of money from us (we paid for the reservation in advance), gave us some papers to fill out, which we spent some time on... And then they said that there was no food for us from dinner left. A trifle, of course, but the general impression is formed from trifles. But they could send it to dinner, and then take care of the design... Could they? Could.
The beach is spacious, there are awnings. True, most of the sheds fall on the thresholds, but maybe that’s good, because at least there were free places in the shade, because the rest of the few places under the sheds where you could lie down, people occupied from early morning and left their things for a whole day. . .
And the main drawback of the boarding house is the cemetery. It is located close, it practically surrounds the fence in the fence... Once I felt creepy when I went out to the balcony at night, it was a full moon and crosses clearly stood on the mountain against the background of the moonlit sky... But I'm faint of heart, someone may not have noticed would. Well, during the day the road to the sea is stable past the cemetery. The same somehow does not wind up positive.
And the rest is all good. The staff is friendly, helpful, very nice girls at the reception, the security of the boarding house and the beach is vigilant, there is evening animation for children. In general, the rest was a success, but we will not go to Zenith again.
Far from the beach! and over the mountain! But the beach is closed to outsiders and there are places (not like on a common beach, there is nowhere to spit).
We rested in a cottage with amenities. Everything worked (water, refrigerator, conder). The room was cleaned every day.
Animation is weak. For children from 2 to 6 it is still tolerable (the girl does not know how to deal with children).
Guarded territory, parking and 2 playgrounds.
Of course, in Turkey, etc. etc. renovations, well-trained staff and comfort have been developed over the years, but we are going to Ukraine and are true to our passions! I am glad that the level of Crimean tour operators is GROWING!! ! KEEP IT UP!!!! !
